Great experience with both lawncare and snow!

There have been so many times service industries have tried to take advantage of me. Not this company Site Scapes with Ernie Aldrich. He took time to explain to me detail to detail what needed to be done with my sprinkler system and he fixed it. This seems so simple but it is so rare he saved me so much money he did what needed to be done. I couldn't appreciate him more or the company.

I stop for coffee at a Dunkin in Fall River, Ma. that hires this company. I see the workers using leaf blowers around the grounds to move trash into the neighbor's properties and street which always looks awful due to the trash accumulation at curbs and fences. They do sell vacuums for this sort of thing. Total disregard for property and environment.

I am so happy with the work from the pros at SiteScapes! The design team worked to design the grounds that I wanted. It was installed in no time and they keep it looking great.

My husband and I used Sitescapes to complete a backyard project at our house in Somerset, MA and are extremely impressed with the design, final look, and the professionalism of the staff! I would recommend the company to anyone looking to have a landscape project done.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. My delivery was 3 hrs later than what I was told, and came at 8PM. The employee I spoke with had no explanation and did not have a reasonable way that the company communicates to customers that they will be running late. For a delivery of dirt, the customer service should have been better.

Out on a bike ride and someone driving a commercial vehicle for this company pulled directly in front of me and slammed on their brakes. When asked why at the stop sign they responded with “because I can”. I’ll be sure to never use the services of this company and do everything in my power to ensure nobody I know does either.
