CJ is excellent to work with and incredibly fair in pricing. Communication is excellent all around. They installed two french drains and built a large retaining wall out of natural (previously burried) rocks at the back of my property. They took an unusable space and turned it into something I am incredibly proud of.

Bobby is responsive, quick to schedule needed services, gives us advice on what our landscape needs while also providing tips on cost. Jay is the most knowledgeable resource on trees and plants. Hes given us so much good advice and helped us save our dying arborvitaes! Simply the best.

We used for our condo association and they consistently over-charged and under-delivered. Maybe they were taking advantage of an association, but either way- do not recommend.

What a GREAT experience! I needed a 20x12 site graded, in a non level backyard with ledge. From the initial conversation with Bobby, who was extremely responsive, efficient and professional, to the onsight quote and forecast of the plan from CJ who was extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly how best to fulfill our project needs. CJ and the crew showed up as planned, timely, professionally and got right to work. CJ and Tyler worked expertly excavating the site while the crew worked in sync. The project was completed as promised with no surprises and they were fair and honest throughout. I cant say enough good things about this company! Very professional from the initial write up thru project delivery. Extremely accessible and accommodating with my change orders. Crew does very good work and they are very approachable. Also they were on site when promised, refreshing these days. Thats a tall order when what they do is weather dependent. Wifes very happy... Im happy! If you need landscaping/lawn work I highly recommend.

I hired Pristine Lawn Care to conduct some landscaping in my back yard. They cleared four areas and installed sod and cleared an old rock garden and created a beautiful flower garden. They also patched bald spots in my lawn. Their price was very fair and competitive and their finished product was fantastic. The crew arrived on time and were polite and professional. They worked with me and guided me into what plants to add to the garden. After they finished they cleaned the area. I would highly recommend Pristine Lawn Care and I would definitely hire then again for more landscaping projects.

I switched to Pristine this year after using someone else for many years. Pristine s owner is always available for questions and it is very easy to communicate my needs. I appreciate the professionalism they always provide. I like that they take before and after pictures of the work performed so there is never any miscommunication. The prices are very reasonable and their work is always great. I know when I was looking for lawn services I could never get a prompt response from other companies and when I would finally speak with someone, they would seem uninterested and unprofessional. This is not the case with Pristine. You will feel comfortable and assured that the work will be done correctly with Pristine.

Great company! Hired them to do a large area of leveling, raking, loam, and seeding. Job was delayed quite a bit due to the weather, but they stayed in constant communication. While here, they were quick, thorough, and professional. I cant wait to see the lawn grow in.

Looking at my dads lawn, well lets just say it sure was an eye saw, for it needed, weeding, cutting of grass, replanting of shrubs and trees. Shaping of trees and much needed TLC. I contacted. Pristine lawn and talked to. Bobby, the owner. He was polite knowledgeable and willing to come out and take a look at my dads yard. So we schedule a look over for the very nexy day. hWe went over what I wanted . He took pictures and sent them to his crew. He was very accommodating. When the day came for the yard work. His crew couldnt of been more friendly and so hard working, matter of fact we were so impressed by their hard work and professionalism, that we provided them with lunch and drinks to show our appreciation. When the job was done, I decided, I wanted more flowers. So I Called Bobby, owner of pristine lawn, and he came the very next day to plant those extra flowers and didnt charge me for it. Now that is something u just dont hear about these days, however he did plant my flowers at no extra charge, sweet! I would and I am recommending pristine lawn care to anyone who needs people who are knowledgeable and who are professionals in planting and providing a beautiful lawn for you. These guys are the real deal. I cant say enough good things about them. I was so lucky to find them in the middle of the season. From dealing with the owner, Bob to all of his workers, they do great work and are really nice people. Bob is a very bright, intelligent, courteous individual. He is very prompt with answering phone calls, to doing the work, and always very accommodating. There is always ongoing feedback with him. He addresses any concerns in a timely manner. His workers are very good, pleasant and courteous.Everyone has great manners. I hired Pristine not only for my weekly cuts but also any other landscape needs. They recently put down pea stones between the flagstones in my garden path, put down landscape fabric and stones around the back and side of my shed and mulched my garden beds. My nephew who was living in my family home in Johnston was supposed to take care of the yard. He totally neglected it for months. I live out of state and was unaware of the state it had fallen into until code enforcement cited me. Fortunately I contacted Pristine Lawn Care. Pristine has been servicing our rental properties in Providence for over 2 years. They take care of the lawn and grounds in the spring/summer, always do a fall/spring clean up and take care of our snow removal in the winter. They have been a pleasure to do business with! I could not be happier! From my first meeting with Bobby when he came to quote some jobs I needed done he has been terrific! The guys who came to replace the landscaping stones were on time, hard working, neat, and did a beautiful job. Theyre coming back to do the yard cleanup and aerating/seeding but the lawn already looks 100% better. I cant wait to see the final product! :) They are reasonably priced, hard working, and such nice guys. Completely comfortable having them here. After a few nightmare experiences with others who never showed it is such a pleasure to have found a company that does what they say when they say theyre going to do it and done well!

Great service, they proposed we delay one day for rain and it was the right call! Good crew and left a very clean yard for us! We are using again!

If I could give zero stars I would. The guys are doing a cleanup at my neighbors house and blowing the leaves over and under the fence into my yard. My yard was clean and now I have to clean up a bunch again. I called them out on it and they were just laughing at me. Very very unprofessional. Completely unacceptable.

I booked services with Bobby back in February to fix my dead and weedy lawn this spring. He repeatedly delayed, postponed, and delayed some more. Finally, he showed up and lightly aerated (no thatching, no weeding) my lawn. It took him 45 minutes after delaying for months! Neighbors began commenting. Everyone could see if was a terrible job. Weeks later, not a single blade of new grass has grown (while I m watering twice a day, per his instructions - a process which takes 3 hours). This entire time, I m patient and kind to him, trying to believe he s doing his best. Finally, he tries pawning us off on another business (who Bobby falsely claimed was his business partner) and this new person then promptly cancels our services before ever meeting us. Weeds are now 3 feet tall on our lawn and the rest of it is dead. We are out $350, it s too late to reseed or find another lawn care service, and what were Bobby s last words - best of luck . Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Worst lawn care possible. Do not hire.

The crew did an amazing job of installing a totally unique brick patio in my backyard. Their work as beautiful and they were so easy to work with! The job got a little complicated, but they handled all the issues, and I didn t have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend them!

Pristine doesn t begin to describe them. For years I ve struggled getting that perfect lawn and not only did they nail it, it s mulched and maintained like a country club. Now if only the wife would walk the dog instead of letting him do his business on the lawn. Great company to work with.
