I’ve used this company on and off for 17 years and didn’t have a feeling for them one way or another until today. I had 2 yds of material delivered to a customers house with very specific instructions where to put the dirt. The driver did not follow the instructions and ended up dumping it on a brand new concrete driveway that wasn’t done being stained and sealed. I called the office and Sarah (I think that’s her name) took me completely seriously. Took my info. Very quickly Hunter called me, listen to everything and how this is going to cost me labor and materials to fix. I sent him pictures and he called me back. He asked me how much would damages cost, I gave him a number and he said ok I’ll be there in 30 minutes. Sure enough he was right there, handed me the money I asked for and apologized for the inconvience. No wait.. handed me money I DIDNT even get a chance to ask for. He immediately put it on the table. I have never once in my life left a review good or bad for any business. The way they handled a mistake and with speed warrants leaving this review. Absolutely impressed by the response.. I will continue using them for another 17 years

I went in yesterday 20 minutes before close and they still accommodated me. They were lovely enough to help me figure out how much stone was needed for my project. They even hosed down the rocks so I could see what they would look like wet. Delivery was prompt this morning so I will be able to get my yard project completed this weekend. I will be back!

I highly recommend this company. The girl that answers the phone is very nice. I only waited one day for my order to be delivered and for a good price. Cam'ron who was the driver was very friendly extremely helpful and all about pleasing the customers.This is very big for us and speaks volumes. Unfortunately there are workers that work for the pocket and not to please the customers but this company is different and for that reason my family and I will be using them moving forward. Thank you Green Solutions for great customer service all around.

First experience with girl working inside spot I asked her a question about my purchase she didn't even know the answer to but instead gave a rude response. Second, was purchasing sand and an older white patron mentioned to her about having two monkeys on the job would help and she says to him to not say that because then he will be sent two Mexicans. Real classy. Not sure why she's being paid to sit there with zero customer service and knowledge of what she is selling while also making remarks like this on the job.
