Mr. Green Thumb in Johnson City

I had them a year. I applied water all year. My yard looks terrible. Applied chemical that fried my grass. My back yard is brown. I didn't even get a call back.

After almost 2 years of service, my grass is worse than ever. Brown grass and green weeds everywhere with many bare spots. The "give it time" period has passed and all I have is a very high water bill, unsightly yard, and a lighter wallet.

Friendly, honest folks. They do a great job helping my yard stay green and dandelion free all summer. Plus I love they are a locally owned company.

Dealt with a black dude today that just did a fantastic job. He was driving the truck the big truck was very courteous

These are fine folks. We were with a national competitor previously and the billing was a total nightmare. Mr. Green Thumb is unbeatable. I would highly recommend.

The other reviews speak for themselves. I was a very happy customer until your office manager Lori, ruined that with her attitude. I was paying for your services on autopay for the last two years. Each year to guess have sent out a reminder for aeration. I didn’t receive one this year and so I called, the office manager who’s always rude and clearly hates her job said they are booked and not scheduling anything else but would put me on some type of call back list. I called back about three weeks later and she asked my address and then tells me that my house is the only house in that area and “it’s not worth sending the guys out just for my yard” I explained that I’m signed up for other services with you guys and she laughed and said that I was one the cheapest package you offer. She continued being rude, I asked her to cancel my services with you and her reply was “won’t be a problem” before she hung up. I did reach out to the owner requesting a call but he never did that. To me, that speaks volumes given the unprofessionalism with the rest of his staff.

tried! To use them....... Called them in Oct. Told 4 to 6 weeks for someonee to call or come out. Nov 26 was 6th week and no call! I called the raised morning, Dec 7. Spoke with Lori. Reviewed with her and was told they're not taking new customers in Mtn City. I complained that they could not even have given me a courtesy call to let me know. Said they were very unprofessional for leaving me hanging. LORI CHOSE TO SIMPLY HANG UP ON ME ABRUPTLY !!!! How rude and unprofessional could a company be!!!! I called back immediately and Noone picked up..let it go to voice-mail. When you screw a potential customer by leaving them hanging thinking you will call and when it doesn't, then you hear the customer express dissatisfaction, you do NOT hang up on them. The least should be a sincere apology. None came... just an abrupt hang up. NOT A COMPANY I'D EVER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I will try to find and talk with the owner regarding LORI'S horrible handling. SHE IS NOT AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY BY ANY MEANS. She needs customer service training big time AGAIN... her name is LORI If I could have given a Zero Star rating, I would have. CUSTOMERS.......BEWARE ?

We had this service for several years and got rid of all the weeds. Then my husband decided he could do it himself- big mistake! All the weeds were back within 2 years. We have had them now again for 3 years and have a beautiful lawn.
