D & L Lawn Care and Landscape in Johnson City

Spoke with David over the phone regarding getting a quote for having my yard done. He was super nice, and polite over the phone, and gave me general estimates based on the size of my yard, then told me he would be out later that day to give me a quote. He never showed up, which is fine, but I reached out again and did not get an answer. Left a voice mail for call back, and texted the number as well. He responded, asking what city my address was located in, so I told him, and again, never heard back. I'm sure they're busy, but it was a bit frustrating, as I just moved in here and don't have the essentials to get it done myself at the moment. I'd happily update my review if I hear back from them, and complete business. Update: David reached out almost immediately after I initially posted this review. Again, super polite. Apologetic, explaining they were short-handed, and offered to do a quote if I still needed one. Stated I was still in the market for a quote, and never got a response afterwards. Texted the next few days to request an update on availability, and haven't heard anything since. I understand being short-handed, but I'd rather hear "sorry, we don't have any availability right now" than no response at all.

David is absolutely great. He shows up on time, is professional and does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Tri-Cities. I have used mowing services in the past and D&L is definitely my preferred company. Free estimates, he responds quickly and his prices are VERY reasonable. Thank you, David.

The owner is a huge baby and just because I told him he doesn’t like to work he refuses to speak with me. I was supposed to work with him. 2 days in a row he canceled on me for no reason and didn’t even tell me ahead of time. When I called him out on it he acted like a little baby.

D&L does a wonderful job on our lawn! We appreciate the timely manner and the beautiful way our lawn is done! They always communicate with us if there is a situation where we may need to change our schedule. At the same time they work with us when we may need to rearrange our standing rotation. I would highly recommend D&L to anyone! Give them a call! You will love them too!

D&L Lawn Care/Johnson City TN Does a very professional and great job....we have a couple of yards that are maintained with D&L Lawn Care for about 5 years now....Would highly recommend them for any lawn needs.

Probably could give more stars if they showed up, and I could actually see what kind of work they do. Supposed to be here Monday... no show. I called, and he said he would be here Thursday.... It's Friday and still no show... no phone call and no answer when I call...
