We got a warning from our HOA about weed overgrowth as soon as we moved into our new build. I was calling at least 7 different lawn care/weed control companies and didn t get any response back until I called WeedPro. They were kind and cordial from the beginning. A few months later and both our front and back lawns are free of any weeds in sight. I am a little further away from the John s Creek location. Not only did they agree to come service our property but also never missed a scheduled visit. They also helped us got rid of insects that were damaging our grass. My cousin lives in the same neighborhood and is still experiencing inefficient weed control from the company he uses, which he prepaid for a whole year. I think it was meant to be that no one else picked up my phone call. I would recommend WeedPro if you are tired of dealing with weeds!

I have had the other large Weed person company in the past. I find Weed Pro to be far more professional as well as responsive. In addition they are not constantly suggesting additional services simply as a revenue stream for themselves.

Because of a prior lawn care company, my yard was a wreck. I didn t think it would ever be decent again. Then I hired Weed Pro and they performed miracle after miracle. They were creative, resilient, knowledgeable and actually cared about the progress of my yard. Between soil testing, weed control, aeration and overseeding (and multiple follow-ups), they have turned my yard around in a year and have almost returned it to the shape it was in before Weedman nuked it. It s still a work in progress but I am confident that Jayshawn, Tristan, Carlos and the rest of the team will have it green and lush by the Spring. I have gone through six lawn care companies, so clearly I m hard to please, and this is the only one I d recommend wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Earlier in 2024 weed pro found moles in my back yard. They treated them over the next couple months and they were gone. Recently I had them in the front yard, also spotted by weed pro. They started treatment and they are almost gone now. I had just resodded the front yard and the lawn was looking terrible but now it is looking much better with the moles gone.

What a frustrating experience we just had with Weed Pro. Our yard is in much needed care, so we hired Weed Pro based on their reviews. We weren t impressed with their first visit, since they showed up before the given time window as I was leaving to go drop my boys off to school. I told the guy I was coming back in 15 mins and if he could wait for me so I could speak to him about a plan of action, but he said he needed to leave right away and was on a tight schedule. They texted my husband a few times and we just decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to yesterday, it was supposed to be their second visit to our house, so I was on the lookout for them all day. At 4:24pm, my husband received a generic text message saying they had completed a treatment. My husband quickly checked the ring cameras and realized there was no sign of them anywhere. Neither the front or back camera picked him up and if he was there to do a fertilizer treatment, the camera should have picked him up multiple times. We called to address this with the manager and they defended their contractor saying he was their most reliable and trustworthy guy, defending their contractor and dismissing the notion that no treatment had been done multiple times. They asked if we had a sign on our yard and we did, which is right where there s a blind spot on our Ring camera, so the contractor must have not even bothered coming past that point. I realize cameras sometimes don t pick up everything, but for BOTH cameras to NOT pick him up, when both cameras clearly picked up our lawn guys cutting and trimming the front and backyard thirty minutes prior is frustrating. If their most reliable and trustworthy guy did anything at all, it must have been at the speed of Sonic. We are getting our money back but wish we could have seen a different outcome.

Twice in the past 6 months we had to ask the Weed Pro guy to redo their service. Two minutes on a front/back lawns is not what I expect for $60. Sorry Jay but I warned you the first time about it, only to get burned again 3 months later. I am not in the baby-sitting business so I suggest Weed Pro to get more reliable people. As for customers, please be aware what you are paying for.

Initially, we were dealing with builder-grade Bermuda grass on our new construction property, which had minimal topsoil. Over the course of two years, our lawn has gradually transformed and is now approaching the lush, healthy state weve been aiming for. Although it required some patience, the team has done an excellent job in nurturing our lawn to its current condition.

Just recently started service with WeedPro. Saw great reviews in my research for a lawn care company, and am glad they re expanding in Dawsonville. We have weeds that we tried caring for ourselves and it s super tedious and honestly annoying to try and get right, especially when you have an HOA that expects lawn care to look good. I had used Weed Pro for weed control only. I recently added the insecticide and fungicide programs and my zoysia loves it! The grass greened up, the brown spot started to die off so I just joined the shrub and tree program which is going to save a few small dogwoods we planted last fall. Consistent top notch customer service! Very pro-active and you can actually deal with real people who care and know what they are doing at WEED-PRO. Specifically on Saturday 07/31, Brandon came out to treat our front yard for fungus. After he left, I realized the backyard had not been treated. I text him and asked if he could come back and hit the backyard too. Brandon was so pleasant and positive and sure, he d be happy to come back. I think it was 15 minutes or less and he was back. He smiled and waved and I said thanks! What a normal, pleasant encounter!! I discovered that I had not updated my order and had been temporarily been treating only the front yard due to backyard construction. This young man, Brandon, exemplifies kindness, dedication to customer satisfaction, and being a real professional at his job. He is a WEED-PRO PRO!

If you trust somebody to take care your lawn - you assume they are professionals who know what they do. For the last two years our lawn became thin and yellowish. Technicians made treatments and left a generic comment like Shadow killing bermuda . You know what - it s apparent Weed Pro is killing bermuda! They didn t do treatment correctly: because of our lawn structure and soil condition the fertilizers should be applied in granulated, not liquid form. And NO TECHNICIAN for two years reported it to us or to management! Eventually they said: from now on your lawn will be treated with granulated fertilizers. We were looking forward to the next treatment - they appeared a month late and sprinkle the lawn Fired them right away

We had a really good experience with WeedPro. They installed a new sprinkler system in our new house, from digging to laying the pvc, to installing the sprinkler heads and testing the wi-fi remote control abilities, we were very happy with how thorough and careful they were every step of the way. Friendly and hard-working, honest people too. Definitely a 5-star well deserved!

We don t live at the property, but there is Good communication about what is happening/ needed.

My yard always looks great now. Jay handles all the seasonal treatments that are hard to keep up with on my own. Plus, WeedPro costs less than going to the store to purchase all the products needed throughout the year, not to mention the labor involved. I used to try to handle the treatments on my own, but it s easier and less expensive to let WeedPro do it.

Zack did a great job and answered questions regarding how long I should wait before raking leaves after a treatment. Jay and his team are fantastic. I m a builder and work on quite a few homes. I went with a new company (these guys) on reseeding about 8000 sqft of solid dirt. We are three weeks in, and it looks incredible. The best part: I didn t have to manage the job. Jay hopped on the phone a couple of times with me, and has continued to respond and assist as we go. He even did a follow-up call to ensure all was perfect. Within a few days of the job, I let my personal lawn care company go, and hired these guys for my personal residence. I will use them for all houses going forward. Ain t it great when you add a player to the team!

He knows I have an old dog who needs to go out frequently so he always messages me when he is on the way so that I can be sure to let my dog out before the treatment and not have to wait until after treatment is applied. Weed Pro met the needs of our lawn and what was being requested by our HOA. Jay was super helpful and the process to get started was rather quick. They would always notify us in advance of when they would arrive and what they were going to do to the lawn. They d also let us know when they were gone. It was a seamless process for us and they kept the weeds at bay for the summer and fall.

At my previous address, the lawn really needed some help after we bought it, and in about a years time, Weed Pro had it looking like one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. The lawn at our current house is much smaller but looks as good as the day we moved in thanks to their continued service. I appreciate the direct contact I receive from their associates, like Jay, who give me a heads up the day before they treat my lawn and shoot me a text right when theyve completed it with details about the services performed. Theyve always been helpful and polite to work with. I continue to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
