Fantastic people who are honest, knowledgeable and responsive. I've been with their lawn service for over 6 years. My yard has had some issues and they have kept it thriving despite environmental disasters. I even had to contact them by email after hours, and I got a response shortly after. They go above and beyond!
I started using GTO for lawn care in early 2021 (weed control and fertilizing). Then we had them come in and design our backyard, put in drainage, sod and install plants. This is a true family owned business and they are helpful, professional, responsive and reasonable priced. I highly recommend GTO.
I hired them to do my backyard after we had a pool put in. I had seen several projects in the neighborhood and knew their work was top notch but I did my research and looked at several other landscape companies as well. Let me say that I was more, (way more) than satisfied when they finished. They delivered a home run! I now come outside and sit on the patio and have coffee by myself and relax and enjoy my little sanctuary. Mike and his crew are friendly and professional. They worked on our schedule, which was difficult because we were depending on other contractors. Now all I can say is that we are totally happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them to anyone. These guys know what they are doing. So glad I chose to use them. They did a wonderful job. I can’t say it enough.
I am beyond impressed with this company. I moved into a house March 2019 and the previous owners left the backyard covered in weeds. The initial company I worked with over a year didn’t kill all the weeds, never discussed with me what I needed to do, let my dogs escape by not closing the fence, etc. GTO explained to me what exactly needs to happen to kill these weeds and within just a few treatments they’re almost fully gone. They go out of their way to pick up any dog toys in the yard to make sure they don’t get chemicals on them( huge brownie points for me!). I am amazed at the quality of my yard right now and the care they put into it.
We hired GTO to build a retaining wall, install sod and design and plant our flower beds and they did an awesome job! Whenever we have a question they respond to us quickly and are very knowledgeable. We are more than happy with the results and we highly recommend them. We are extremely happy with the work they did in our yard! They got rid of our juniper, leveled out the yard, took care of sink holes, and put in sod and hydrangeas. The finished product is beautiful - I highly recommend them! They were all polite and professional, showed up when they said they would, and got the job turned over quickly. We will definitely use them in the future as we work on other parts of our yard.
I have been a customer of this company for many years, and I have never had a complaint. The lawn treatments keep my yard looking better than most in the neighborhood, and at a price point below their competitors. Over the years, I have had a few questions, and I have always received prompt, detailed responses. They have never just offered some excuse just to get me to "go away", and they make sure I am satisfied. I could not ask for a better service company: fair pricing, reliable service, quality work, and excellent customer service.
Mike and his company are great. We have hired them for several relatively small jobs at our house over the last couple of years and they have treated each one like it was the most important job they have ever done. We have found GTO to be both professional and incredibly knowledgeable in all things related to residential landscaping. We would highly recommend them.

On time and do what they say
We recently moved in to a house where the previous owner didnt watch over the health of their grass. They are doing a great job of helping us improve quality of the grass and remove weeds and crabgrass. They also have built a wonderful set of stone steps from our upper to lower yard where it was nothing but mud. They also created a hideaway for our garbage containers using tea-olive bushes. Really great ideas and execution
Our yard was a total mess from septic lines, they installed new sod, planted shrubs and a tree!! Wonderful people to work with!! They have taken over our lawn spraying too!!! Very Happy with there service!
The company far exceeded my expectations. Went over and beyond what I see as normal in todays business world to take care of my projects. Stayed on budget and within the agreed upon time frame. Could not give them a higher recommendation. Also a pleasure to work with.

The GTO team just completed some landscaping for us that included the removal of several large foundation plants, the installation of new plants and a tree. I am looking forward to seeing how it all looks in the spring. GTO also installed 2 river rock beds that look really good. Thank you all for your hard work!
Mike came up with a plan to ease A long standing problem I had with rainwater runoff, and soil erosion. The work he and his crew did came out looking great. I wish I had called them sooner. I would highly recommend Georgia Turf & Ornamental!
Everyone in my cul-de-sac selected Georgia Turf and Ornamental and our yards have the best looking grass year after year. Previous companies charged us more and did not have the grass looking nearly as good. Since I have dogs, I have always requested that they text and let me know when they will be out. They are great about letting me know and about answering any of my questions. I have been very pleased with their service and with how great the grass looks. Actually, we all have! I am so glad my neighbors helped find and select Georgia Turf and Ornamental.
Georgia Turf did a fantastic job for us. They did a lot of work from grading to installing new sod and it all turned out perfect. The crew went above and beyond and I can not recommend them enough.

Forewarned is forearmed! This company was paid to remove existing bark in my yard and put down mulch. They attempted to just cover up the bark with the mulch. When they were caught they submitted they had under estimated the job. After being told I would pay the additional to have all of the bark removed they still just covered up the bark with mulch and left. I attempted to contact them and have been ignored. Fraudulent!

If youre anything like me, these reviews are always taken with a grain of salt. I will begin, therefore, by assuring any readers that I am neither the owner of this business nor related to anyone who works there! lol That said, the professionalism and knowledge of the staff/crew at GTO was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, they showed up when they were supposed to, ready to work. Also, they provided great advice in developing plans for our landscaping project, which included sod, mulch, a beach, numerous new trees, pavers and a patio. When the time came to execute those plans, things went very smoothly from start to finish. In closing, I would point out that my wife and I planned and saved for five years in order to transform our front yard into something unique and inspirational. With the help of Mike and everyone at GTO, we couldnt be happier - and it was done at a very fair price as well. Thanks, guys. Youre the best ! ! !
