Busy Bee recently completed a project to restore three OUT OF CONTROL beds in my yard. I was doubtful that the invasive vegetation could be tamed and eliminated. Busy Bee's team came when scheduled, pleasant and efficient. They did a great job restoring these areas and conserved plants in the process. My beds look AWESOME!! I just stare at them and smile. If you have problematic areas in your yard I highly recommend you hire Busy Bee.
We love Busy Bee Nursery! Every year we have Jen come out with her helper and prune our multiple trees and bushes, prune our plants and weed and prep our multiple beds. She and her helper do such a great job, we are so pleased with the result! We also had them do our 300 foot rock driveway and our slate walkway, and they both turned out great! Highly recommended!
Our very bare new construction yard looked terrible. Water collected alongside the house. Rick and Scott planned a beautiful landscape and French drain. The workers were skilled, the plants beautiful, and everything looks beautiful now. We are so happy with the outcome!
So many plants and so limited space for them in my yard, alas. Busy Bee has a wonderful selection of trees, shrubs and flowers as well as knowledgeable, helpful staff. Close proximity to Worcester, Holden and Barre and worth a trip from beyond these. I was able to push my elderly Mom around in her wheelchair so she could select her own plants. Very enjoyable.
First time visiting Busy Bee, and I have to say ,I was very impressed. A good variety of High quality healthy plants. And the prices and service were outstanding. I will definitely be back. If you haven't checked them out I would highly recommend you do!!
I called Busy Bee early in the year for help to plant my flower gardens this year. I received the kindest, most polite response. The lady that took my call put me on a list and true to her word months later 2 gentleman arrived at my house walked my gardens and advised me. Later I received a list of plants neatly categorized for my guidance and information of where and how to plant them. ALL THIS WAS FREE WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED! Every time I have gone to Busy Bee Nursery I am amazed at their professionalism and consistent care of their customers. This nursery is well stocked and the plants they carry are well cared for. Ordering Mulch and other garden products for delivery is also very easy and pleasant. You might wonder why I keep harping on their polite and kind treatment! Yes, I have had the opposite experience( repeatedly) at a popular nursery in Sterling leaving a bad taste in my mouth.😏 I highly recommend Busy Bee Nursery. Clearly they are a small business where people matter more than the dollar!
They have an excellent variety of very healthy plants. Both this year and last year we have been very pleased with the quality and selection.

I cant say enough about this company...their workers went ABOVE and BEYOND...I would recommend them any day. My only issue is that I wish there was a little better finishing on some of the work they did...but nothing we cant take care. For the work and price...you cant go wrong with them and I would absolutely use them again. They did a complete yard clean up, broke down part of my deck and added an extended patio. ***Updating my review*** Adding in the extra star cause they came right out and completed the little finishing work I mention. Cant ask for better customer service. You will not go wrong with choosing them as your landscape/yard patio design.

Great nursery...a hidden gem. Nicer selection and way better quality plants and trees than the box stores. Very knowledgeable staff. Ive been going all summer for my garden project and they have helped me with all my questions.

Good pricing
Fairly big project done at the house. New stairs and walkway, old walkway ripped up, brand new huge patio and some clean up from a 30 year old mulch pile that had anything you can think of in it. Rick and his crew were amazing. Project took about a week to complete. The hydroseeding job they did looks like the grass was never touched. Simply stunning job!! Cant recommend enough!!!

Really nice and helpful people. They have a lot of knowledge and are happy to help brainstorm what you need. They dont try to sell you more than what you need. Feel good about supporting this small business and get really high quality plants.
Wonderful company to work with. The entire team was professional and friendly from concept to installation. The landscape associates ensured the project was completed to our satisfaction and went the extra mile to get it right. Will rely on them again.
Worst long term experience with a company to date. Have repeatedly contacted them concerning snow removal which they provide for my neighbor. They continue to plow directly into my front yard and have been killing my large maple tree by doing so, pushing all the salt in the road onto its roots. No customer service, no respect for personal property and you would think they would actually care about saving a tree being a nursery and all. I would not deal with this company at all and take your business elsewhere.
It was wonderful to call the Busy Bee Nursery and do business with Lynne. Friendly and helpful service and prompt delivery are the qualities that have secured my return business.
