All-n-One has been great to work with, always on time and delivering what was promised. I look forward to the overseeding in November and continuing using their services next year.

Tom and Scott get two thumbs up on my residential irrigation install. They explained the entire system to me and showed me how it worked. I was totally surprised by how little my yard was tore up after they installed the system where I had installed sod a year prior. Definitely recommend having them install your irrigation system.

After waiting what seemed like forever to have my sprinklers turned on and set this year, I find about a third of them are set to water the street, not my grass. Once I discovered the problem and called to speak with Lisa in the office to have this problem fixed (as it should have never occurred because I was told by the tech, “my sprinklers are checked and good to go”) I was told they have no room to fit me in for another week or two. SO, in the meantime my grass dies and the streets get watered! Well, as a loyal customer for nearly eight years, that wasn’t going to work for me. I began asking a lot of questions and learned from Lisa they have too many clients and not enough workers to handle the current client load (as she confirmed with me on the phone MANY have called complaining about the same issue just in the last 30 minutes after opening the office today). So this basically means they are providing subpar services while charging high prices in an attempt to fit in a higher quantity of jobs instead of focusing on a smaller case load of clients and providing them with a higher quality of work. The real kicker, you are paying a price equivalent for a high quality service and yet you are receiving a very LOW quality service. My advice, find someone else to maintain your irrigation system. I will never use this company again.

Issac, by himself this week, did his usual outstanding job mowing and trimming our yard's grass. As is often the case in Jeff City, our yard is difficult with steep places and a lot of areas that require the push mower. Which is why we especially appreciate his amazing effort and results. Thx, Issac! The sod All-N-One installed in parts of our yard last fall is looking fine this spring. Yea! Even with a "no-rain April." Hats off to the crew that worked in LITERALLY 100 degree temperatures on installation day. And, of course, the Irrigation crew (way to go, Zach), and fertilization guys being so vigilant and responsive keeps it all alive. It's noteworthy that All-N-One respects our wishes to only use fertilizer with no pesticide applications since we respect the long-lived local box turtles and other wildlife that visit our property. Would not recommend this company. I live at an apartment complex they provide mowing services for. Every time the mowing is done, the grass clippings are left behind on our patios, our walls and our siding. All of our outdoor furniture, rugs, concrete, etc are covered. The siding in many places on the general grounds is covered in grass clippings and honestly, it just looks terrible. This has been an issue for at least the past year, and even longer per other residents. I understand that an apartment complex (particularly the units in the back that aren't as public-facing) may not be perceived as important as your other residential clients, but we pay to live here too and deserve to have a well-kept and cared for community.

I just had my first experience with All-n-One for my sprinkler system. The tech guy was very kind, answered all of my questions, and had suggestions that even I could understand. Several of my sprinkler heads need repair or need to be replaced. Even my control box needs to be replaced more than likely. The tech person explained why as he showed what my dated system was doing. But I was never sold anything. They even suggested waiting until the fall to do these repairs and enhancements, and not because they are busy. My other observation is that this tech guy was taking his time and being deliberate in determining the extent of my needed updates. Oh yes, he was doing this under a steady stream of light rain. In short, I trust this team here, and here's hoping they add a satellite location beyond their Jeff City base here in Columbia. I'll update my review after the work they do this fall. I'm sure it will be great and give me peace of mind.
