I’ve had water issues in my basement for 7 years now. Anytime we would get a down pouring of rain. I would get water in my finished basement. Rote’s landscaping came over right away with a quote and a fix to my problem, which was a grading issue. A few weeks later, his crew came out. In 2 days the issue was fixed. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and they guarantee their work.
We had a great experience with Rote's Landscaping. Water started getting into our basement with big rains. Boss Paul was quick to come look, assess, and give a free estimate. Our house needed their landscape know-how to elevate the slope by adding dirt along the foundation, thus diverting water away from the house and then seeded it. The two men who work for Paul have many years of experience and did a great job. Their cleanup was topnotch, too. Highly recommend them.
Our house is 60 years old... needed to be dug out all around the home and a load of dirt added and graded properly. It was really low! Don't hire someone who does not fix your grading issues. Paul and his team are the best! Paul is easy to talk to, will work with you... the best! If you want your grading and yard done correctly, call Paul!
Paul and his crew did a grading project to solve some water problems we’ve had in our basement. They did a great job with the project - it looks great and the water is flowing away from the house. They have gone above and beyond in answering questions and supporting us now that we’re doing some additional work near the area they graded. I’d recommend Rote’s landscaping to anybody in the area - they are at the top of our list for future landscaping projects.
This is the 2nd year we have had Paul, Chad and Dave work on projects for us. We were extremely happy both times. We loved the way they decided on which plants to use...walking through the area at different times of the day and then bringing a variety to choose from the day of the planting. They walked it and talked through it together with us which resulted in a design we love. They are all hard workers and experienced in what they do. They cleaned up every day before they left. We would definitely recommend them to others!
I had an overgrown patch along the side of my house completely transformed. I don't have a before picture but believe me when I say it was a mess. The work was completed very fast and the guys were very accommodating. I will definitely be using their services again.

Paul was professional and up on local flora that will grow in my area. He also stayed and graded/waterproofed our house from gutter overflows. Tested twice and no h2o. His crew has been with him many years and knows how to problem solve on the fly. NOT a fly by night operation!

Pauls team was phenomenal to work with. They were quick to reply in the spring for a quote for my water problem and were able to complete the job in a couple days doing almost all the work by hand. Left no trace of them being there anywhere else on the property. To date after a few heavy rains, I have had no water in my basement. The grass has grown in and you cannot tell they did work a couple months back. Would recommend him for any water grading issues! Thanks Guys!

Dave and Chad were very professional and definitely know there job. I started with just blrick edging but they did a professional job we had them finish the job as we knew we could not finish job to compliment the edging. They worked in 90 degree heat and never stopped. We would definitely recommend Rotes for any landscaping job. They have also been in business for over 20 years and know the business.
Free estimate with professional grade work. Had removal and replacement of shrubs along with extension of existing landscape bed and placement of drainage system for necessary water eversion. Looks amazing and water problem solved. No complaints here.

Previously used Rotes for a landscaping project some years ago, so was comfortable with calling them for this project. Paul responded promptly with quote and scheduling. Employees were very courteous and professional. Cleanup at end of each workday, and after completion of project was excellent. Would not hesitate to call Rotes again for any future projects.

Paul and his crew are absolutely the best around! He saved my butt last year, coming out very speedily to regrade the side of my house after my basement flooded. Haven t had a drop of rain in more than year in the basement. He s been back two more times this year to grade around a new cement slab, help resettle the ground after we had to dig a trench for some old house work and to begin removing some decrepit landscaping that we inherited when we bought the house. He has always gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure we not only get what we asked for, but exactly what we need, too. Since I don t know landscaping at all, that s important to me to have someone make sure I m aware of everything that s necessary and goes into the work. I d be lost without Rote s landscaping! My wife and I have been having water problems in the basement for the last few years now, we got it fixed last summer by another company which didn t properly get the job done. Paul and his crew came and fixed the job this spring and we haven t had problems since.

I am very happy with the work they did for me. I asked for help with redirecting water in my yard to keep my basement dry. Yesterday I got 2 1/2 inches of rain in 1/2 hour and basement is dry for first time after that type of rain. Very grateful to them.

Called for a estimate, he came out, said Ill call latter. A week latter still no response. I called him back and again he said Ill look it up and call latter. Still no call. Would NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE
The landscape around our house was causing water to drain in to our basement. Rote landscape leveled out around the house and we have had absolutely no leakage since. The new landscape around our house turned out beautiful also. They do a great job trimming hedges too.
Left the yard looking better than it has in years. Very thorough and skilled. I am very satisfied and will be hiring them again for next summer.

I love Mr. Paul and his crew! We had a flood in our basement ( long horrible story with another company) anyway, once the guys at Rotes came out to waterproof- WE HAVENT HAD A SINGLE DROP OF WATER SINCE! OUTSTANDING JOB!
