Okay housing for single people.

Great potential, failure to deliver. Lived there, moved out. Some owners are most content. I wasn't one of them.

Management staff in the office is very rude and abrupt especially Sabrina! Not professional and lacking work ethic.

Laurelton Gardens can be a pleasant place to live if the management changed, new board members were voted in and the reckless maintenance manager Ray was fired. He should be fired for renovating homes which include homes in Laurelton Gardens and outside of Laurelton Gardens with Laurelton Garden maintenance workers during the hours they should be maintaining the property. The management and board is aware of it and does not correct it. Ray enters homes without permission to display his work to clients for his business on Laurelton Gardens paid maintenance time. Ray makes inappropriate comments and ask inappropriate questions to female owners and tenants. The management office and current board members are aware of all of this and does nothing. There are several non compliant actions that occur which management, the board, and the attorney are aware of. Changes should be made asap to retain and perhaps increase the value of Laurelton Garden co-op.

Laurelton Gardens is not a great place to live! The main person in charge of maintenance is extremely unprofessional and rude. He's been working there for 25+ and will come to your home as if he owns it. It takes several phones to get a problems fixed (leaking faucets, gas smells, heat not working in winter. etc) if they do decided to fix it. And when you want to sell it literally takes at least 4 months because the co op board drag there feet and get back to you at there own convenience. This place is in a great location but is still a hugh inconvenience.

Its great area but board sucks and people dont get involved so weres the $ going
