Total Spraying LLC in Jacksonville

My family moved into a new home in early 2024. Since move in we have been using all sorts of consumer grade products to take care of our sugar/ghost ant problem with no luck. Here it is December and we have had enough! Reached out to TOTAL Total spraying llc and made our first appointment with ease. We had our first visit with Melanie who was beyond amazing. Her knowledge, experience and attention to detail had our ant problem that lasted almost a year remedied within 36 hours. Before leaving Melanie let me know she would be back within the week to follow up and apply more chemicals if needed. We have not seen one ant since and let me tell you, if your wife is anything like my wife it is one less thing you have to hear about .life is good. Total spray does a great job of feeding weeds. I thought they would evaluate the condition of the yard and treat accordingly...1/3 of my yard is now weeds, When they started doing my yard there were very few weeds. Not really cost effective. Just go to a big box store and follow their advise, save your money.

After going through three different companies offering the same services, I am so thankful I found Total Spray. Family run, very attentive to your needs, and of course, my lawn looks great. If you care about your lawn, use these guys. I had a concern one day about how wet/dry my grass was, the owner came out, measured the moisture level and gave me recommendations based on his knowledge/history (end up changing irrigation heads). Use them for everything now, lawn, bugs, mosquitos, termites. Highly Recommend!!!

Great customer service. Wonderful team. The termite treatment was detailed. We did scanning, trenching and installed new stations. The technician was patient and explained all our questions and dispelled mysteries surrounding the treatment. John the owner had told to try and use a Rachio water system so I bought one and I ask him to install so today he did set up WiFi and it will water each zone atuomatic controller is awesome works great and will save me money in long run( end of summer) he went above and way beyond the work on watering heads on sprinklers. Set some new one I had and adjusted them for me!! I HIGHLY recommend the controller John Told me about a great job well done!!! I Total spraying does more than you think!!! CALL THEM !!!!!!

Ive been using Total to spray my lawn for a little over a year. So far Im very satisfied with the results Ive seen and with the communication/expectations put forward. The price is very fair. I had switched from a larger provider in town to Total and am very pleased that I did!

I used 3 other local lawn treatment services before I came across Total Spraying. What I liked immediately about them was their Monthly plan. Most of the lawn treatment services in our area just spray or treat once per quarter. A lot of things can happen in-between treatments. Total Spraying has a master planned schedule of proper treatment (fertilization, weed treatment, pre-emergent treatment, etc.). Additionally, their technicians take a good look at your lawn and spot treat immediately. Also, if you see any problems, a quick email to Ashley and someone shows up right away to take care of the problem. I noticed a lot of small white moths flying around my grass when I mowed. Called them and they immediately identified the sod worm infestation and treated it. They also do periodic specials, like lawn aeration and sod replacement. I took advantage of these specials and my lawn is PERFECT. Highly recommend this company.

Not only is the service is at a great price and Customer Service is beyond amazing . This is by far the BEST pest control company I have EVER had!!!! I am absolutely TERRIFIED of palmetto bugs, so I have used pretty much every pest control product and company there is. Recently I had an infestation of the little roaches in my car from a couple of boxes I picked up for moving (lesson learned!) and everyone I spoke to said that it s nearly impossible to get rid of them, and almost every company wanted upwards of $300 to treat it! Then when Melanie came to do the townhouse I was staying in, I asked her how much to do the car. She called her boss who told her no charge, to just go ahead and do it. Now mind you, it s mid summer in FLORIDA during the global heatwave epidemic, and Melanie was out there in my broiler oven of a car baiting and doing whatever it is she did, for at least 20 minutes. I honestly figured she d open the doors, do a quick spray and I also had very little hopes based on what I d heard from so many sources, about the effectiveness. I swear to God, two days later there was not ONE!!! Not ONE!!!! I have never been more grateful in my life!!! This company is a dream to work with, Im currently installing a new driveway and needed to pre-treat the area before the new one went in, called them up and got Ashleys friendly voice on the other end (always, its so nice talking with the same person everytime) and not only were they able to seamlessly choreograph there timing to pre-treat the area and avoid any work stoppage for my driveway company they also gave me a great deal on treatment for the house which was going to need treatment in the next year and a half. On several occasions I have been home when the technician came to treat the lawn and he spent 45 minutes to an hour and then I see neighbors using a different company and is gone in 20 minutes. And they wonder why their lawn looks horrible and mine looks great . The companies all have the same products to treat your lawn . Total Spraying LLC started working on my yard at the end of January, 2022. My front yard was overtaken with dollar weed and grass had not been doing well since I initially purchased the property. The spray guys do an awesome job. I have a very large yard and they thoroughly walk it putting down a hefty dose of what sometimes looks like 3 different treatments per visit....and they walk it thoroughly each time. Ive been too busy to take before/after pictures but my previously scanty yard is starting to look full and green. Dollar weed will always be an issue as we live in FL but it is definitely under much better control now. And might I also add that they are always punctual. They show up and do the work when they say they are going to do it. I appreciate their sending out an informative email each month stating what/how they are treating that month and what to expect as the season progresses. I interviewed 5 companies for my weed control. Needless to say, that alone was a pain in the you know what. When I met the Owner John, it was a no brainer decision for me. He patiently explained my grass deficiencies and recommended several ideas which we have already started doing. In addition, he mentioned putting in a Rachio smart sprinkler system which I ordered and currently through JEA there is a total rebate for the purchase. Their staff is very professional and responsive.

I have been using Total Spraying, LLC for over a year now. I have the best lawn in the neighborhood! When I moved in to the rental home in the Mandarin area it was under an HOA violation. What a problem to step into and property managements was not helpful. Total Spraying, LLC came to the rescue! I no longer have weeds! The grass is growing beautifully and is the prettiest green! I laid a pallet of St. Augustine in May by my pool. Within 2 months, moth larvae started eating it. Total Spray came out and killed my moth problem. Then the dollar weed took over. Total Spray again killed all the weeds in my lawn. I would recommend Total Spray to anyone with a lawn. They have the best price I have found. The before and after pics are about 2 months apart.....

Great company, extremely responsive! Ashley always responds right away via email when shes in. They take care of my lawn, monthly putting all the necessary stuff so I dont need to. Its winter now so a picture wont look good of my lawn (yellow/brown), but the front yard has gotten awesome since they took over.

Total spraying offers incredible yard maintenance for great value. I shopped around with multiple companies, Massey, TruGreen, and other local companies and nobody could be Total Spraying s price. My yard has never looked so full and lush. Yesterday, there technician was analyzing the grass blades prior to spraying and treating the mulch beds even though a large storm was rolling in. The next day the weeds look toast. Excellent service, highly recommended.

My lawn in the last 6 months has improved after I started to use Total Spraying, Yesterday, I was mowing my lawn and noticed some patches of grass that bugs had found. I called Total Spraying and they came out today. Explained the problem and fixed it. You cant find this kind of service today.

Wow after having Peninsular Pest Control I though lawn/pest services were all talk with no action. I did some research on Total Spraying LLC and found out they actually list the treatments and give the owner a sheet on services done at each visit. Never was I given this much information and I am super happy to know what is being put down. Each month I receive a message about the treatments going to be done, what it is for, the time it takes to see results, and any tips needed to help my lawn.

I recently was told I have a sod webworm infestation and upon expressing my concern John came out in person to inspect and discovered it was not sod webworm but the fact I have a mole issue! Total Spraying does a great job! Because of them, I have one of the best lawns in the neighborhood. They are always on time, thorough, and very helpful. They are responsive to all requests. I have had multiple different spraying companies over the past number of years with lackluster results, I have now been with Total Spraying for a number of years and very pleased with their service and product.

Mixed thoughts, I found the techs to be very nice, certainly short term, lawn improved. Paid initially to have beds sprayed with round up. Watched the guy carry a back pack, talking to other tech, didn t spray anything. Their response was only in good weather sunny pretty day cancelled that portion. Had chinch bugs last year, took several attempts to get them back out to spray, finally showed up, again, very nice but why so long?? Cancelled and started with new company, hopefully have better results.

I have been using total spraying for about a year and half and the yard has gotten thicker and greener. I have a sage problem and each month they work on it and you can really tell a difference. If I have a problem or think I do they contact me or come look at it with a complaint. We are up to three on our street and I am working on two more houses to join us.

When we moved into our new house there were a few roaches I called total spraying because the apartments were we used to live did not have a single bug in the apartments that they treated when they came out they were very courteous about me having a small dog they took precautions to make me feel better about having an animal in the house they came back and checked on me two or three times to make sure that I didnt have any bugs at all John was especially kind and without me even remembering he came and checked on me and checked his work to this day we do not have a single bug I would recommend total spray things to everyone it is safe effective pet friendly and they are very kind and courteous when they come to your house.

I have been a customer of Total Spraying for over 2 years now and dont generally do feedback postings. This company warrants the time to do so. In all my dealings with them, John and Ashley have been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. They are always available to help if I have a concern and ready and willing to help with any issue or questions I may have a do whatever it takes to make the customer happy attitude and that is rare in this world anymore. Moved into a new house about a year ago and the lawn needed some work since it had some bare spots and a fair amount of weeds. I brought Total Spraying on board to help with my efforts to improve the lawn and have been very impressed. Theyve been quick to answer any and all questions I have and discuss ways we can get my lawn back in shape. The level of weeds is very low at this point and is solved by some minor hand picking. I expect this will continue to improve as spraying continues on a regular basis. The bare patches are filling in nicely, so obviously their fertilizer schedule is promoting great growth on the lawn. Would definitely recommend Total Spraying LLC!

I have my home and 3 rentals and have used TruGreen and Trad s over the years. Neither could get some brown spots fully under control in the 7 years I have lived in my home. I have had only 2 applications with Total Spraying thus far in the past 5 weeks and the grass is already starting to fill in, and the dollar weed is shriveling up. I am so glad I found this company! And, their prices are so reasonable. And, I don t have to nag my husband to spray and pull the weeds in the plant beds any longer with the Round-up weed spray option. I am one happy customer!

Today , Total Spraying Pest Control came out for a first inspection and treatment. I was thoroughly impressed with Jimmie Cumbie , who provided the service. He was very through , inspecting and treating all crevices on the inside and outside of my house, garage and attic. He found some drywall damage that would have been costly if left unattended to. Great value and fantastic customer service!!! I have had several lawn spraying companies over the decades, and no one has been able to match the quality and service that Total Spraying has provided. My lawn looks fantastic! Customer Service Example: I noticed an area in my lawn that had started to deteriorate, which I later found out was due to my over watering, within 48 hours of notifying Total Spraying of the issue they had come out treated the issue and sent me an email literature and pictures about the disease and maintenance measures I could take to improve the area.

I was having problems with termites on my home called these guys came out treated and were very professional and also did the job cheaper then the other estimates I had gotten.

I had a big company come out and couldnt take care of my fleas so i cold total spraying and bradbcane out took care of the problem for even less that the bigger company. I will only use them in the future.

Great service because the owner leads in knowledge and customer service. Anyone that has lived in Florida knows that an outside service cant predict far in advance on this type of service...well except obviously one or two numbskulls. And come on get a combo lock on the back gate so the technicians can do there jobs . I expect continued great results without having to track them down... perfect!

Service is overpriced and ineffective. For the one year I used this company my yard went downhill. the people treating my yard usually didnt even know what they were spraying. If it hadnt cost me as much money to ultimately need a new yard I may have even found it laughable. Consumer beware

As a general rule, these guys do good work. But their service days are erratic and the customer service is blunt and unfriendly. Just recently we had an instance where they skipped our maintenance for a week. I contacted the office about the issue and was basically told that I was lying. My wife called the following week only to be told that some houses were missed due to a glitch in the system last week. The nexr service day they promised some additional services to make up for the missed service. Not only was no additional service provided, the cut and overall job was the worst they have ever done. Grass clippings were all over the deck in the back yard, the special trim of the bushes in the front was not done, and they must have brought the dullest blade in the shop to cut the grass. They really showed us. I had read in reviews that customer service was an issue with this group. So be forewarned. There is truth in that statement. But the price is good, as is the work some days -- when they show up as scheduled and dont have a glitch in the system. Ive made the decision to look elsewhere. One too many disappointments for me.

They installed a lawn last March. There are a few trouble spots which they still have not fixed. Usually you will have to leave a message and they may or may not get back with you. You never know when they are going to show up to spray lawn. If you have your back gate locked...they obviously dont spray but do not tell you that on their slip in door. They will full bill you whether or not they performed full treatment or not. As far as billing...they are way behind and when you do finally get your bill they are saying it is overdue! They seem to be trying to grow to quickly and are are not paying enough attention to their current customers.

Over last 30 years I had many individuals and lawn maintenance companies to provide lawn care at my residential and commercial properties but JC Total seems to be longest surviving trusted company due to the fact that their prices are reasonable, never missed the service even if it is raining,and above their employees attitude is excellent.
