After numerous years of trying to get a green lawn, I decided to search for a lawn company and chose Royal Green. Needless to say after 3 months I could not be happier. I was told my yard will get ugly before better. Well right on target, my lawn is now thick and green. I’m getting grass where I thought it would never grow. David is fabulous, knowledgeable with my lawn treatment and always messages me before treatment so I can keep my dog in. I wish I had before pictures so everyone could see the transformation. We’ve had a difficult time finding a decent lawn care company. We approached Joe after he treated a neighbor’s yard… he is so knowledgeable and respectful that he won us over immediately. After nearly a year with Royal Green, our yard has improved greatly. Pricing is fair and the website is very easy to use. Joe always makes time to answer any questions or concerns we have. Appreciate the tips he offers each month. We are truly pleased with our service.
I hired Royal Green a few months ago after seeing the technician treat a neighbors yard a few doors down from me. He took his time and was very precise on applying and treating the yard. Unlike other companies who rush and don't spray everything. This really impressed me. My tech is Joe Lewis and have gotten to know him well and he explains everything to me and answers questions I may have. Great service, great people is what makes a company. Joe is phenomenal, always takes time to answer our questions, offer advice and provides great customer service. I was a do-it-yourself guy for two years and constantly battled weeds. My grass looked anemic. I hired Royal Green about 4 months ago and my yard has never looked better. Joe is an excellent technician, and I followed his advice about watering and mowing. I chose Royal Green because my neighbors with the best-looking lawns were using Royal Green. The other companies treating my neighbors yards dont look half as good!

Joe is wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me understand the different types of grass I have in my yard and what to expect in each season with each type of grass. He also answered all of my questions about the best time of year to prune my trees and offered advice on the best way to prune them.

Had this company for over a year and as of late no more call ahead and yard was not looking as good. Upon last visit I was out back working and never saw the tech spray front or back for 1 whole side of my home. I went back to check my home surveillance system and he never sprayed half of my lawn. I called and spoke with the route manager and he asked me to save the footage he would like to see. I did so and as soon as he arrived he had an attitude and said I don t believe he didn t spray your yard. Refused to look at the footage on my phone. It was the complete footage for over 50 mins the tech was spraying mine and adjoining lawns. Manager advised me to email him and he will watch with the owner. I explained it s to large to email and he said no you can. I tried and failed and emailed him letting him know I could not send. I never heard back but sure got a full bill. I called multiple times and left messages asking for a call back from the owner as that s who I was told would contact me. A lady called Friday to tell me she knows the tech sprayed and said cameras don t record everything. Mind you my dvr stores 2 weeks. And it was ok for the sheriffs office when they knocked on my door looking for a missing person. But not Royal Green. Manager advised trucks have cameras and that drivers park at each house individually. He parked 2 doors down from me. I ve never seen the truck footage or been told the footage shows him spraying my whole yard. Today I get a call from the GM and I explained everything and he too told me the tech sprayed. So I was called a liar by 3 employees. And told me he s not the owner that owners don t deal with customers. Cool story. Even told me he s been blamed before for not spraying properly. I have nothing to hide and no reason to call up. I was just wanting to be serviced again properly but due to no response I canceled. Had them a year and referred a few people. No reason to leave. If not for this issue I d still have Royal Green. I now have to find someone else. Quite disappointing the owner hides from customers. Gm said drivers don t park at each house when treating but manager said they do. Many things the two said contradict each other. They are not on the same page. Sad cause they came highly recommended. Sad that almost every morning, typically in the dark, they steal 100s of gallonof water right out of the fire hydrant. Thousands of galloms a week. Do you trust them to be ethical with you as a customer.
Rude, inconsiderate. Completely heartless on the concerns of a disabled 62yo. They care about nothing but the bottom line, money talks, PEOPLE, PROBLEMS LIFE ISSUES keep walking. Use Anyone Else
