I rarely write reviews, but Progreen put in a couple of Agave plants, and 6 Cu Yd of river rock at our house. The service was quoted, they were in constant communication, they came when scheduled, reviewed work after completion to ensure we were satisfied. I saw who i thought was the manager down on hands and knees organizing the rock (turns out hes the owner). I wish there was 6 stars available for this type of service, so unexpected for someone to do exactly what they said, when they said, and follow up to ensure satisfied.

I ordered sod and topsoil to be delivered, the topsoil was delivered a day earlier, which worked well for me. Both drivers were professional and courteous. When I need sod again I will order from this company.

Progreen Services is a great company to do business with. Needed a tree removed, there guys showed up the next morning removed the tree, cleaned up, and left the job spotless. Very professional and organized.

We are new to the Jax area and had been looking for a tree service to do a small pruning job. Other companies that came out saw the job as a waste of time and just bid it too high. Mike from Pro Green came to us to bid the job. We couldnt believe how affordable his bid was. We approved his bid and the work was completed inside of a week. He was very knowledgeable and was able to perform the service without the need for large equipment, like other companies said it needed. His crew worked continuously and were cautious with the surrounding plants. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Why five star?? Website was easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for immediately with a simple google search. I had a few questions that required additional help. I sent an email and got a response very quickly. I was supplied phots of the mulch available which made the decision making process way easy. I have a very delicate paver driveway and even with their truck loaded down with 20 plus yards of mulch they used caution and experience to make a flawless delivery. I could not be more happy with my 1st experience with Progreen. Would definitely recommend.

Compost was delivered 8 hrs to early. Had thousands of hard clumps. Wouldnt compete. Refunded and did not want my business anymore. Had done business many times before.. Very disappointed.

Hired Mike and his colleagues at ProGreen Services to remove a large Water Oak tree that was encroaching my roof and trimmed four palm trees in my front yard. Had yellow sand delivered. Unfortunately their truck broke down, they were able communicate right away and kept me updated. They even offered a refund and use another company but I wanted their business. The driver was very friendly and professional. I would definitely do business with them again.

After contacting a few landscape design services, we decided to award the business to ProGreen Services and we would like to share our excellent experiences with Mike and Kenny on this forum. We had spent the last year remodeling our home and it was finally time to finish the work with the landscape. As this was our first remodel, we certainly had a fair share of good and bad experiences with contractors. In this inflationary times and labor shortages, we often times find ourselves dealing with the drama associated with contractors. Some of those bad experiences include not showing up to agreed times, substandard work quality, price gauging, difficult attitude, and so on. While we had some good experiences, I would say we saw more difficult contractors than good ones. You can imagine how surprised we were when we began our journey with Mike and Kenny. First, our landscape work was difficult. Not only are we replacing damaged sod, but we are also trying to landscape a steep hill (>45% incline) to retain the soil. This was in early July where the temperature often exceeded 95 degrees. From the date we awarded the business, Mike and Kenny has provided the service we have rarely seen. They began each phase of the project by having a detailed communications with us to fully understand our expectations. They are always there to provide expert advice but never overpowering their recommendations with what we were looking for,. They are always patient to listen and then effectively communicated their concerns to which weve always come to a better solution. They then performed preset visits at every phase, and after the work began, the crew is always respectful of our property. When they have labor shortages, the bosses came over to work and they would try to figure out ways to meet their commitments. They have always met their commitments whether its the schedule, starting time, cost, or quality. We are looking forwards to award additional business to Mike and Kenny and would highly recommend their services. Thank you.

I was going to wait until the grass started growing from the fresh topsoil, but apparently only needed to wait 72 hours! growing green, and nearly all filled in, 10 days later. Excellent topsoil. Their fill dirt is also very good. Very little organic matter in their unscreened offering. In the 6 cubic yards delivered, barely had a Home Depot orange buckets-worth of tree bits and whatnot. Excellent company, great product, phenomenal people.

Pro Green services did a wonderful job with my yard. They trimmed vibernum that were 12ft tall down to 7ft tall and hauled away debris, redesigned a massive lilly bed into two separate beds, prepped ground and laid sod, checked irrigation, and pruned tree canopies. They did an amazing job. They were punctual, reliable, honest and hard working. They are fair priced and give a competitive bid and offer an array of services. They are my one stop shop go to landscape company!

I used ProGreen Services to trim two large queen palm trees. It is really hard to find a company to do a few trees. They responded immediately and trimmed them the same week. They did a great job and were very affordable. I will definitely use them again.

Used Pro-Green for washed shell delivery for landscaping. They were very friendly and I am very pleased with the product. They, by their own admission, are currently understaffed and difficult to reach by phone but promptly respond to email communication. My delivery was delayed by an hour or so, but Pro-Green was quick to apologize and make it right. It was clear that they understood the value of my time, which I appreciated. I will not hesitate to use them again. (Service date: 5/4/21)

I hired ProGreen Property Services to trim a very large tree and remove some others from both my front and back yards. They showed up as scheduled, worked fast, hauled everything away and cleaned up the yard. Looks great! I highly recommend ProGreen.

I contacted ProGreen in late May in regards to having my backyard fenced in. I received several quotes for different fence types very quickly and moved forward. Our experience with the ProGreen team has been positive. They are responsive, communicate expectations well and perform at a high level.

We ve used ProGreen multiple times after first finding their pressure washing deal on Living Social. Their website is very detailed with so many commercial and residential services available. I was so pleased with the overall pressure washing process that soon after, I also contacted them for sod replacement, sprinkler maintenance AND they also did some yard clean-up to help me reset my overgrown flowerbed area and trees to get them looking presentable again. I m very impressed with their overall quote, approval, scheduling and invoicing process which is very streamlined via email. The job specifics are detailed in the quote which you receive and approve via email. Once the quote is approved, you receive an appointment confirmation which you also confirm via email. After completing the pressure washing job, the associate (Scott) walked me around to make sure everything met my expectations. They promptly addressed a few spots then put away everything on my patio and porch to its original locations. Shortly after the job was completed, I received a link to my invoice. For my sod replacement, Mike (the owner) came on-site to evaluate the potential issues with my dead grass. This is what I appreciated about ProGreen, they not only replaced the sod but they first identified cinch bug issues which is probably why my first sod replacement failed when I went with another company years ago. He also walked me though the sprinkler head adjustments they made to optimize the flow which was another contributing factor to the dead spots in my yard (& ridiculously high water bills). Why didn t I do this sooner?! I didn t inherit my parents green thumbs so keeping up with the flower bed just isn t my thing. ProGreen came to the rescue yet again and like magic, the dreaded weeds were gone, overgrown bushes no longer blocked the flow of my sprinklers and my tree limbs were neat and orderly again. Overall, very happy with the service and communication. Dawn was on the other end of the emails with prompt responses each time I had a question. I would highly recommend ProGreen and will use them again in the future. My patio, driveway, grass, trees and flowerbeds are presentable again. Not to mention, I m back in good graces with my neighborhood HOA. Try them out, it s money well-spent.
