Picture Perfect Lawn Maintenance in Jacksonville

I live out of town but needed my brother's grass cut. Picture perfect lawn service me me there and did a great job. I will use them again.

This is in response to the previous review. My husband and I hired this company to do weekly lawn service for us. I work from home and saw the truck pull up and immediately pull away. My husband texted him immediately to see why they were leaving without completing the job. He was told that our grass has been cut and was dry. He was just out at our property 2 weeks ago to see that we had new sod put in the front yard 4 weeks ago. It has never been cut. We were expecting him to just go over the front yard, clean up the leaves and edge/trim the back. Rather than stopping to actually complete the job he was super unprofessional and left because he assumed it had been cut rather than having a simple conversation. Also the comment about rescheduling: once was mutual due to weather and the other we had to reschedule and gave a few days notice due to our septic being replaced. The photos are from our backyard you were too busy to get out of your truck for. Apparently paying customers who plan to use your service year round are “games” to you. That’s ok we had a new lawn crew out today and they were very professional and now have our business.

Excellent service. Extremely high quality in the cut, weed eating and especially edging. You could roll a dime down these edges. Talk about the nicest yard on the street! Communication is excellent, Derek is awesome overall.

Derek is very responsive and does beautiful work. I live in Bradenton and needed my dad’s lawn taken care of in Jacksonville. He takes pictures to show me his work and shows up to take care of it without me even having to remember it needs done. Thank you, Derek!

I have been getting my lawn serviced by picture perfect for 5 years. The customer service is wonderful and the quality of work is above perfect! The owner Derek is very accommodating! You should totally check these guys out .
