Amazing service, Matt is honest and trustworthy, had a problem with some chinch bugs and he came by even though he wasn’t scheduled and dealt with the issue and I haven’t seen them since. Would recommend Lawn Advisor to anyone who needs proper and professional lawn care.

How do you find the best lawn fertilizer company? You look at lawns in your neighborhood and nearby neighborhoods, stop, and ask those with the best lawn their company of choice. I did this and the answer was always Lawn Advisor. How do I now know I have the best company with Lawn Advisor? My lawn is looking sooo much better and when I questioned an area that was underperforming, Matt was on it. Turns out, my sprinkler system was not running long enough. Matt responded quickly and went above and beyond in helping me understand what was needed and how to make the necessary changes. He is a true professional. I highly recommend his company.

So I had this Landscaper named Lawn Advisor, who started off great with the service and then cut corners which caused bugs to destroy my Lawn. We ended up with Mole Crickets due to him not applying the necessary application to prevent it. He was not Honest in admitting what happened to my Lawn and gave multiple excess for what happened. First excuse was that a dog peed on it, Second excuse was that the lawn was dry, third excuse he did not know what happened. So i did my own investigation and asked a few other landscapers what they thought about my Lawn and they immediately said it was Bugs. So I believe that Matt at Lawn Advisor did the following, 1) did not treat my Lawn for bugs, 2) Applied the service too late causing bugs to destroy my lawn, or 3) Cut corners on the application. By the way, I caught him watering out the liquid from behind my window. So be aware of this Service-Lawn Advisor.

Matt possesses three of the most important qualities of customer service.....people-first attitude, problem-solving and personal/professional ethics. This is my second year with Matt. You will not be disappointed in giving Lawn Advisor a try. My lawn has not looked better since I planted it 1980.

I no longer live in Jacksonville but I still contact Matt for lawn service advice. When I was having issues with with my current lawn, he was good enough to remotely diagnose the problems and help me set up a proper seeding and feeding schedule, as well as an iron regimen.
