I have been delaying writing my review until our project had completely settled, but can now confidently say that this was the best experience we could have asked for! 10 out of 10 stars, would recommend (and have been) to anyone and everyone. I started working with our designer, Leslie, early this spring and she has been absolutely fantastic. My husband and I wanted to completely overhaul all the land/hardscaping for our new home. Not only did Leslie bring our vision to life, but she has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our project. She was able to help us split it into more manageable phases and we began phase 1 in April. Prior to starting, Earthworks provided a complete 2-week timeline and daily breakdown of what would be happening. I thought for sure this would turn out more of a *suggested* timeline, but was blown away by how efficient and reliable the earthworks team was. On the first day Leslie introduced us to our project managers Adam and Kabobo and we all walked through the project together to make sure we were on the same page. The team showed up promptly at 8am every morning, did exactly what was on the itinerary, and then Adam would give us a quick summary/walk through at the end of each day. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly and I honestly don t have a single complaint. Ironically enough we had to complete a surprise emergency bulkhead repair (with a different contractor and team) around the same time so we were able to truly appreciate just how incredible the service and communication with Earthworks really is. Both projects started on the same day in April. Earthworks finished exactly when they projected and didn t have a single complication. The other team working on our bulkhead (who also predicted a 2-week timeline) is, much to my dismay, still ongoing . The difference between the two teams is unbelievable and really emphasizes the quality of service Earthworks is providing. If you are concerned whether or not Earthworks is worth the investment I can assure you that they are 1000% worth every penny. We have had multiple neighbors stop by to tell us how impressed they are with the Earthworks team, especially compared to the other team working on our property. I cannot recommend them highly enough and am very excited to continue working with this team on our future phases. Choose Earthworks! You won t regret it!

We hired Earthworks to do all of our lawn maintenance, including fertilizing and weed control, about two months ago. In that short time, our lawn has been completely transformed! The turf looks green and lush, and the dollar weed that has plagued us for years is gone without a trace. We especially appreciate Sean, the foreman, who texts each week when they are on the way to see if we have any particular requests. They always take care of everything we ask of them. We have dealt with other lawn services over the years and none of them even come close to what we are experiencing with Earthworks! We could not be more pleased with ALL of the service they provide for us!

I had a Robellini palm planted in my front yard this past week. Rhonda and Emily were very helpful with the sale and follow up for the installation. David and Dylan were friendly and gave good info on how to care for out tree the next few weeks. They were professional, but also funny to my granddaughter who was here. Altogether, a wonderful experience

The entire team at Earth Works was fantastic. From the point of sale with Kyli and Emily, to delivery and instalation with David and Dylan. David and Dylan went above and beyond with placing the tree in the perfect location. Tree is beautiful and healthy. Im very happy with my purchase and will purchase again.

I recently purchased a pump for a water feature in my back yard. I had the pump for one month and then it broke. The pump cost more than $1000 and lasted exactly 30 days. Upon examining the pump, the propeller inside was broken. When I went to exchange the pump or get a refund, I was told that the broken propeller was most likely user error but they would contact the company. I received an email stating that they would not replace the pump even though it was broken in 30 days of being placed. Very frustrating that something so expensive does not even have a 30 day warranty. They stated that my water feature must have run dry or a pebble was sucked into the pump. I had a pump similar to this for 10 years without any problem until it finally gave out. Never had it run dry before or now and no pebble in the pump before or now. If I could give less than one star I would. I will never go back there and purchase anything.

Hats off to Earthworks. A fire broke out in our exterior air conditioning that could have burned our entire house down . Had it not been for Ivan G and Marc U. s quick action of putting out the fire, the fire department likely would not have arrived in time. Not only do they care about your lawn, they care about their community. Highly recommend them!

Last Saturday, I popped into Earthworks to their monthly Sip and Stroll. Emily & Sean took care of me for a beverage and some food! I talked with Kyli about the small aquascapes and bought one! She has been fantastic about answering my emails as I get familiar with this form of plant and animal ecosystem. Everything is still alive! I want to share my thanks and praise for the team who worked on completing my landscape project so beautifully. Leslie Albritton is the designer who listened to my ideas and turned them into a design that exceeded my expectations. She was very helpful with plant/tree selection and pulled on her obvious experience with design suggestions. Adam and his crew were the hardworking professionals who removed the existing 40 year old landscape, regraded beds, and installed the new plants to design. They were very accommodating and very pleasant to work with. I am totally happy with the entire project and outcome and look forward to watching it as the plants mature. I m not surprised several neighbors have asked if I m putting my house on the market - the outcome from this landscape project has certainly improved the curb appeal of my home!

Emily and Chad arranged for delivery of 12 plants that Patti and I thought would enhance our landscape. The delivery was right on time and the plants exceeded my expectations. Chad is a real nice guy.

Sharing our very positive experience. We purchased a lemon tree with delivery and planting. Emily helped with our selection and arranged everything. Antonio & Patrick arrived on time with our tree in great shape. They planted the tree where we requested, applying fertilizer and cleaning up after their work. This is our second expereince with Earthworks. Highly recommend.

I love Earth Works. There s a wonderful variety of plants to choose from. Every one is very helpful Julie helped me choose a plant for my porch She also showed me pictures of what to expect as my plant grew. My grandson loves to see all the fish. It s an enjoyable experience. And the music is great.

Stopped by for the first time Mar 16. More than I expected from the street view- and easy parking in their lot. Were greeted and treated by Emily & Sean at the Saturday Sip n Shop - happy customers, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Healthy vigorous plants (annuals, sun & shade shrubs, trees, some veg & herbs), outdoor planters, beautiful examples of their water features plus an indoor area with houseplants and some garden supplies. Worth a visit!

Tim Greer did an excellent job of making sure the time was convenient and Tim Trout showed up right on time and did the most excellent job. I can see the stones again at the bottom of my fountain! We called Earthworks to help with a water feature that was not working properly. Nick discovered the problem and got it working again. They do a great job and stand behind their work. Excellent customer service!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Nick and Dave for great service on a pond repair and clean out. My two waterfall design had been limping along due to a leak for 6 months. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to find it myself it was time to call the professionals. Nick and Dave found the leak embarrassingly fast and then made short work of the clean out. They even went above and beyond by trimming the frost damaged banana trees. Talk about great service! Last but not least a special thank you to Timbo for coordinating, fitting me in and as always keeping me straight on scheduling. Thanks guys!!!

Colby and his crew are great about taking care of my yard and always looking out for the extra things, like trimming or stressed areas. They help me adjust my sprinklers and basically assist with whatever I need. Great job. The EW crews have always done by me.

Sean Friedman & his team do a great job with my lawn. They are consistent in showing up on schedule & sometimes comes a day early if there is a bad storm coming. Sean is always available to help me with whatever additional tasks that need to be done, such as pulling up a bush that has fallen over or trimming overgrown bushes. Sean also pays attention to detail & will let me know if he sees a problem with anything in the yard.

Earth Works Lawn Care is fabulous. They do such a great job keeping our lawn and gardens beautiful. The crew leader, Sean Friedman, is very professional. He makes sure to communicate with me at every service, manages his team well, notifies me of potential issues, and does extra little things to make our yard better. Daryl Bryant was our Earth Works spray tech today, 11/1/23. Daryl was applying funguscide, insecticide and fall fertilizer. It is important note, that Daryl was applying this as preventative, early so we would not experience any future problems. I purchased a 30 gallon Japanese Blueberry tree for installation in my backyard. Emily was able to schedule it much quicker than I expected. The installation went perfectly. Kabobo and Adam are definitely experts at this. I couldnt believe how easy they made it look. At least four people helped me choose and purchase my tree, so from end-to-end, I was well taken care of at Earth Works.

Earthworks did a great job. Very professional, landscaping looks wonderful and the job site was left in perfect condition. Highly recommend them. Adam, Kabobo, Emily and Matt are excellent at their jobs.

Earthworks does what they say they will do. We had major drainage installed and releveling of the backyard. The drainage works just as they said it would. A job very well done! Bruce, Adam, and Mabubu did an awesome job!. Bruce actually came back out after the first rain after install and did some fine tuning and all seems to be well. Well done Earthworks! Would highly recommend Earthworks for drainage, landscaping, etc. anytime!.

For 5 years we have thoroughly enjoyed our large, enclosed koi pond in Fernandina Beach, which was designed and built by Earthworks. We recently had a crisis where 7 of our LARGE koi died within a 4 day period due to a surge of chemicals in our city water system. Nick Scott and Justin Null came out to our home and expertly drained and cleaned the pond, resuscitated a dying fish, replaced the water, taught me how to monitor alkaline levels and detoxify the water myself, and properly maintain all components of the pond system. Their knowledge and level of customer service was truly extraordinary! Thank you Earthworks for hiring such amazing people.
