Where do I even start with Dewey? We interviewed three different companies to do a massive remodel of our backyard and Dewey immediately stood out as the winner. Dewey is a true backyard savant. He's creative, he communicates expectations clearly, and keeps you in the loop as the project moves along. I was very nervous going into this project as it was a huge investment, but Dewey kept me calm and dealt with my fears. I cannot recommend Dewey and his team enough, we're more than happy with the results. Hunter does a great job managing the day to day and keeping everyone moving. By the end of it, I consider Dewey to be a friend and will be hiring beachscapes to complete other areas of our yard. If anyone wants to connect with me as a reference, please do so.
DO NOT USE unless you enjoy headaches. Started the job late & finished the job late. (after i explicitly said i didn’t want the job started at all if it wasn’t on time, as i wouldn’t be in town to monitor for improprieties) After Beachscapes didn’t secure posts correctly and they began wobbling out ot place only a few weeks after install, they expected me to pay about HALF of the original jobs’ cost to repair their mistake. Last but not least… they were late when coming to inspect the damage they were responsible for. Update: photos added. Once i had the project redone, it was discovered they didnt even pour concrete on two sides of the posts. Which is the whole reason they were unstable and needed to be fixed. Unbelievable

We love our new backyard! Hunter removed our old and tired patio, while minimizing any wear & tear on our front lawn in the process. Dewey and Ashley constantly communicated with us as the project was ongoing, which was important to me (this isn’t always the case with contractors), and ensured that our expectations were met. It was a long time coming but the results were worth waiting for. Could not have been more impressed with Hunter as he let us know what was going on throughout his demo and he was very professional. Dewey help me to understand what plants he was recommending, even to the point of walking me around a garden center and actually showing me what they looked like. My husband and I are very happy with the services provided by Beachscapes from the paver driveway to the paver lanai and outdoor kitchen as well as the installation of palms. We were referred to Dewey and the team at Beachscapes through a few friends of ours. They just finished putting up our new White Vinyl fence for the house and we have them working on a 2nd project to build out a summer kitchen in our backyard. His project manager, Hunter, who was on our job was one of the best communicators Ive dealt with in the construction space. He consistently updates me throughout the process with photos and timelines. He figured out that I preferred to text to communicate and so Id get picture/status updates throughout the days. If you need a new fence or landscaping work done - this is the company to reach out too.
What was once a neat and orderly landscape, became totally overgrown in the front and backyard. The plan included removing all of the overgrown bushes, matured plants, old wood decking, fencing and miscellaneous other items in the yard. Dewey, Hunter and the team were diligent and focused on what needed to be done, plus they were friendly and courteous. Hunter, the project manager, kept me informed at all times on when they were arriving, finishing up for the day and what was to be done next. He was even okay with me occasionally texting him with any questions that I may have had. I couldn t be happier with the outcome. The landscaping is now clean looking, manageable and the sod, pavers and stone combination looks great. My friends have all commented on how different and better the place looks. Thank you for all of your hard work on this big job!

After driving by their shop, I figured Id give them a call. After receiving a few quotes, I found them to be 2-3k less expensive than others for a simple outdoor kitchen (grill, sink, fridge). Quality is perfect and they did a great job.
