Always had an issue with every service call. It only got worse. I waited a year but had to cancel! Nothing had changed.

The service provider, Corey,personally informed me of what services he would be providing at the time of visit. He explained what was the purpose of each application.

Great service and communication

Alan made an extra visit to address my concerns about a grass that was taking over my backyard. I feel I will have good results after he sprayed with a different chemical. He was very professional and took time to explain how the problem will be addressed. I appreciate his help and determination to provide good customer service.

Everyone seems to be very professional

Corey was my courteous technician. He explained what he was going to do before he started. He answered all my questions. He took his time and did his job well. Advised me that I can water grass when I am ready.

I really like how TruGreen keeps you updated by text on when a service will happen, when the tech will arrive and when its been completed. My yard looks much better after having TruGreen come on a regular basis.

Had the worst experience with these people. They charged way too much for insect control and ontop of that ,tech Brian H. was supposed to come out and do insect control. Turns out he was at my property for 10 mins and said I cancelled the service but I work nights and was sleeping when he came out. You also can not call this number and get a person from this branch. It gets routed through their customer service rep. I will definitely not use their service again.

Ive been a Trugreen customer for several years now, which says volumes about my trust in their services. Rarely do I have a problem after their visits. But, if an unusual situation presents itself, all I have to do is pick up my phone, and help is on the way. I receive compliments on my yard quite frequently, and I always know who to thank! I researched several different lawn care providers, and Trugreen always had the best reviews, and satisfied customers. Now, I, too am one of them!

I am completely unhappy with the lack of professionalism and lack of communication. I attempted to schedule an appointment for my lawn to be mower and trimmed. When i called they asked the service i would like, after i mentioned that i dont want to set up a regularly scheduled mowing, instead i will call to schedule when i need the lawn mowed. They seemed dissatisfied and their friendly tune changed. They then said they will call me back and after a few days of no contact i decided to attempt to call them and text them but received absolutely no reply and was ignored time and time again. Will not be attempting to do business with them again.

Our grass looks so much better!!!!
