It was easy to express our concerns and he addressed them.

Tasmine H was very professional. She applied flea and tick treatment today to my yard. I asked her how long I needed to wait until I could let my 10 week old puppies out in the yard. Tasmine H told me this chemical was not harmful.

Love their service. Very pleased and an amazing 2023 HOT SUMMER WEATHER come back in 2024.

My lawn is steadily improving and I have far less mosquitos.

I ordered service over the phone and told the rep I wanted fertilizer and herbicide treatment only. He mentioned lime treatment although I did not need nor want it. However, after my first service I was billed $70 for a lime treatment. This unscrupulous rep added lime to my order after simply mentioning it to me. Beware of this unethical practice.

Great customer service on the phone and the supervisors are courteous, but they just dont perform the services you pay for. So many times I have seen on cameras that the services were not performed and CS apologized, supervisor reaches out, visits the house, gets it retreated. Time and time again I look and see they they spend less than 1 minute on the property to treat right around the truck, leave a ticket on the door and drive off. Im tired of having to call and go through so many prompts to get a human not even in town. Its easier to deal with a local business.

My technician is so kind and friendly when he arrives. He is knowledgeable about his job and knows exactly what my yard needs. He tells me everything he does to my yard and makes sure I understand. When my technician, Ethan M, arrived at my house today, he took the time to educate me on the different types of grass that I have in my yard and how to properly care for it. He encourages me to ask questions and takes time to explain his process. He genuinely cares and is passionate about his job and my yard.

TruGreens service employees are really dedicated workers doing their best to perform their respective job duties within the overly limited time parameters imposed upon them by TruGreen. In point of fact, they are required to perform their various service applications in approximately 15 minutes, irrespective of the size of the service job, ie: lot size, terrain, initial set up and equipment roll up following service application. I was about to switch to Scotts when TruGreen bought Scotts out so I will continue with TruGreen until a better option becomes available or until TruGreen improves upon its application time policies and allows its employees the time required to adequately perform their job duties.

TruGreen is the worst!!! The grass that I did have, they killed that. With TruGreen killing my grass, it caused my dirt to wash away and expose tree roots. I had to someone to fix their mess up and put down sod. Cost me a fortune and they did not reimburse my money!!!! What a waste of time and money. I give TruGreen 5 negative stars!!!

TruGreen service is customized to my yard and relieves me of the task of figuring out what my yard needs and when it needs it. The service reps are always cordial and efficient. As a result my yard stays weed-free and looks good year-round.

Great response time to begin a complete lawn, shrub, and pest control program. Very professional and courteous service. I have a fairly heavily landscaped yard and it was getting a little ahead of my efforts to adequately care for all of its needs. I look forward to Trugreen keeping it as one of the most pleasing to the eye in my neighborhood.

Im not satisfied with my service Ive been with them for 5 years but the last 2 years has been horrible this year I have weeds growing in my lawn and I called TruGreen but no one returned my call customer service is not the best Im paying for a service Im not getting.

I have been with Trugreen for about 9 years. The service was excellent in the early years but has gotten progressively worse. This year, they delayed my fungicide application and thus missed the fungus treatment timing...and I had large areas of brown patch in my centipede grass that died. I eventually went to the co-op and bought fungicide and treated it myself. It is just now recovering and filling in the dead patches. The other reason that I retain Trugreen is for weed control, and they have completely missed on that goal as well. My yard is covered with nut grass and some other assorted sedge weeds, and they cannot seem to kill it. This has been a problem all year. They are good about coming back but to no avail.. They made another free extra treatment a couple weeks ago and I dont think it killed a single sedge weed. They never send the same guy to your house so there is no ownership or continuity to be proactive on yard issues. I think they are too busy to care about quality of service. They are here about 10 min on a one-acre yard and are quickly on to the next one. I pay them about $1,000 a year and I am planning to change. The Jackson branch has gone from very good to very bad over the years....very disappointing.

The first repensenative that came to my residence was inexperienced and could not and did not tell me anything concerning my lawn. I did not receive a text or phone call prior to the second repensenative coming out for a consult, he showed up and left. While sitting at home I recieved a text that the representative was complete with my lawn care and no one ever showed up. My wife was home all day and I was home two minutes after I recieved the text that he would be there shortly. Mind you i called my wife and informed her that I recieved the text. This has been an unpleasant experience. This company has been very unprofessional as the way this has been handled. I asked for a manager to call me after the second occurrence and a lady called saying the manager is not available and she works close with the manager. If I could have given a rate (0) zero I would have

Sleazy business. Even if you sign up for only a set amount of services and are told you have 0 services left on your account, they ll still show up one day and perform more services and charge you full price. I didn t request any services, but they did it anyways. There s no way to cancel through the app, you have to go out of your way to call customer service or it ll never stop. Then they refused to refund me for the service I didn t request. Pathetic practice, and I advise anyone who s reading this review to avoid this company. Who knows what other ways they have for cheating you and doing dirty business.

The staff are great in working with clients. My only concern is that they dont follow up when they see lawn issues to see if their solution resolved the issue. I have had 2 applications so far this year as regularly scheduled and i still have weeds.

Yes when you talk to them on the phone as a paying customer they are kind and courteous. But once you cancel the services for not only no visible sign of improvement, but I also complained they introduced weeds I didnt have before into my yard. I would have left it at that and not written this, but for a year and a half now I have asked them to quit calling me. I have asked nicely, I have been ugly I have yelled and now I just hang up. It is to the point they are now in harassing me. And I am sure it is intentional. Do yourself a favor. Dont get involved. It will never, ever end. UPDATE: The company has seen my post, know my complaint and continue harassing me. Calling my phone though I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their call list. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have never used the service, I went in for a job interview, and to talk with the general manger. I give it four stars just on the people I met there the general manger was very informative on the job, and everyone I saw spoke, and seemed nice.

It was a rocky start getting them to service the entire yard. I used to have 20% weeks mixed with the grass . . . now, one year later, I have very little grass, mixed with lots of weeds and large bare spots.

TruGreen started out treating and eliminating Dandelions from my lawn. Now my lawn looks great with the care that your professional has taken in making sure that it gets what it needs to flourish!

I have never been so disappointing in TruGreen as I am hear. I have had TruGreen in MN and they were amazing. My lawn turned from weeds to a thick plush lawn. Hear they leave a note that they have done something, yet my husband was in the back yard and all day and never seen anyone. I left a message yesterday for the manager to call and no call has come as yet. I am ready to cancel my service.

Thanks to Trugreen I have the healthiest, most weed-free yard in the neighborhood. Always great service and if I need to reach them for help they make it easy and respond effectively.

Lawn treatments have been alerted by phone call, treatments have been completed as scheduled, specialists have been efficient, friendly, and helpful about my questions. Lawn condition is good as can be measured considering the current drought conditions. I am a satisfied customer.

As usual, the specialist arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. The difference between our lawn and untreated lawns is quite obvious. We have been approached a number of times by competitors that promise to do it faster, better, and cheaper but have declined their offers.

I am not satisfied with their Customer Service! I did not request that my yard be aerated this year because they did such a poor job last year. They did it anyway without my authorization. I told them that I would not pay for it because it was as poor service as last years aeration. I have now received a bill and notice from a collection agency demanding payment for my aeration. I really dont appreciate having my account turned over to Collection for poor service on their part.

It was a between-treatments service call. Very professional and helpful. Responded quickly and courteous at all times. I appreciate that Tru-Green provides an unlimited number of visits between scheduled treatments.

With TruGreen, my lawn, shrubs and trees have improved tremendously. I am very pleased and just renewed my annual contract. The reps that service our lawn and shrubs are very friendly, very knowledgeable and always take the time to answer our questions and make recommendations. My wife walks around with the shrub and tree rep and she learns a lot about care of these plants. Would recommend TruGreen to anyone.

Horrible customer Service. The local office lists a local phone number, but you are passed off directly to a nationwide toll free line and never get to speak to a local person. They do not return calls timely and do not show up to perform service when they indicate. What makes this so bad is the end result when they finally get to your place is good, but the aggravation of dealing with the customer service is not worth it.
