Brad's Green Machine in Jackson

2+ year customer here. Once I reported that I had a couple of bushes killed by over spray, he never showed back up. Finally got a text that he no longer was interested in servicing my yard. Might want to give someone with a little customer service experience your business…evidently he has plenty of business.

Started using Brads green machine recently. Grass is greener and thicker than ever. Weeds are gone also.

Asked them to kill the weeds next to the fence. 2 year's later still the same weeds. Will not use them next year.

7-18-22. It rained an inch yesterday in Farmington station. Anyone with any knowledge knows not to throw fertilizer on a yard that’s just had a heavy rainfall. Secondly, it’s raining again today and this company has some dude waking around with a fertilizer spreader on his chest slinging fertilizer while it’s pouring down rain in Farmington station. Brad, if he’s the owner or the one doing the application is not smart at all. I have 25 years in farming and I can’t stand the plant board, but I had to call the plant board on his lab this morning who was spreading fertilizer in the pouring down rain and spot spraying. Pure ignorance, illegal, and most of all stealing money from his customers by doing this bush league application

After being a customer for 6 years, & paying for services in advance each year I needed help on an additional property I own. I asked for an appointment to inspect the additional yard & Brad was unwilling to schedule a time to visit the property & advise of needed treatments. I was willing to go on a second contract with him for recommended treatments. Basically I was told he cannot schedule appointments. I suggest if you really want professional services that you work through a local landscaper. The national chain franchisres are not responsive to individual needs. As a result of this I have cancelled his service & am awaiting a refund of my prepayment.

Been using Brad’s for two years and I have the best lawn in my neighborhood (~125 homes).

Brad’s Green Machine maintained our yard for one year and our newly sodded yard was atracked by a fungus and looks awful.

I used Tru-Green in the past but got frustrated with a billing issue and constant phone calls. So, I switched to Brad's and I'm glad I did! After 1 application, my yard looks fantastic. They were able to wipe out the majority of my weed outbreak and bring back the green in my Bermuda. Also, a truck drove through my yard and they came out and reapplied fertilizer to the affected areas! Really superb service and great people!
