Absolutely love Okeena. I dont normally leave reviews but this company is worth one. Moved into a much older house that was previously invested with roaches. Waisted a lot of money on bombs and different sprays off the shelf and nothing worked. We quickly called Okeena and they scheduled us within a day or two. After the first visit from this company, we noticed an almost complete makeover instantly. They came back out 3 weeks later and havent seen the first one since. Definitely recommend for any of your pest control needs. Thank you to Alex, TJ and Austin for all of your help! Yall are awesome!!!

My weeds were out of controlled and when I started to use the service, probably after a couple spraying they were all gone.

Beware. They will 100% scam you. We received service from them last season and cancelled at season end. This year, with no prior notice, they came and serviced our yard. It made our dogs sick. Worse, it could have made our children sick had they gone in the yard. They were trespassing on our property, made our dogs sick, and now want us to pay for it. My wife is still receiving bills from them for a service we cancelled and now they are threatening to turn her over to collections. Awful company who will betray its customers.

Would not recommend to anyone. Killed large areas of grass all over my yard while spot spraying for weeds, while leaving weeds everywhere. When I tried to call I could never get a person, just a voicemail. Left a voicemail with no returned call. Finally got someone to answer and just cancelled my service. And they re going to call and text you every week trying to upsell you something. Overall poor experience with this company.

When I had my lawn sprayed this week, my friend talked with the tech about Dallas grass overgrowth in my yard. He pointed out the areas. The tech agreed that sufficient spraying had not been done in the past. He sprayed those areas really well. He said he would return in 2 weeks to check on these areas. He also said he would spray again if necessary at no extra cost to me.

Today Nick came to my home to apply my regular scheduled treatment to control weeds and he was very knowledgeable about the conditions that exist in my yard . Not only did he explain what he was going to do to correct the issue but he also explained why he was taking the steps he had planed and what to expect going forward. I would recommend Nick to anyone to get the desired results to have a beautiful lawn.

Back in May of this year, we needed to have some additional supports installed in our foundation as well as get a moisture barrier installed in the crawlspace. Having recently purchased the house we needed to also get it treated and bonded for termites. James came out and did a thorough walk through answered any questions we had and got us set up with a great bid. TJ and Hunter came out and got everything done for us. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They did fantastic work and were very efficient. Great people to get know, and will definitely be using them for future work that is needed.

Was quoted a price. The company came out many times to perform a service at that price. The last time they performed a service I was billed and with it being at auto I noticed on my bank account I was charged double the price. After trying to get an answer many times with no call back. The explanation was that they sprayed more of my yard and that they cannot refund anything. They said that prices have skyrocketed. Then why not contact your customers and have them aware of a price increase other than Sorry. I don t recommend them at all.

Customer service is poor. 0 follow up on appointments. Does not notify customers when they are going to be late. Plenty of yard care providers in the area, find one that will professionally handle customer service.

Poor customer response. I had two lime treatments applied and billed for. I tried calling them and messaging them on their website to understand why. No one will contact me. I have decided to not pay any billing until they communicate. 12/27/23 Update: 4-Evergreen did finally contact me and removed the charge for additional lime treatment. Customer response can be slow, but they will try to work to resolve issues. Changing my rating from one to four stars.

Used 4 Evergreen several years for year round yard treatments. Last spring, one of the techs fried our beautiful palisades grass, which is now dirt. The manager sent techs out several times to retreat dirt hoping it would turn into grass, stating give it time. This spring, still waiting....

They are very responsive in communications, however I m having issues with weeds and have mentioned a couple of times that they need to do something. They re assuring me it s going to be taken care of, as I ve only been with them this past season I m giving them a chance. They ve lived up to their word on everything else, so I m willing to wait a bit longer.

They came in the beginning of spring and put down a pre-emergent to kill unwanted weeds and grasses, then they have come 3 times and put fertilizer down and spot treat some weeds that came back. They are to put down a post-emergent later this year. My front yard and sides look great with just a few weeds popping up, but my back yard has a lot to be desired. There was a huge area that everything died. I reseeded that area to no avail, put lime down and reseeded again to no avail. Only thing that has come up is weeds which they treated again the last time they fertilized. I have bermuda grass and it is slowly spreading to that huge area. We will see what it looks like by next spring.

4-EverGreen was professional, communicated reminder messages that techs would be on the premises days ahead of time, as well as follow up messages with care notes. The techs accurately documented troubled areas along with suggestions to help. Weeks ahead of the big issue with army worms- voice messages were left to warn of the coming problems if left untreated. I had friends who had other vendors tending to their properties and they said they did not get any warnings at all until it was too late. I have been very happy with 4-EverGreen-exceptional service.

We have started using them after noticing how nice 2 of our neighbors yards looked! When you neighbors have carpet looking lawn, you ask questions and take action!!! Our yard was in bad shape and continues to need improvement BUT since weve started with this company, its beginning to look so much better!!! AND, we are notified at least 2 days (maybe more) of them coming to your lawn, allowing you to opt out if you need to. Highly recommend!!! HIGHLY!!! (Also, not certain on all services offered but what we need, they have provided!)

Switched to 4-evergreen a few years ago and overall pretty satisfied with the service. Some of the tough weeds like nut grass and crab grass still hang around in a few locations but if you reach out to them they will try to address the situation.

4-EverGreen did a mosquito treatment in our yard. We had our first big yard party for this summer, and everyone talked about how they werent getting bit by mosquitoes. We basically live in a field beside a giant pond (mosquito breeding ground). So, Im very impressed by that. Its well worth the money, and honestly, it didnt even cost much. I highly recommend them!
