Driver pulled out on Spring Arbor Rd with a trailer cutting off multiple people and almost causing an accident. The passenger then chucked a bunch of garbage out of the window onto the side of the road. So, if they treat their customers property like they do public roads - I wouldn’t trust them.

This company is a joke, and the guy in the video isn't even affiliated with the company. Took them over a month to tell me they couldn't bid on a waterfall project. They said the waterfall isn't stable when the rocks that are stacked weigh over a ton each, I know because I brought a crane in to lift them. When the guys came out, they were late, and then they tried to get me to bid with myself, asking how much my budget is. How about you tell me how much it will cost to have you do said project..
Never met a owner that cares so much for the customers he (Brian) thrives on making sure that the customers completely happy completely satisfied takes care of his employees this is an all-around fantastic company to buy your materials plants get services done and work for
This company is the worst I have ever used. I had issues with them a year ago with a tech who was inexperienced but gave them a try again this year for irrigation set up. They had an inexperienced tech come out about a month ago. He stated he was trying to find a second valve to start my system and that he would let me know once he found it. I end up looking out an hour later and he is gone, never spoke to me or updated me on what happened. I texted him for an update no response. I gave it about a week and called them for an update. The woman on the phone said they would send someone out the next day (Friday) to fix the issue. I stayed home to see if the tech needed anything and they never showed, again no communication. I gave it a week and called back. They apologized and said they would send a tech that week (on a Thursday) to locate this second valve. No tech ever came on that Thursday. As I was leaving my home the next day (Friday) a tech showed up saying he was going to locate this other box. I did not know anyone was coming so was unable to be here. That tech ended up leaving again without the system being set up. I have now waited over a week just to see if anyone from this place would call and of course nobody has. I have never seen a place just not communicate or follow up on customer needs and would not recommend using them for any services.
Lawn service quality was good. They damaged things on my property. I left several messages and was even promised someone would call. No one ever did. Appears they only care about the money not quality. Just a terrible company. I would never hire them ever again. Only reason they got a star is because they actually mowed. Seriously, so many issues with this company, I don’t have enough room to type.
Fantastic experience from the initial visit at the store to the delivery of our shed!! It was all completed within days and we are absolutely loving our new shed. I had no idea of all the beautiful home decor things in the store and told my husband that it’s the place he needs to shop for me at! The lady that helped us was very sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. The delivery was fantastic, received a call to ask when would be the best time and on the delivery day we received a call and a text and he was perfectly on time. He was very kind and did a fantastic job of placing it in the perfect place. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Now we just need to agree if it’s going to be a “he” shed or a “she” shed :)
I called place the lady. Was very rude...if you want. A hay field I would call them.they skip over countless weedwhipping areas.. all around awful experience....I would never call them WELLL LAST 3 PHOTS WAS TODAY 1 YR SINCE I GAVE THE TRUE REVIEW AND LOW N BEHOLD THEY STILL SUCK MY YARD LOOKS LIKE A HAY FIELD AND MY DOGS GET LIST INT THE PIKES OF GRASS
Brothers mows my apartment complex they leave grass everywhere tear up the lawn and spray grass all over our cars! surely they can do better?
Shawn did a great job with my sprinklers . He s very knowledgeable with the sprinklers and was able to complete the work order.

Brothers has the contact to plow the propery where I rent and have done the absolute worst job everytime it has snowed this year. When my car has been here when it snowed I have been plowed in and even when my car was not here the spot was not plowed! They do the bare minimum of work and they are not able to be contacted to come fix it. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Very clean inside and out. Tons of knowledge on the products and what they dont know they will get information and call you back. Nice and friendly. Definitely going back to get a grill/smoker.

In comparison, a nice size sea green juniper is a way better deal here than Lowes. Yes, $5 more, but almost twice the root structure, so I am more confident that the plant will thrive. And, great local business with cute AND useful stuff in the store, so totally worth it. Super friendly staff!

Grass clippings were being sprayed onto our sign and the road. The company I work for didnt even hire them, and they continue to negatively affect our business. Dont be so sloppy!

I called their retail store looking purchase a new smokeless fire pit for my backyard. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Carries knowledge of the product differences helped me find just the right one (went with USA-made Breoo) and it was ready for pickup same day! Excellent customer service and would gladly do business with them again.
Bryan of Brothers came out and cleared my lake front property and did an excellent job! I am very pleased with the work that was done and I highly recommend their company.
Brothers has been snow plowing and providing lawncare for me at my place of employment for over the last 1 1/2 years on several properties. Its so much easier to have one company that can provide both services. Theyve been great to work with when listening to our expectations and coming through with solutions when the need arises. If there is ever a problem or project, they are quick to respond.

Extremely unprofessional the 2 guys slinging asphalt on Hoyer rd slung it at my truck and shouted obscenities at me as I drove past at 10mph with no warning signs or anything other than a blinking light on the truck on a very curvy double yellow 40mph speedlimit road extremely dangerous for the workers and the motoring public

Brothers has done several projects for us and they have always done excellent work. Last year, we re-landscaped our front yard using Brothers and they performed above and beyond expectations. A problem arose that was not part of their original quote but they did the work within the budget as initially quoted.
Brothers Outdoor World has been mowing my lawn for the past 6 years. They are completely professional and do a fantastic job. I had to have a new drain field and septic installed recently and Brian redid the entire back yard - it looks better than it ever has. They are great and I highly recommend them!
I had a garage that collapsed during the heavy snow storm in November and had to have it demolished. Bryan came out and gave me a bid and it was excepted by our insurance company. Brothers Outdoor World came out as soon as there was a break in the weather and completed the demo in one day. Real quick service and they done a great job. Bryan and Lynne were the greatest on getting a bid back and keeping me in formed and completing the task. .
