Called to ask for a service that they claim they offer on their website in the fall. When I called, I get told they only do it from Labor day to the first week of October. Last I checked the fall was 3 months long. How about you put that on your website, so you dont waste peoples time?

Rich Green Lawns LLC are a very professional lawn fertilization service. We are billed monthly. They text you the day before they come. They use a walk behind spreader in my yard and blow off walkways when they re done. They also give you a report on how your yard is doing after each treatment.

Love getting the heads up notification the day before RGL comes to our home for services. Appreciate the detailed service reports as well.

So far so good! Left two companies after being unhappy with their services and I am really happy with the results from Rich Green so far. Looking forward to continued improvement.

Started this season off with Rich Green and couldn t be happier so far!! Within two treatments lawn looks better and less weeds than when I was with my previous company for the past two seasons. Anyone slightly unhappy make the switch to rich green they do not disappoint. Marked vehicles as well not some random showing up in a truck doing a rush job on the property. The techs actually take time and know what they are doing.

Weve used Rich Green Lawns for over 30 years for fertilizing our lawn, we turned to them for an organic fertilizer option when our daughter had wheezing due to regular lawn fertilizers. We have been very happy with their service, price, responsiveness, professionalism and timeliness - will highly recommend them to anyone looking to start or change their service.

Mediocre at best, as long as you dont expect the service program you purchased and expect the absolute bare minimum, then your expectations will be met. Im a new customer that asked for a service in between treatments, it was my first ever request and its covered under my service plan. What I expected was to get a simple response that it will be scheduled. What I got was a response requesting to take and send back multiple photos and a barage of long drawn out explanations and excuses as to why they werent going to schedule the service. After 2 weeks, 10 emails back and forth and multiple follow up requests, I was told my request was sent to the routing dept. to be scheduled. Awesome new customer experience.

My lawn is looking very good this year after switching lawn maintenance companies. I feel their application methods are better and more uniform than my previous company. I would give a higher rating when I have more experience and a couple of full seasons of experience. But so far, all looks good.

I was doing the lawn chemicals myself for years and using top quality products but could never eradicate wild strawberry, clover, etc. My neighbors grass next door always looked great and when I noticed the service technician applying chemicals I stopped to speak with him and decided to also use this service. We re going on the 4th year with them and my yard had never looked better

We switched to Rich Green Lawns for this season. We had brought a lawn company with us from our previous home and there customer support became worse and worse as did the quality of the work. Our lawn is already back to looking green and we are thrilled so far as new customers.

Rich Green Lawns is best in class locally when it comes to lawn care. We use them for fertilizing, non-turf weed control, mosquito and tick spraying with generally good results. On occasion, we do have to call for a re-treatment, especially for weeds. Definitely better than competitors like TruGreen or Lawn Doctor who burn the lawn to death or say they completed a service they never showed up for. The service techs that come out to the property and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Schedule reliability is a crapshoot, often with last minute cancellations of scheduled services. This is tough when you plan in advance to have people and pets off of the lawn following treatment. The three star rating is solely because of the customer service, or lack of, by Maria. Offering solutions, an apology or accepting responsibility for the many cancelled services would go a long way vs deflecting and being abrasive.

I worked with this company for almost three years. The first year, they sprayed weed killer on a ground cover flower (creeping thyme) that was placed in between and around a stepping stone path. The entire 3 x 6 area pathway of flowing thyme died within days. Since it was the first time working with them, I advised them of the accident. They were very gracious and offered to pay for replacement. The second year I noticed they were not doing the entire property that I was paying for. I have a front yard, fenced in back yard and a small back yard unfenced grass area that is accessed by a foot path. I frequently had to call them and remind them of the very back area. I often heard they did the area or reasons as to why they did not. Never at anytime, did they discuss changing my fees or adjusting the contract. The final straw came this past fall. They were supposed to do core aeration and seeding of the area. I came home from work and found they did not seed or aerate the back portion of the property. I called the office and spoke with the office manager. She said she would speak to the person involved with our property, they would call at the end of the day. I called every day for multiple days, telling her they did not do the job. She told me I must be mistaken, often you can see what they have done. I finally said no one is calling me back, what can I do to prove to you they did not finish the job. At that time she offered me to text pictures or videos. I promptly sent videos of my front and back yard, with clear differences. Only then did they believe. They did not call me to apologize, she just texted back, I see I will send someone out. After this incident, I cancelled the service, and yet they still keep sending statements. I dont know what happened, why they change in customer service. I found over the last year, the job was so shoddy, I was spending money on seeding and taking care of the lawn myself. My advice would be to check the work. Be home when its done. and perhaps your experience will be better than mine.

They perform lawn maintenance more often than I ever would. They clean up fertilizer and other chemicals on walkways and driveway..... always post small signs as warning to dog walkers and neighbor hood walkers when done.

Rich Green Lawns does an excellent job taking care of my lawn. I had seeding and fertilization done in 2023 and the lawn looks much better. Remember it takes time and patience to get a lawn looking nicer. When I called for follow up service appointment, the technician would be there the next day, given good weather. I would have given 5 stars but, in my opinion, they could deal with weeds a little bit better. Spot treatment of the weeds, instead of treating the whole lawn, results in having weeds still because if they come after you mow, they can t really see the weeds. I will be using them again for 2024, so we shall see.

They provide a detailed report after each service that includes condition of the day, service performed, condition of the lawn and recommendations for the future is a great tool. They are proactive and ask when the best time for service as well as when the grass is cut to ensure that they dont interfere with the timing. The cost is a bit high but they make up in customer service. Although a discount on seeding would be a welcome perk.

I used this company to aerate my lawn last year, which they did a great job. Ive since moved closer to where this company is based out of and looked to have it done again at the new home but they would not complete the service unless I signed up for fertilizer treatments. Asked for someone in management to call me back and they never did, all I got was some general mailbox to file a complaint. You lost the business, go extort someone else for additional services they dont need.

Most impressive was during my last lawn application after several days of heavy rain. The technician walked the perimeter of my entire property before riding the equipment on my property. Rich Green Lawns is great. I get the mosquitoe service and honestly I couldnt use my backyard without it, Id getting eaten alive. The timing works great also, every time I get 1 or 2 bites after a few weeks, the next day I see the sign in my yard that RGL came that day and did the service. They have it down to a science. Highly recommend if you have bug problems.

We used Rich Green many years ago and had an absolutely beautiful lawn. We decided to return to using them again this year. The lawn looks good but we had to have them come out and seed a second time due to places that grass was not growing despite all the watering. Still, there are a few spots where there is no grass . Since they were coming out a second time, the man who came out to put down the weedkiller could not do that so now we have some weeds too. It looks very good, but not as great as we remember. Maybe next year.
