What a team! My business premises were dreary but I really had no ideas on how to make it more welcoming for customers and my team. Lucie was able to listen to my needs and make a suitable proposal. Its been 6 months now, the follow-up is great! I recommend with your eyes closed.

In November I was offered a Ficus Lyrata in a tree version (total cost with the pot around 400 euros). Anxious to respect the maintenance advice given, I bought something to mist the leaves and water regularly. In February the leaves started to have brown spots and fall off. I had to write to Pousse twice before getting a response where they just told me ah yes too much watering stop watering . Worried about the roots rotting, I asked them if they needed to repot it, they told me yes why not. When unloading the tree I noticed that the cement imitation pot made of a sort of plastic (fiberglass apparently) paid for 129 euros on the site, did not have a hole to drain the water at its base and therefore the water stagnated between the earth and the clay balls. I repotted the tree in a clay pot with a saucer (cost 130 euros) and went to see my local florist. He was able to tell me that in fact, the fact that there was no drainage hole was very problematic and could have led to this situation (or precipitated it). He insisted that in his opinion it was more of a planter than a pot. To conclude and summarize my experience, I was very satisfied with the delivery by a very kind gentleman who installed it for me in the apartment, I was disappointed with the material of the pot from the first moment given the price ( for the same price I was able to have a terracotta pot and an Italian-inspired saucer much cheaper) and I am frankly disappointed with the after-sales service who responded to the email by declaring in substance this has never happened to us, it its not us, its you. The warranty is only one month. Stop watering (thanks, I stopped watering a while ago). No gesture is offered, for the price paid, it is indecent.

I bought a baby monstera in 2021, which grew huge. I contacted Pousse again to help me repot it, change to a larger stake and find a solution to move it. I was answered very quickly, solutions were found and the teams are very friendly.

We are very happy with the work that the Pousse team did for us. Aurelien knew how to design a space full of charm today and which should flourish by bringing us all the emotions we hoped for. The unexpected arbutus tree was a wonderful surprise and found its place, well worth it :-)!! The installation team was efficient, attentive, and friendly: very nice to see them love what they do.

Super practical! As someone who has neither the time nor the vehicle to go looking for large houseplants, this is a super practical way to stock up! The prices are reasonable and the fact of being able to choose the naked or potted plant allows you to adapt your budget, or to buy according to your needs. flat; I bought a magnificent potted eucalyptus, installed in an open-air patio and sheltered from direct sunlight, which quickly withered away despite the maintenance instructions. quickly reported to customer service who then asked me for details, which I quickly sent, I never received any news or advice again... and my eucalyptus ended up dying.

Asked for a Terrarium workshop service during Sustainable Development Week, the employees were very satisfied. Good animation, good advice and good product quality. Each employee left with their Terrarium and a smile! Thank you Pousse.

I called on Pousse in March 2022 to create an artificial mini-jungle for a photo shoot. But I needed advice on the plants to choose adapted to the atmosphere we wanted to give, their choice being very vast and my budget tight (max 500 ). Sarah was very responsive and sent me by email a selection that she offered with real and fake (magnificent) plants while respecting my budget. Delivery in the morning, collection at the end of the day, so respecting the timing was very important. They were punctual, delivery on site. The photo result was perfect! I RECOMMEND THEM 100% and would use them again!

Do not buy from Paris Pousse! I had a very bad experience from A to Z. I bought an Aloe Vera plant as a gift for my mothers birthday which also falls on 12/25. We had agreed with Paris Pousse for delivery on 12/22. No one showed up on 12/22 or 12/23. I had no information to track my package, I tried to contact them but impossible during the Christmas period. After Christmas still no delivery. It should have been a surprise but the surprise was for me. After sending several emails and trying to contact someone on their live chat, I receive an email a week later informing me that my plant is not in stock, which is why it was not delivered and that They will deliver it as soon as it is in stock without giving me a date! I was furious that I had not been informed sooner that it was out of stock, I could have found an alternative gift. Two days later, I return to their chat to find out if my plant is in stock, they tell me yes and we agree on a delivery date when my parents return from vacation so that they are on site for reception (they were going on vacation for a week). The next day, I receive an email to tell me that my plant will be delivered in 48 hours!!! While no one is on site to receive the package!!! No follow-up from interlocutors, poor communication. So much wasted time and frustration. Oh and the worst part is that when my mother finally received her plant, the plant arrived in poor condition. Very very disappointed!

I was enthusiastic and impatient for the performance of the Paris Pousse team but unfortunately I am very disappointed. It was a question of hiding an opposite with a few tall plants. The problem is that the team who came did not know my needs. In the end I had to unpot and repot the plants for which it was possible. The prices are excessive (plants and labor) compared to market prices and the quality of service. Be careful before validating the quotes and compare the prices carefully before... despite the 250 of site monitoring I have no feedback on my request to modify the automatic watering... I will resolve it alone, in short it will not there is no site monitoring. I am very disappointed, I thought I could call on them for other work

Delivery times are adequate. But no tracking available. The product I ordered did not have the correct dimensions, so I contacted customer service to find out the return policy. I am told We will call you at the beginning of January to set a date. A date of what? How will you find my number? In short, customer service doesnt seem to care about this kind of thing. No response from them following my last message. I hope this is a special case.

Beautiful plant, however customer service is really not efficient. I thought the high prices would justify quality after-sales service, which is clearly not the case. Its sad to say but we might as well go to the big brands.

Unfortunately, even with all the good will in the world, I will not be able to give Paris Pousse a positive review. Quite simply because the quality of the products is, in my personal case, far from being there. I ordered a Cactus Sergio, worth 219, on February 6. Certainly, the cost seemed quite high to me compared to the equivalent types of plant that can be found in large retailers, but I imagined that the quality would be there. And then, I prefer to help young French start-ups rather than companies that are already well established. However, five months after the delivery of my cactus, it withered away dramatically within a few days. In less than a week, the cactus literally begins to rot. I contact after-sales service who dont understand, who tell me that they have never seen this. Wonder if I watered it too much (no), or on the contrary not watered it at all (no), or if there are little white creatures (again no). No explanation was found, but after insisting he agreed to send me a new one (with delivery costs still payable by me!). New cactus which has exactly the same problem but in barely two months! This time the after-sales service is less compassionate and only wishes me good luck and tells me that they will talk to their supplier about it, but without providing me with any help or solution. I have a lot of plants at home (succulents, laurels, other cacti of different sizes) and they are all doing very, very well. Unfortunately when I see the equivalent cacti that I have at home (same size, same type) that I was able to get from Ikea or Truffaut, which have been doing very well for several years and which I got almost a third of the price, I I can only bitterly regret having spent for nothing my money at Paris Pousse.
