Truck drivers are reckless on the road.

I recently had Sullivan come out and lay down a bunch of soil, and reseed my yard. They did this about three weeks ago. Yesterday they came back without me contacting them and touched up spots that were not growing to their satisfaction. This is tremendous customer service and I would recommend Sullivan to anyone. Professional, timely, left yeah yard clean. Great job.

We had an issue with my front granite steps and brickway which were in disrepair. Sullivan's quoted me a fair estimate and delivered with a top notch repair job. The 3 gentlemen that arrived to perform the work, reassembled my brick walk, removed and reset the large granite slabs to provide even stairs....and did so while protecting the front porch. Very happy with the excellent work and the professional attitude of the crew...... WOULD recommend!!!

The job was to redo a homeowner-installed drip irrigation system and replace micro-sprinklers with pop-up sprayers. Waited weeks before Michelle responded to our website request. Spent another several weeks getting to a final proposal. Accepted proposal and put down 50% deposit. Today they came, without calling first, dug around a for 15 minutes and said that the supply lines in the ground could not support the work they had proposed. All Sullivan principals had inspected the current installation. Sullivan had complete access to the current system while making its proposal. Pure bait and switch.

Sullivan trucks drive by my house almost every day, so contacted them for some landscaping needs. After 3 times of them telling me they would come by for a quote, I finally gave up and contacted someone.

These guys are the real deal! One of the Connecticut Shorelines best landscape companies hands down. They have the equipment and expertise to handle big jobs but also possess customer service when it comes to taking care of something small. Would highly recommend anyone looking for landscape design Landscape Maintenance or anything else outside your home. John May
