Carson Groundworks just completed work at a property I manage in Ithaca, New York. The house was built in 1930, and there was a major leak of water into the basement. John Carson sent a crew to the house, quickly diagnosed the problem, and FIXED the problem. On two occasions I interacted with the crew members, and everyone was 100% professional. Highly recommended. For more than 15 years Carson Groundworks has consistently provided fast, intelligent solutions to water issues that I've had in older homes. From underground pumps diverting groundwater, to improvements on existing sump pumps, to rainwater diversion. Also landscape: gravel driveways done right with proper base preparation and grading, and lawn mowing. The scope of problem solving is great, the value is great, and professionalism is always consistent.

We are a 29-unit community of single-family homes and townhouses fronting onto a privately maintained road from Worth Street to Mitchell Street in the Town of Ithaca, NY. In April, 2016, our homeowners association hired Carson Groundworks to provide a wide range of services, notably mowing, weed control, fertilizing, mulching and tree-trimming in our common areas; sweeping, snow-plowing and salting of our roadway; snow-shoveling and salting of our sidewalks; and mowing and lawn care for multiple lots and individual driveways. Our HOA Board of Directors is pleased to report that the above services have been consistently carried out thoroughly and quickly. Weve also found the Carson Groundworks team to be responsive on the rare occasions when the Board has called with questions or requests for service adjustments. Their problem-solving skills and professionalism are superior, as is their attitude these are friendly people who clearly take great pride in their work. We give them a five-star rating; were confident you will, too!
