Mike and Marshell are outstanding to work with. They took a really treacherous situation, and made it look so easy. He prepared our extension foundation and hauled out dirt up a very steep hill. Previous Crews couldn't do what they did.

Mr. Mike is so kind and helpful. He was patient with me and made sure I got what I wanted. He did an amazing job on my landscape. I highly recommend his services.

Update: I had Mike replace my water line in November, 2024. This is the third job he's done for me (see below). He extended my downspouts away from my house and installed a french drain. Mike was prompt, his price was competitive and he completed the water line project faster than he originally estimated. I am very happy with his service and highly recommend him. Fall, 2021 and update Nov, 2023: For each of the past 5 years, water would seep inside my basement. I had to tear up the carpet, mop the floor and dry everything. I hired someone to extend my downspouts further from the house and made sure my roof was clean so the gutters wouldn't plug up. But I still had basement leaks when there were long and hard rainfalls. I had a number of basement waterproofers come out to take a look. Their opinions ranged quite a bit. Some wanted to tear up the inside of my basement to install an interior French drain with and without a sump pump. Others wanted to install an exterior French drain of various lengths. The prices ranged from $4,000-$14,000. Mike's Hauling recommended an exterior French drain starting at one end of my house to the concrete patio pad. I hired him and his son to do the work in the Fall of 2021. In 2022, Seattle had record rainfall lasting for several hours and I'm happy to report that not a drop of ground water has entered my home! Mike's did quality work, they showed up when they said they would and their price was competitive. I highly recommend Mike's Hauling and Tractor Work! Nov. 2023 update: It's been raining ALOT in Oct and Nov. My basement is still nice and dry!

I had 7+ cubic yards of dirt to get rid of. Mike responded quickly, visited my home the next day to assess what was needed, and arrived the following day at the time he said he would. Mike and Matt scooped up my dirt and made it go away. Mike was a little higher priced, but worth they extra dollars.

Mike and Marshall operate with great precision and accuracy. This 2 man team overhauled my entire yard in just 3 days. They took out our rotten rail road ties, used our stones and repositioned them better and put stairs where the old ones were. They also removed an old oil tank to the books and though pricy was worth it to expand our yard. Their work is quality and will only need it once to upgrade your forever yard. They will give you their expertise on how to best upgrade your yard.

Mike clearly has a strong knowledge base. I had a tree fall and it was dangerously leaning on a neighbor's fence. Also I had pile of excess earth I needed to do something with. He came out and provided a competitive estimate same-day, and he was able to do the job in a very reasonable time frame - amazing! The tree was removed safely and professionally, and per his recommendation I had the dirt pile graded into the other bare ground I had in my backyard. Execution was professional and I am extremely pleased with the results. My tree issue was taken care of and my backyard was left even/level. I would definitely recommend Mike's Hauling and Tractor Work.
