Daniel came a week ago to open my sprinklers, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was super informative and knowledgeable about sprinkler care and gave me tips for next time as I had a sprinkler that needed repair. He even went above and beyond in regards to a faulty spigot which could have delayed the opening, so I didn t have to reschedule. He s a great asset to the company!

1st class all the way- installed my system on sat- arrived at 8am, full day, finished at 530- bobby installed the app on my phone... i would def recommend hi-tech without hesitation...

Jason was my technician today and he was on time, friendly, Knowledgeable and just an overall wonderful technician! I needed something fixed, he was able to do it on the spot quickly and very neatly.I highly recommend this company.

Cuervo and Luciano were outstanding!!! They were very professional and took time to explain my sprinkler system as a new home owner. They also repaired all of the damage quickly and expertly. The prices were more than fair! I highly recommend Hi-tech and especially Cuervo and Luciano!

You can tell by my review history that I dont solely leave poor reviews for companies and will recommend any good companies I do use. I had Hi-Tech Irrigation give me a quote to fix my system (replace heads, adjust coverage and install a new timer) based on the decent reviews. I got a quote that was competitive but not the cheapest a few weeks ago and the crew was scheduled to come this past Saturday, May 20th, but cancelled due to the rain. They called me the following Monday and had a team out here in the afternoon. It wasnt ideal but I jumped to get them here during my work day. The guys, main guy was Johnny didnt get his helpers name, were nice but once the work was done they asked for payment and left, didnt even show me the changes they made, how the system worked and I now realized I was swindled - I was too busy with my own work to really question anything at the moment, but etiquette on their end would be to show me what they did and how the system is working. The timer didnt turn the sprinklers on at all and when I manually turn them on from the outside knobs, coverage is poor, I found 2 broken/leaking heads and realized they fixed the wrong head on a 2 head zone. They had a team scheduled to come yesterday May 26th (after calling 3 days in a row to get someone here) between 12-4pm, they showed up at 5pm without any courtesy call that theyd be late - I gave up on them once it hit 4pm anyway, so I wasnt available when they finally showed up. The problems I have are easily fixable but I paid a professionalcompany to do this for me. Its unlikely that theyll do anything for me since this wasnt a big job, but I will absolutely neither use nor recommend this company ever again. Go with the smaller guys that are personally recommended, do not go with Hi Tech Irrigation. In the end I was able to diagnose the problem, which was the wiring - not a single wire was installed properly on the timer, and the program was not setup properly either. Ill be watching YouTube to replace the still broken heads.

Technicians are not professionals,not even checked any sprinklers Upon asking them can you move the direction of sprinkler one of them said you need to pay more. Next year I am done with this company. I wouldn t recommend to anyone.upon giving them review They called me with bad customer service that why I gave them one star. Hi -teck did a full installation for me and they did a amazing job from start to finish..the office is on point setting it all up and the installers were on time ,professional and did a better than perfect job..

1-I HAD A SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLED IN OCTOBER. THEY CUT MY CABLE LINE AND MY NEIGHBORS, ALSO. THEIR ANSWER - WE HAVE NO CONNECTION WITH CABLE. YOULL HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF IT. 2-WHEN THEY WINTERIZED THE SYSTEM, THEY USED THE WRONG FAUCET TO DRAIN IT. SO, IN THE FREEZING WINTER, THE PIPE IN CEILING OF THE GARAGE BURST AND RAINED DOWN ON EVERYTHING STORED THERE INCLUDING MY SONS BELONGINGS STORED THERE. I GOT AN EMERGENCY PLUMBER WHO REPLACED A 12 PIECE OF PIPE. THE NEXT DAY ANOTHER SECTION BURST AND I CALLED HI TECH AND THEY REPLACED IT AND REALIZED THAT THE SHUT-OFF VALVE WAS NOT COMPLETELY SHUT OFF AND THEY FINALLY BLEW OUT THE WATER IN THE SYSTEM. 3-THE NEW INSULATION IN MY ATTIC WAS DRENCHED AND LEFT WATER MARKS ON 1/2 OF MY BEDROOM CEILING 4--WHEN IT WAS TIME TO TURN ON SYSTEM, I INSISTED THEY SEND A PLUMBER AND SURE ENOUGH THE PIPE BURST, SOAKED THE GARAGE AGAIN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. I WAS TOLD THAT MIKE, THE SUPERVISOR WOULD BE OVER AND WHEN HE WASNT THERE WITH THE PLUMBER, I WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE THERE LATER. I WAITED UNTIL 3PM AND HE NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. THE FINAL MESS IS WITH MY OTHER NEXT STORE NEIGHBOR. AS I LOOKED OUT THE WINDOW THE OTHER DAY, I SAW THAT THE SPRINKLER ON THE SIDE WAS HITTING 1/2 WAY UP THE SIDE OF HIS HOUSE LEAVING MARKS BY HIS NEW WINDOW. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR MIKE. NOT THERE, NEVER CALLED BACK. SHAME ON YOU, MIKE. MARIANNE S.

I really had high expectations because the sales rep that set up my contract was incredibly nice. Some of the workers actually have a work ethic and care about the issues and correcting, while some were absolutely lazy. I know this because I ve had to have them come back multiple time to fix issues, if still there is an issue and I am giving up. I ve called 2 time s within the last week to add Rey the issue of what s most likely a double charge and the Customer service said they would pull invoice and call back which they still have not. I m done with this company and absolutely disappointed.

Guys that came (turn system off in late fall/on in early spring) were always respectful and knew what they were doing. Work was good quality. My biggest complaint is the pricing. Very high in my opinion to replace sprinkler heads.

How this company has such high reviews is beyond me. The problem is not only the fact that they were unavailable to carry out a service that I had already paid for but how demeaning and unprofessional their staff was. I hardly ever rate any business poorly as it s not my character to do so but this was deserving.

had my irrigation system installed in April of 2020 and was so happy with the sale and installation. The gentleman who sold us the system came to the house sold us on the system by saying it is a 5 yr wty and they make there own product and they stand behind it. this April they open my system and do not check anyof the zones for functionality just if they worked. long and behold a month later I run the sprinklers and two of the heads dont work so I called for a service call and they charged me $160 to replace one head and I didnt even bother with the 2nd head. I am all about keeping the local companies going during these times but this is terrible customer service and will never call them or recommend them again. they were $600 more then any other company but we went with them because of the wty and looked like great equipment. 1 yr old system two bad heads and they charge u...stay away...buyer beware.....Owner called and rectified any issues I had....A simple miscommunication

Hi Tech has installed a new system for me in my very large backyard at my home, completely redesigned my existing sprinkler system in the front of my house, made a number of small repairs and adjustments in addition to my opening and closing for the last few years. Mike, Bobby and all of their crew are very professional and very knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. Tis company is extremely competent and fair. I highly recommend Hi Tech irrigation and would give them 10 stars if I could do it. I own an HVAC company and understand how difficult it is to provide exceptional service. Bravo!!!

Hi Tech was recommended to me through a family friend that owns a landscaping business. I myself also work in agriculture and horticulture so I know basics about irrigation systems. That being said, I am very impressed with the work that Hi Tech has done for me. They serviced a previously existing system I had at my house, made repairs, and installed a new line as well as drip and misters. They were on time, they worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and friendly. After they were done, they cleaned up after themselves so well you would have no idea they had been burying lines. After everything was done, they took the time to walk me through the property as they switched each zone on to show me that it was all working correctly. As far as cost is concerned, I would say they are extremely fair; actually, they are a bargain considering the quality of the work done. They stayed within range of the estimate they provided; I appreciate that there were no last minute invoice increases, which other service providers have done to me in the past. I also like that the invoice they gave me was itemized- this is always a sign of an honest and reliable business that knows their stuff. They used nice quality/brand materials too, not some cheap junk that breaks after a season. For either commercial or residential irrigation, I would highly recommend this company. I am very happy with their service today.

I m not one to write reviews but this experience defiantly warrants one. I recently purchased a new home in Islip. Unfortunately it did not come with a sprinkler system. My new Neighbor highly recommended High Tech Irrigation. Me being from queens and not knowing much about lawn care took his word on it and gave them a shot. When I called, I spoke to a wonderful lady named Alexxis. She was very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail the process and what it intailed. I was sold. So she schuleded me an appointment for someone to come and give me an estimate. A few days later Mike came to my house and he to was abosolulty phenomenal. He gave me the perfect layout for my property and was very patient with 100 questions that I had for him. Within a few days I was up and running. To top it off, about a week later I recieved a call from Karen the owner not only to see how I was doing because she must of heard that I was recovering from a bad accident, but to see if I was satisfied with there work. I couldn t be happier. That really means a lot when your whole team is on the same page from the start of a project and they see it all the way through. I highly recommend High TECH Irrigation to anyone. 10 STARS..

Im not one who usually writes reviews, but Hi-Tech Irrigation did an amazing job. I received prices from 3 different companies & Hi-Tech was the most competitive. I met John before the install to go over a few things, especially where to install the control panel & he was very knowledgeable & accommodating. He was truly superb. Once they finished I could barely even notice any work was done other then a few spots where the heads were installed. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Irrigation.

I received an unsolicited call from a company using this business name and the individual claimed to have done work for my neighbors. The number was tied to an individual in West Sayville but it was disconnected like one of those calling schemes . Regardless of whether the call was legitimate or not, businesses need to be aware this is happening and must contact legislators and other local politicians to put a stop to this. Thank you for responding to my concern.

I had a number of estimates from a number of irrigation companies come to my house for estimates. Bobby the owner himself came out to my house and went over in detail what I should do. Was extreamly respectful to my wife and house. I was so impressed I hired them. All the guys came to my house on the scheduled day on the exact time they said they would be there. Everyone was respectful, they needed to come inside to have access to the water and immediately took off shoes and made sure they didnt track any dirt inside my house. The job was done professionally, not one issue. Best thing I did for my yard to get sprinklers.

Do yourself a favor and find another company! I don t make many reviews, but feel this is necessary. I thought they were doing a good job. The tech stayed at my house for hours (delaying my plans for the day) because her supposedly was rewiring my system. I asked myself How could the wires need changing if there was no problem last year when they serviced my house, but let it go. He charged me hundreds of dollars that I paid. The next year, a friend had gotten into the business and offered to help open my system. When we did, we found that the box that the Hi-Tech person was rewiring for hours only had 2 wires in it!!! When I called Hi-Tech to inform management because in having over 20 years management experience myself, I can understand how someone can be taking advantage of the system, customers and their employer and all Hi-Tech was interested in was collecting their money and couldn t care less about my experience and being ripped off. The Manager laughed on the phone saying It s only seventy dollars. He also asked Why did it take a year for you to look at the system? My point is Who looks at every part of their system on more than a yearly basis? That s what I pay them for!!! How would I know until the next opening? NEXT YEAR! I hope everyone finds this helpful. There are a lot of honest good hard working people that deserve business. Hire one of them.

These guys are good. They analyzed my system and explained to me carefully where all the inefficiencies were. They changed the placement of many heads, removed some, and gave me different heads to keep the streams on the plants and grass and not my house and fence. Love these guys!

Anyone that says bad things about this company obviously just has a Chip on there shoulder and is blaming Hi-Tech. My whole family uses them and my brother actually did lawn sprinklers for 20 years almost and I asked him to check up on the work they did for me after reading some reviews and he told me it was all legitimate and put in perfectly were his exact words. Id say just try using them yourself and make the decision Im sure you will see how professional they are.
