Nathan was a LIFESAVER when my driveway was completely blocked by the snowstorm in February 2024. Not only were there 2+ feet of snow, a tree had split in half and was across the entry into the garage. He was there within a couple of hours after I called him, took care of it quickly and completely, and was very kind in the face of my frazzled nerves. Worth every dime he charged me, and then some.

We're very pleased with the snow removal service from Electric Lawn. The owner, Nate, provided prompt service and did excellent work. The entire process of inquiring about service, scheduling, and easy online payment made things much easier. I needed to help a family member with snow removal, but didn't have the equipment necessary to clear away the large amounts of snow from our multiple blizzards of January 2024. I looked into purchasing the equipment. It would have been expensive. I checked online and found Electric Lawn. I'm looking forward to having a return visit during lawn-mowing season to enjoy the yard care without the smell and noise of gas powered equipment.

I am so impressed with Electric Lawn! We have had a record amount of snow this week (16+ inches), and despite the crazy amount of snow and sub-zero temps, they continued to provide the best service possible and were very communicative when the weather was making snow removal difficult / unsafe. The communication I received was very professional and understanding of my concerns and made sure none of my questions went unanswered. I am very impressed with Electric Lawn’s commitment to quality, whether that is in their professional manner of communication or them bearing the -35 degree weather clearing snow to ensure my family and I are able to get to work! I highly recommend Electric Lawn’s services!

Do NOT rely on this company for snow removal. I contacted the company on a Tuesday and was told snow could be cleared that night or Wednesday...snow wasn't cleared by the time I left for work that Thursday. Snow was shoveled sometime Thursday and was unprofessionally done to say the least, there were ice chunks left everywhere, the entries to my sidewalks were undone, and a 5 yard stretch of sidewalk was left untouched. It snowed again on Friday and I was told it would be cleared Saturday...nope. On Sunday the company pulled crews due to wind chills and that meant it wouldn't be cleared until possibly Tuesday. I asked to have future service canceled and at least a partial refund, no word back from the company so far. If you want reliable and professional snow removal look elsewhere. It's my opinion that this company didn't want to say no to more clients/money and got in over their heads. The end result is that customers like me are worse off, ice has built off and time spent waiting for this company to show up (instead of finding an outfit that could clear the snow) is gone.

Nate and his crew are fantastic to work with. They are professional, responsive, and are my go-to lawn service for not just my clients, but for my own home as well. 10/10 would recommend!

The team makes it easy for you to set up payment and will do their best to ensure that they charge for only what you need. They've so far done a fantastic job with the lawn (AND shoveling snow as well during the winter!).
