Tryed calling and asking for a tree quote and the guy that answers sounded half asleep. Could barely here him and then says I have the wrong number..... my phone has a caller ID that says the person I'm talking to and it said kb tree service. To bad for them I'm a solar consultant and often need tree removals
I requested an appointment for a quote to remove 5 trees. I received two reminders from them about the appointment, but nobody ever showed up. I waited for over an hour. It has been over a week now, and there was never any follow up.
We called K&B to remove two trees in our yard (April 2022). Robert gave us a contract and removed the Ash tree right away. The crew did aa great job! But, they never came back to finish the second tree. We called left messages no response. Others called with same results. To this day (Oct 2022) we have heard nothing from them. Are they still in business? What happened? Tree is still waiting.
They did not complete the tree stump removal as promised and would not return several messages that we left on the answering machine. There was one tree stump that they couldn't do at the time of the initial service. Robert promised to come back and complete the job but they didn't return our calls after they were paid. Recommend not paying until the job is entirely complete!
Had a great experience with Robert from K&B Tree Service! He came out right away and followed up with a very reasonable estimate, much lower than another service. He was professional and honest, and did not try to sell me what I did not need. He fit me in quickly, and called me before he arrived. And he and his crew hauled everything away and left my yard in great shape. It was truly an easy, five-star experience, and I recommend K&B for anyone wanting to take down or trim their trees, especially if you want to give your business to the small business owner down the street, as was my case. Thanks K&B, I will recommend you to all in my neighborhood!
After a storm earlier this yr. One of our larger trees went down, partly into the street. We called K&B and they were able to come over within a couple of hours, provided an estimate and completed the work quickly. Their pricing is fair, the work is well done and the crew were friendly. Definitely recommend them.
I recently had a tree trimmed on my property by K&B. From the beginning estimate to the end of the job they were professional, polite, and courteous. They made sure all the debris was cleaned up and I was satisfied with the job. I would hire them again in a heart beat and recommend them to all my family and friends.
I want to say a big thank you to K&B tree service for the amazing job they did trimming our trees. Robert was great to work with from start to finish. He came to our home promptly to estimate the work, scheduled the trimming right away, showed up on time, and completed the work quickly, safely, and efficiently. He and Kerry were both very professional and courteous. Robert and Kerry were also very patient whenever my 5yr old son came outside to ask them twenty questions about tree trimming. There were a few weather delays during our project and Robert was great about keeping us informed about the situation and how it was impacting the work. K&B is a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a fair and trustworthy tree trimming service.
Had an appointment for stump grinding estimate. No one showed up and no one called to let us know why they didnt honor the appointment. Further, unresponsive to both an email and a voice-message asking what happened and to attempt to reschedule. Still have not heard back from them a week later...
These guys are fantastic. Down to earth, straight forward company who deliver on everything they quote you for. I can t recommend them highly enough. Fast, efficient and just plain good dudes.

Robert and his crew were phenomenal.We had three mature trees removed in a small yard with two sections of overhead power lines; (two of the trees were 4 story s tall). Robert and his crew are highly trained, systematic and careful with the removal. Robert informed of us the steps and the entire crew was friendly, hard working and the yard looked great when they finished. Wonderful company, great value , friendly and highly trained experienced staff.
Professional and efficient
A team of four arrive, including the owner, and did a great job taking down a mugo pine that was dying and trimming two birch trees. They were friendly, professional, and fast. They left our yard actually looking cleaner than before! I highly recommend K&B Tree Service! Positive

The guys at K&B did an amazing job cutting down our tricky tree in a tight spot between ours and our neighbors home. All the pieces were lowered gently so they didnt damage our swingset or garden. They cut down 2 trees and cleaned so well, you wouldnt even know there were trees taken out. Thank you K&B!

K&B took down a giant dead tree in my backyard in tight quarters around power lines. They were extremely good at what they do. Great value, efficient, safe, respectful, and stuck to the schedule. I wouldn t think of using anyone else after the experience I had.

I would definitely recommend this company for any tree issues that you may have! I had a huge tree-mergency as Robert called it when he and Kerry showed up. My backyard tree had a branch that had split from the trunk and was almost hitting my neighbors house. Turns out insurance wouldnt have covered it when it finally split all the way and did damage. Robert and Kerry came out and took care of it for me the day after I called them. They were very affordable for how polite, and professional they were; going so far as to raking up their mess and making sure that no other branches were in danger of splitting off my tree. Thank you K&B Tree Service!
Robert AKA Maverick and the crew including kerry came over to my house and cut down 12 trees and ground up 16 stumps haul all the branches and debris away,and did this in one day, they know how to work and they dont stop until the job is done. Very prompt and getting back to me and scheduling the job and finishing the job as agreed on. Pricing was awesome.
