Natureview Landscaping replaced our 25 yr old timber retaining wall. From the initial review and bid from owner, Tim Krey, to the employees‘ efficiency and politeness to the completion on time and on budget, everything went smoothly including some extra work we added during the process. I can’t say enough good about them. It is so refreshing and reassuring to know that there are still really good contractors out there who are honest and do excellent work. What a relief to have this project completed!

In May 2024, Natureview Landscaping installed retaining walls for us. Tim, his crew, and staff were professional and helpful from the design phase through completion. Natureview Landscaping replaced an old rotting retaining wall. Could not have been happier with the entire process from bid to finished wall. Tim and the entire team were friendly and very responsive. The crew arrived on time, worked long days and were great with our dogs who thought they needed to supervise the work. The yard was cleaned up every day and they always made sure the fence gate was closed. They answered all my questions each day. Would definitely hire them again.

Tim and his crew installed a red clay brick patio and sidewalk, and did a beautiful job. Jayce led the daily crew, and Tim was very available and helpful through the whole process. So, for the work itself, they get a 5+ The reason for the 4-star rating is that when I received my final invoice, it was for 36% higher than the quote! Apparently, Tim made a mistake (and, I do believe him that this was truly an honest error) when he sent me an adjusted quote based on some design changes, and he attached the incorrect figures. In the end, we compromised and met somewhere in the middle, but I did end up paying 20% more than what wa quoted and I was expecting. Even with this $$$ mistake, I would use this company again. I love my patio, but be sure to double-check anything to do with the billing for accuracy. Bonus is that it is a small and locally owned business, which I always try to support.

We have nothing but great things to say about Natureview Landscaping. Best contractor experience we’ve ever had. Tim was super responsive and helpful every step of the way, from the design stage to the build and completion stage. More than any of the other companies we got quotes from, Tim seemed to really understand our style and vision and recommended a design that fit us and our needs perfectly (vs trying to upsell us on something we didn’t need). Tim went the extra mile to promptly answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had along the way, whether through email, phone, or stopping by to talk it through in person. Jace and the entire install crew were fun to get to know during the install process, and we genuinely enjoyed the regular check-in conversations to see how things were progressing. The final product is fantastic – a beautiful large patio supported on a hill by retaining walls combined with stairs to make it accessible. It turned out better than we were imagining. Beyond the quality service and product, the price was competitive and awesome that Natureview is local and family-owned. For any other landscaping needs we have down the road, we’ll for sure use Natureview again.

My neighbor used this company to fix damage from equipment going back and forth to his back yard. Which tore into my yard a good 2 ft. This company just threw sod down onto the eroded slope that formed over months of no sod. Now we have a nice "step" in our lawn that our kids get to break their ankles on while playing. Thanks guys. Also, after they left I looked at their work. The sod doesn't connect in some areas leaving exposed dirt. Disappointing.

Tim and Hayden were great to work with. Tim answered all my questions and was patient with me when I had a few freak out moments. I would recommend this company without reservation. They did an amazing job, were on time and did a great job cleaning up. I couldn't be happier.
