Family Tree Gardens in Ingatestone

Unfortunately, we have been left extremely disappointed with the level of customer service by Family tree Gardens and will not be recommending further. After being given a quote for a planting scheme that we wanted for our front garden, it become very clear the plants we had ordered in the scheme were not all delivered and planted. After questioning this, we were left very disappointed with the lack of intention to resolve the situation. We were still, however, expected to pay the original quote. We paid the quote even with it being incorrect to enable us to move forward. However, after 3 weeks with no show for our weekly garden maintenance it seems they have decided to no longer continue the service with no communication. The constant staff change over has taken a huge negative impact on our garden. But 3 weeks without FTG’s service has luckily turned into a positive for us. A very disappointing end to a loyal customer of over 7 years.

We have had Family tree gardeners for approximately 18months. We are very pleased with the fortnightly service they provide. They are knowledgeable, hard working and very reliable. All staff from gardeners through to office staff are very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate in recommending them. J Cable

James and his team were professional, thorough and efficient. The planting scheme was carefully considered and my objectives were taken on board. The day after their visit I was hosting a garden event for a local childrens charity. James and his team were mindful of this and worked a massively long day and went above and beyond to make sure the garden looked it’s very best. In addition Family Tree Gardens helped support this event which I greatly appreciated. I would happily recommend them and wish them every success.

Oh my goodness, I could not fault this company, I had several companies that came round to quote, to lay artificial grass and I chose Family Tree Gardens because they provided the most professional quotation, everything they were undertaking was listed and we knew exactly what we were paying for. They were fantastic value too. They turned up early, worked through pouring rain and were grafters, they literally didn’t stop!! Due to the weather, it took longer than they had anticipated, but everything was completed to an extremely high standard and we are all over the moon with the final result. Everything was tided away and jet washed too. I have already passed on their name to friends of mine! Thank you so much, there is such a huge difference in our garden!

Fantastic landscaping job from the guys at Family Tree Gardens. Very tidy and well constructed sleeper beds. Professional service, highly reliable, polite and friendly guys and couldn’t have been more helpful in their recommendations and suggestions. Left the garden spotless after. Tyler and his landscaping team did a great job on our garden. They were always on time, very polite and left the site nice and tidy after the end of each day. We are really happy with it and would definitely recommend.

The team worked hard and very professionally cutting back and shaping a very large Conifer hedge running through our back garden to the front. They also cut and shaped other bushes around the garden and pruned a wisteria attached to the house that had overgrown. Their workmanship was outstanding and their attention to detail absolutely amazing. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely invite the back in the spring when all the bushes need to be cut and shaped again.
