Few companies really deserve a five-star review, but Paloma's Water and Dirt is one that does. They did a large remodel of our landscaping that included major demolition, extensive concrete work, lighting and new plantings. All work was completed in a timely manner and professionally done. Alex, with Paloma's, was great and very easy to work with. I always felt confident that he was on top of the job. His communication with us was exceptionally good. He always kept us informed on the work progress, which was important to us since we were not in the area while the job was being done. When decisions were needed, his input was very helpful and he patiently worked with us. Based on the work Alex and his crews did for us, I highly recommend them!
Love, Love this company. From the initial meeting, Alex was professional, thorough and easy to deal with. They communicate proactively and responded promptly to emails and text messages. The entire crew is also professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Every person we met cared about the quality of their work and wanted to be sure we were happy. The project required the services of several vendors and Paloma was flexible and ready to help when needed, They took on some tasks at the last minute, when other vendors dropped the ball. This helped us to avoid big delays in the project schedule. We are going to use them for monthly maintenance going forward. This is the best landscaping company we have ever worked with. Give them a call, you won't regret it.
Alex and his amazing crew did a fantastic job designing a new layout for my backyard. They dug out dirt, sloped the area, lowered a drain, installed more large river rock, then installed pebbles plus 6 plants and new drip heads. Love them and highly recommend,,
We started with what we jokingly called a “sand pit”. Sand would blow from the box onto the patios which made them nearly impossible to use. Paloma did an amazing job and we love our new backyard! No bad surprises with these guys! I recommend them 100%!
From the first communication to the final inspection, Alex and Greg are amazing to work with. If you have an issue with storm drainage around your pool and/or property call them now! Our property has a pool and block wall in the front of the house with a roof line that was causing rain drainage and flooding into the pool. Paloma's Water and Dirt to the rescue! They installed gutters on our roof line, dug a trench out to the street, installed three drainage boxes with a pump all in a very timely manner.
Paloma’s Water & Dirt are the most professional, timely, and quality landscape companies that we have found. We needed help after some storms required us to add drainage to our side yard, replace the plants, and refresh the DG. They did such an amazing job that we have now hired them to maintain all our landscaping. They came out for the first visit and it was clear they had excellent attention to detail. My wife and I experienced a lot of damage from the recent hurricane and our front yard was just a mess! I contacted the business and spoke with Alex who immediately showed the amazing customer service. It wasnt long after that he arrived to take a look and see what types of ideas we had. Not only did he see our vision but he also helped us to make better choices for the future as well. Our yard has a steep slope which flushes a large amount of our dirt away whenever it rains. He came up with a brilliant suggestion to install drain pipes in the problem areas to prevent that from happening again. They installed a few of them and they look so professionally done you would think it came with the house. In addition to that, he helped us to really freshen up our landscape. He made great recommendations for different types of plants and flowers that not only look great but would survive in our hot environment. We are really happy we made the decision to go with Alex and Palomas. We are already planning to work with them again once we figure out how we want to do the rest of our yard. Thanks again Alex!!
I don't understand why this company doesn't have more reviews. We had a great experience! We moved into a new development and our backyard was one big dirt lot. Without having experience in landscape design we needed someone that would walk through the design process with us. Alex and Greg did just that. We gave them an idea of what we wanted and they guided us by making suggestions and working with our budget. They even helped us fill out the HOA application and worked (successfully) on a tight deadline (caused by the HOA's delayed approval). They were prompt in their responses and always provided samples of the materials. The line of communication was always open on what was next and the men that worked for them were kind, respectful, and kept our property clean after their work was completed for the day. The work they completed for us was: pavers (3rd driveway, side yard, and back patio), installed artificial grass, planted trees and shrubs, and built a shade structure. I have to add that on the very last day/task I came home right as the patio guys were about to leave. Oscar asked if I wanted to check out the patio before they left so I did. As we walked back to the front of the house, we could hear the air seeping out of my tire. I wanted to quickly drive to the nearest repair shop but Oscar insisted I wouldn't make it. He stayed to change my tire so I could safely make it to a repair shop. It was not his job nor his responsibility and yet he did it. That is a reflection of the company. I'll end with this... we have cameras in the front and often catch people checking out their work. We even had a neighbor stop by to ask for their information. It's that good!
Alex was easy to communicate with and his team did an excellent job on our project! Highly recommended and we will work with them again.
Alex and team did a great job, on time within estimate. They took pics of the progress to make sure I was aware of each step. My drains work now and I signed up for annual maintenance. No hesitation in recommending them!

They are reliable and true to their estimates. Like many people living here in the desert, the rain and sand have messed up the drainage in my yard. I called Palomas and they provided the best service you could ask for. Alex and Gregory are just fantastic. They are so personable and sincere. They explain everything and get the job done professionally. They installed a drain pipe and two catch basins in my side yard. Their work is meticulous. You can trust Palomas Water and Dirt Construction.
We used them for a new patio with landscaping. Very easy to work with. They came up with an excellent design, came promptly and completed the project on time and most importantly on budget. We asked them to replace some of the plants and they quickly came back and replaced them at no charge. Very easy to work with. They answer your phone calls and texts. Highly recommend them

Very friendly and professional. Needed a quick simple install of some plants and ended up having them also install pavers for ease of access bringing my trash in and out weekly. They seem to have a real solid crew and system to get things done in a swift manner. After installing pavers they were nice enough to bring my trash cans in from the curb after doing some work, sometimes its the small things that stick out the most for people. I would recommend.
I needed a drain for my side yard that flooded during heavy rains. Alex gathered the HOA-required signatures and photographs and plans to make the submission to the HOA for approval easy. The work began promptly after the approval and was done in 2 days by an extremely conscientious worker who did an expert job.

Oct/Nov 2023. Alex and the crew made it happen! We were fortunate that he was available to start our project , within a few days of phone call. This company is dependable, trust worthy, excellent communication including videos and pictures to keep us up to date, since we live out of state. Work was completed at our Desert Aire RV Resort in Indio, CA. Work needed: reseeded lawn, retro fitted/updated sprinkler system, installed landscape rock where needed. We have agreed to continue using this Company for monthly yard service.
Needed to have drains installed after property was impacted by the recent heavy rain. Alex was my first contact; he is very knowledgeable and insightful and carefully explained the timing involved and how they would slope the area to make it more efficient for water drainage. Alex took care of the necessary paperwork and submitting it to HOA for approval, made the process very easy. Paloma Water and Dirt provided a fair quote, great service and the workers showed up on time and were courteous. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend their services.
We like this business because they always respond to our phone call if we have any concerns about our landscaping needs right away. They come weekly to maintain our yard which includes the irrigation system, trimming shrubs, weed and pest control and occasional planting and landscape improvements. They are very professional and we feel we are getting good quality and value for our money! We highly recommend Palomas Water and Dirt for your landscaping needs!
I cannot sing the praises of both Gregory and Alex Martinez business Palomas rock, and drains. Having lived here in Sun City for almost 20 years, I ve cycled my way through five gardeners, who let me down in so many ways . They didn t show up on time, they did sloppy work ( as an example my new weekly maintenance includes cleaning of my pavers after the workers have walked through and blown dust and debris. Hi Howard, Palomas build a new drainage system for my backyard that quite frankly I had already paid for three years ago with my van Gardner, who said he knew what he was doing But after Palomas came out and they showed me how impossible it would ve been because of the elevation of the right side of my backyard to have ever worked : they designed excavated and installed a system in less than 48 hours! Last, but certainly not least we have re-rocked my front courtyard, my master suite courtyard and my front yard with the most elegant and beautiful combination of rocks.
