Helped fix our mower. But then FWD stopped working and I tried calling to see if it could get fixed and the guy on the phone might not have been able to hear me but he didn’t answer some of my questions. Oh well! Still a great company and very convenient and helpful. We might have to give up on this mower. Recommend using them for service!
