When your company does the work, they do an excellent work! However, they are not doing my lawn anymore, in spite of my call, because I had asked to give me more the 24 hour notice, so I can notify the tenants. I was told by your office by your office that they no longer can service me because I asked for more than 24 notice. I dont think this is a good business practice. Such a unprofessional practice.

I want to like the service. But I have to keep calling them each month for my service. I thought it was going to be automatic and someone would come out on a schedule. But Ive had about 3 services and Ive had to call each time to aske if they were coming out. Each time it seemed like a surprise that I was expecting them. I dont want to work this hard to pay for a service. UPDATE, TLC saw my review, reached out to me and Ive had not problems since. Im happy with their work and will continue to use them in the future. I ve been using TLC for several years, and I ve always appreciated their knowledge and reliability.

TLC helped us get a Creeping-Charlie-infested lawn back to grassy health. Their pricing is affordable, they always call the day before treatment to make sure that day works for the client, and they leave a vm if the call isn t answered. They send few but informative emails for healthy lawn tips. Once I was seeing some extra violets popping up and called and they came a did an extra treatment. (I don t recall if that was at no charge or a nominal charge.) My husband and I had become so busy that not having to keep up with weed and feed and over seeding is a blessing, and TLC uses environmentally- and pet-friendly products, keeping our pets safe. We were recommended to try TLC by some friends several years ago and have not been disappointed.

We built our house and moved in March 2019 in Westfield, IN. The builder laid a seed blanket with straw down to grow new grass after the house was completed. The soil was mostly clay and we struggled all spring and summer to grow the grass. It was coming in patchy and with all kids of weeds and other growth. We called Total Lawn Care and they came out and inspected our property. We agreed to aerate and overseed in September 2019 and they would treat our lawn 5-6 times per year. Its been 5 years since we signed up with Total Lawn Care and our lawn is healthy and full and would totally recommend them to take care of your lawn annually.

Our lawn is completely without weeds and finally has plush growth after several years having TLC applications. We had a LOT of weeds that took about 3 years to get completetly get rid of which left plenty of bare spots. Even with regular fall re-seeding its taken a long time to restore grass growth in the heavy clay soil. With years applcations nearly all of the thin growth areas have filled in wonderfully making the lawn look better than ever.

True there were no weeds but the lawn was struggling under drought conditions. I gave them a call and we mapped out a plan for the following year. The first year I was skeptical. There was some improvement but the lawn didnt look as lush as my friends did. I had decided to give TLC three years. Year two showed a marked improvement. Bare spots began filling in. The lawn gets better each year. When I need advice, I call them. boss man comes out and we talk over various ideas. Always treated like a valued customer. I ve been a regular customer with TLC, Total Lawn Care for >10 yr. They have always been great at explaining their programs and suggestions. Then fair priced and diligent in the work performed. The results have been great year over year. Two additional benefits I get from working with them for my lawn fertilizing and weed control, etc. are their seasonal lawn tips and the fact they use a circumspect approach that optimizes, rather than maximizes the types and amounts of chemicals used for fertilization, weed and insect control programs for each lawn. The lawn tips bring what they do into a synergistic picture of what others do for the total health of the lawn, etc. It s good to know how to do other aspects of maintenance so they work with, not against what TLC is doing. Further the tips isn t not just a tool to push more products/services at me, but really about how to get the best lawns with healthy root systems that build up healthy soils, to propagate the cycles. I don t give out very many recommendations, but TLC is one partner I m happy to be with and happy to speak up for!

The fact that they use organic materials is a nice bonus. I m not worried about my dog being out in the yard.
