I called Naturescapes a week or so ago and talked to the office person Kelsey. She was professional and friendly. She added me to the list for the aeration of my yard. Today Brent came by to do the aeration. He was also professional and friendly and he did a great job. There price and the experience were both great.
Naturescape has been taking care of my lawn for years, not only have they been doing a good job for my lawn over those times, but they have also provided an excellent customer service when I called in for question or requesting certain services. They listen and they get job done!
Technician for NatureScape was thorough and courteous in our lawn aeration and overseeding. He left us with watering instructions with a promise to return in November for winterizing fertilization.
I had my first mosquito treatment on Tuesday. I got several bites that eve and called the next day. When I signed up she told me they would come right back out if this happens. No one showed up. It’s Friday before Mother’s Day I got ahold of them and she text back it is generally 3 days ti come back and then text me that they were closed. They don’t open til Monday so we are screwed. Seeing the reviews looks like this is common for them!
I contracted with Naturescape based on the great service they provided to my very particular parents. Unfortunately, I had to chase them down each season and this year, 2023, they just kept committing to dates that continued to come and go. I don’t know if I just lived too far from their main customer base or if, like many other companies, they were struggling with staffing and finding good employees. They never gave a reason for failing to show, they just kept promising they would in a few days… weather permitting. Malary from corporate seemed genuinely concerned and thought she had my service date confirmed. She left me her number and said to call if they failed me again. When I called she was too busy and never called me back. I will never prepay another company again!!! I don’t expect to receive my $$$.$$ back that I paid in advance as requested. I’ll post again in a few weeks to confirm, either way. I’m just a busy homeowner that wants a healthy, beautiful lawn. Update… the PIC called me several times after reading my post and they did refund the balance of the money I’d paid them for future services. Too bad the same effort wasn’t applied that would have prevented me from posting my frustrating and embarrassing experience. Angi’s List got my lawn in order so I’m no longer THAT NEIGHBOR, that shames the community. 😬😳🥰
I am disabled. My fiancé become injured, so we needed someone to mow our lawn. I called and Pam was able to arrange for the next day. Todd did an incredible job! We had extra weed eating that was taken care of fantastically! We have used Naturescape for about 4 yrs with a year off last year. We will continue to use them and only them!
I use Naturescape located at 7258 E North Office. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wouldn’t recommend. Naturescape has been treating our lawn for several years. Our yard used to be the prettiest lawn on the block. In the last couple of years, I have received poor service, even had to replace my whole front yard with new sod two years ago, because they KILLED EVERYTHING!! Within a couple of hours of the weed control treatment!!! I have spoken with Blake in management on numerous occasions and the district manager that moved from Atlanta, still no resolution for the poor service, and the delayed treatments I have received. My yard has been a mess all summer. Keep in mind I pre-paid for the entire season.
Update: the company reached out to me and is going to continue to try and alleviate my mosquito issue which is wonderful. Like I said below, the employees have always been timely and courteous. I am changing my two star review to a four star for the simple fact that they are truly diligent in trying to make things right. Multiple call backs on mosquito treatment and weed treatment. Still swarmed with both weeds and skeeters. Very kind and timely, products don’t work. Seriously don’t understand. Our family hasn’t been able to be outside all year, and I’m filling with seed the crabgrass and other weeds I’ve had to pull by hand.

Ok, I had some issues but decided to modify my review based on today. A young man came out and seemed to very thoroughly spray my lawn. In todays worker shortages and other burdens companies face I can t leave the review as it was.
Very disappointing experience with Nature Escape...poor communication, poor service, the grass looks bad and no efforts from the company to fix this...we burned ourselves this year but it will not repeat!
I received a call from Blake letting me know that the invoice has been canceled; he apologized for the misunderstanding, he told me that he was really sorry and willing to solve the situation.
Naturescape does the Tree/Shrub program for our development. Needless to say it isnt an easy job. They have done excellent work and work with us as to when and how it is done. Very happy with the service!
I did order online Lawn Aeration and seeding last fall season. They were pretty much busy and behind. I had to call them 3 to5 times. Though it is may be because of Covid-19. They did really a good job on Aeration and seeding. I could see every where wholes in the land and well deep. Thats what required for aeration otherwise no use of aeration. I am happy and pleased with Quality Job done. Price is very reasonable. I am planning this year as well. I might try Lawncare as well this year. I would recommend nature escape. I would suggest instead of upfront payment for year around service. Installment could be distributed to 5 services. Also I would like to see one more lawn care package that include Aeration and seeding as well fall or Spring either or.
I ve been using Naturescape for a few years now and it has done the best for my lawn! I typically do the five application lawn care, the mosquito program and the fall aeration with over seeding, and truly my lawn has never looked better!! Every year it s been so green and thick and not dealing with the summer bugs has been heavenly, three of my neighbors have joined in with using Naturescape because of the outcome with my own lawn!

I had a call from the Corp. office after my review was posted. I hated to do that but I felt I did not get the service I paid for. They called me and made it right after he read my review great customer service . Craig was such a nice person to talk to and told me they would be back out to redo my service. I had 1 treatment in April. Hadnt seen them all summer until I called in late September and was told that they were scheduled to come out that week I called. I dont know much about lawn care applications but I know you dont wait 5 to 6 months between applications. Yard was a mess all summer after paying up front cost. When I called they couldve at least tried to make it right
Naturescape has been treating our lawn for several years. Our yard has never looked so good! I appreciate being able to select services and they are completed at the appropriate time. We use the Indy North office.
The Price is just a little more than what it cost me to do it and the results are better. Very friendly and efficient!
Horrible service. I wouldn t recommend. They were pre-paid for the entire season. It s been over 2 months since second application for the season. I ve been calling them for 3 weeks and no real action or commitment when they ll show up - more like we ll show up when we do even after they admitted they are 20+ days behind schedule. Additionally, they missed a big patch in my backyard for the first 2 applications and haven t made up for it either. Horrible horrible service.

Scheduled Aeration, when they show up great work but their scheduling system sucks. Unable to schedule a specific day or time frame. Said they would come out some time the week of Sep 7-11, never showed. Called Sep 12, said they would come on Sep 14, still waiting. Well see. Difficult to understand how a company this size cannot schedule work.
Naturescape is the best! Forgot to renew my 5 application lawn program, got a call from the manager concerned about an 8 year customer! Gave me the early bird rate of $35/service, best Rate I ve ever seen. Always responsive to my requests by email and can pay online w/ credit card.
Naturescape guarantees the services! If we ever have an issue, or we see something we arent sure about, we can just call and they come out to check on things for us. Staff is very friendly!
A-1 service and staff. Highly recommend. 7/29/2019 On the last mowing visit that NatureScape to my house I observed something I have never seen. The Tech that mows my yard is Josh. While he was mowing the front I saw him stop mowing, shut off his mower and wait for a gentleman walking his dog to pass. He waved and the gentleman waved back and Josh restarted the mower and finished my yard. That was very impressive to me that he showed that respect to a man and his dog. He is definitely an asset to NatureScape.

Service is okay, I guess, IF they show up. Gave them two chances. Twice (in a row) they did not show in the time frame they were supposed to. First time was for 1x service, and they just never showed. The second time, we were out of state for a 6 weeks, and setup for them to mow our lawn etc 1-2 x weeks. About 3 weeks in, spoke to our neighbor who was getting our mail, and discovered they hadn t come ONCE yet! Called them and the manager insured us they would GUARANTEE it was done the next day. Two days passed and still haven t come. We call again and manager told my partner that he was going to go over that day and do it himself. He finally came, the next day, and the neighbor sent me pics of the lawn..he d butchered it. Then they never came again. A couple of weeks after returning home, we got a bill in the mail for the 1x service. Paid it, but come on. Seems like an easy one to write off, for a manager. Will never use them again. Update 7/25: Changing from 2 stars to 4 stars, to reflect that a person from their corporate office reached out to us after posting this review, and made thing as right as possible. Refunded $ along with what felt like a very sincere apology and took full responsibility without making any excuses. They stated that our experience was not at all acceptable, and seemed to be already looking into what happened/why to address issues on their end. I m going up to 4 stars because I d have updated to 3 if they d contacted us with a basic apology/explanation and refunded us. Since they seemed so since and made no excuses/plan to look into this, I think that deserves another star.
Weve been using NatureScape for our mosquito control starting in 2015 and have been extremely pleased with the service and effectiveness of the applications. Owen is always pleasant and does a very thorough job, making sure everything receives good coverage. Our back yard is wooded and the mosquito control allows us to truly enjoy being out back!

Ive been with this company for a decade. Very professional, personable and fair prices. All the employees are great and Ive spoken with them many times about solving problems with my yard including crab apple scab, bare spots, etc. They patiently take a time to explain issues and offer solutions. One of the best companies I have dealt with as a homeowner.
The lawn program and mosquito control service are fantastic !! My lawn has never looked better and my family and I enjoyed a mosquito-free summer !! 13/10 recommend !
Ive been using Naturescape for several years now and always had good service from them. They call ahead of time to let me know theyre coming, theyre reasonably priced, when I need an additional application because I still have some patches of weeds they come out quickly to fix it at no charge, and most importantly they stuff they use on the lawn is effective.
Dont get the mosquito spray!! We requested it for a special outdoor event thinking it would only eliminate mosquitoes, since thats the name of the product. It KILLED EVERYTHING!! Within a couple hours of the treatment, we had dead praying mantis, katydids, caterpillars - everything was dead. I cant imagine what happens to the animals that eat dead insects or the water where this toxic substance ends up. Im sorry Mother Earth, it will not happen again!!
Horrible company! I reserved the aeration at the beginning of September. They didn t come. Then a week ago they said will come on Friday. Due to the rain, they changed to Monday. I called again on Monday to make sure they will come. But no!!!! They didn t come. Horrible!
We had some snafus but they really are committed to making things right & being sure their customers are satisfied.
This company is a joke, my grass has big yellow spots everywhere and not only are they unprofessional but they say there going to spray your whole yard and dont. Last week I had my bedroom window open and the service guy didnt know I could hear every word he said when he told the guy with him that he was only going to do the front yard and said the customer will never know that he didnt spray the back yard
