I have been a customer of Naturescape from 2007 or 2008 thru last Spring 2024 in Greenwood, IN when I sold my home and moved away. The service has been GREAT during the entire time. They were always helpful if there was a problem and I always paid for the spring/summer service in January to take advantage of their money savings offer. I would highly recommend them!!
I love their service and their dedication to making my needs met in a timely manner. They have moved with me from one side of town to the other, and I hope to keep them for years to come.
I was a client since 2015. The service at my address this past year was nothing short of pathetic. You call about weeds they would say give it some time. Weeds still there. Got tired of calling. Also had tree and shrub service. They sprayed my trees at the wrong time and tempature for the chemicas they used. Plants and Apple tree lost all leaves. Ruined my Apple crop for the year. Got a voice mail message admitting the fault, but telling me not to worry at leat they did not kill my tree. With all the servies I had with them and length of time I was a client I expected better service. Only thing I got was "our bad" No discount offer or refund etc. I will find another company to do my lawncare and trees and shrubs. They have no cusotmer service or loyalty to a client. I would recoomend another service. I might add i had dropped the Northside Branch years earlier and switched to the Soouthside Branch only to get the same poor treatment after a number of years as a client. Sure dont have a problem to call you and beg for you to renew though. They do that part well, just dont know how to service or keep clients with good service. Very dissapointed.
I don’t normally write reviews. Excellent customer service should be acknowledged. Neighbor was having lawn aerated. Naturescape didn’t hesitate to accommodate me without having service scheduled. When there was a very minimal issue Naturescape resolved it without a request or call from me. Will be scheduling in the future
Pam and the staff do a great job. I have had no issues with weeds or mosquitoes in my yard since Naturescape has been treating. I have recommended them to many of my friends. Keep up the great work!
Customer service is above and beyond, they treat their customers like family. Pam especially is so personable and friendly. They also stand behind their product 100%, I get my lawn sprayed for mosquitoes and if you get a treatment and experience any bites, they come back in a very short time to redo the whole process free of charge. I recommend them to every one I know. A company doesn't get any better than this!
The customer service we get is the best we have ever had with lawn care companies. Pam one of the office staff is the only one we work with do to she is always going above and beyond always!!! She answers all our questions, always makes us feel like we are not just a paying customer. If more companies had people like her it would change the way people view customer service!! Due to her willing to make sure we get the service we need our yard is looking better than it ever has and we always know if we need something she will make sure we get what we need!!! UPDATE 1/7/2025: I cancelled our annual service for 2025 due to repeated calls to correct uncontrolled weeds over a 2 month period late summer/early fall. Several areas must be re-seeded which can't happen until later in 2025. Otherwise, they were great for the first few years I used them. *** First and foremost, Pam is an outstanding customer service representative. She is ALWAYS friendly, cheery, kind and understanding. I could talk to her forever. Very sweet person. I have been using NatureScape since 9/2022 and as of today I have no reason for switching to another service provider. The lawn looks very good for a reasonable price. Pam and Michelle are very responsive reps whenever I call. My only recent issue is after their 4th regularly scheduled visit of this season this year, I still have some weeds that did not die off. When I called to have them come back out to retreat the few stubborn weeds their service tech not only treated the weeds but also applied another full fertilizer treatment. Mistakes happen which I totally understand, but a week later several of the weeds were still not dying so I called a second time to get the remaining weeds treated again. Pam said they already started round 5 treatments and could not come out to specifically treat the weeds a third time. Rather, I had to wait for my regularly scheduled fifth and final treatment of the season. Overall, it's a very minor issue which is why I still give a five star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Have used a number of years now and been pleased with. I customize the number of treatments I want and they have no problem with that. Had overseed and aeration too.
I ve juggled different home use law care products for a few summers and went with NatureScape this year. Best our lawn has looked since we ve lived here. Going to stick with them for treatments and aeration as it s probably only going to look better over time.

I have been very happy with the service I get from NatureScape. The lawn treatments work and my yard looks great. The person who mows my lawn is the best I have ever had. He makes sure the yard is perfect before he leaves and always remembers to shut both gates ! I love my yard !!!
We tried (2)two other nies. I can not stress enough how happy we are with Naturescape! We have been with them for about 5 yrs now. We have used every service at one time or another except for the tree and grub services. I have had questions and requests, yet never an issue. Pam is AMAZING! She can attest to the question part! Always cheerful and extremely helpful, even if she has to tell me they cant do that. We have an odd lawn with obstacles and Jeff does amazing job when we ask for a mow. I will post a photo later to show you what I am talking about. We had a muddy / bare dirt area by the back door that our German Shepherd was not giving a break. We had Fall Aeration and Over Seeding. Over the past eight years, I have had great results with Naturescape lawn service. One of their new team members Samatha was sent for a re-treat earlier this year and I wanted to give her a shout out for the job well done. When I come home from work and can smell the product and see the granular on the yard, I know it was done right. I highly recommend Naturescape to co-workers and friends.
We have tried several landscaping/mowing companies and Naturescape has been the best, and as I told them they have been, well, PERFECT! They make you feel like family and ask how they are doing and will even call to see if you need mowing when it is drought season in Indiana or at the end of the season. They live up to their motto to make sure you are happy and services are done right. The staff have been friendly and I cant say enough good things about Naturscape, so I will end by saying I highly recommend them to everyone.

I called around before choosing Naturescape and couldnt be happier. Theyre not the cheapest band theyre not the most expensive but they are the friendliest and most responsive. Most importantly the services are very effective. Even in the drought my yard looks better than everyone elses and all through the summer we dont have to deal with mosquitoes. Highly recommend!

I hired Naturescape to aerate our lawn and an accident occurred involving my pavers. Naturescape was prompt and courteous when interacting with me regarding the situation. They replaced my old pavers with new pavers right away. I would recommend this company for any and all lawn care and other services. They were very professional.
Dont use this company. I paid for a year worth of service ahead of time....mistake! First treatment early April. It is almost July and have not had a second treatment. Every time I call, the receptionist says that she cannot guarantee service this week. But, she would let a manager know that I requested it. Bottom line, technicians rush jobs and wait too long between treatments. I will NOT be renewing with this company. Update: We are now into July and no second treatment yet! This office will not keep customers if they keep this up.

They showed up and did an application that I didnt authorize. I have a lot of weeds and they didnt even spray them. Now they want me to pay $78 for fertilizing my weeds.

Took several days to show up for treatment after I complained about the out of control weeds in our yard. Its apparent the treatment isnt working and I may be forced to find new law care soon

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish with Naturescape-Greenwood on a recent lawn aeration/overseeding. Prompt, Professional, and Courteous throughout, I highly recommend this business.
I ve attached pictures to show what a terrible job they did. It was more pushed over than actually mown. They also took more than a week to get around to doing it and they never called to say when they d be there even though they said they would. I paid $44 just to not deal with any more hassle but I will definitely not be a repeat customer.
Naturescape is reliable and well worth the money. If you have any problems and call the office, they are very prompt to assist. Highly recommend.
Absolutely horrible customer service. We have been customers for a few years. Last fall we had aeration on our yard. The driver tore up our sod and left huge ruts in our yard. When i call in NOVEMBER i was assured it would be fixed. I called again in February to make sure i was on their list for Spring to get this fixed. I called again in March, April, May, and June. To date (June 29th) exactly NOTHING has been done. No one came out to survey the damage and all i get are promises that it will be fixed eventually. In the meantime i am mowing a yard with huge ruts and bare spots. Their satisfaction guarantee is a joke.

Great service last 4 years. Lawn really looks better now and so do trees and shrubs. I only have the fall sevice of aeration, overseed and tree and shrub fertilizer since HOA does the fertilizer
We had our lawn aerated. We marked a shallow drain line with string and stakes; they avoided the line accurately and got the thin strip on the other side. Very happy customer.
Dont waste your money the last 2 services we had they only spray parts of your yard when you pay for. Back and front , the technicians are a joke to bad my camera caught everything they were doing and not doing there are so many other places you can go besides these expensive jokers!!
