We have been using lawn pride for a year now. Our yard is looking more lush each time. My only problem I had was they did a grub control which I never signed up for and then charged me for it. They eventually gave me my money back for it but made sure it was off for next year.

Absolutely terrible customer service and lawn service. I canceled my service today because these people have no idea what they re doing. Maybe if everything is perfect then they can get it right, but if there s any issues they ll just feed you excuses. Don t waste your time trying to get any issues resolved. They completely blew me off today. I ve already notified neighbors on neighborhood app of their shady busy and things to look for with this company. Constantly being ripped off and overcharged for subpar work. They weren t even treated my backyard but charging for it to the point I had to have them knock on the door everytime. Super inconvenience to have this company. I m not from Indiana, moved here from the dessert, growing grass is new to me. If you want someone you can trust, absolutely DO NOT use this company.

I ve been having on lawn pride over 5 years I moved to another property the lawn was in bad shape I called lawn pride immediately because I know the work that they can do on a lawn. There pest spray for the lawn mosquitoes and bugs is the best you can t go wrong. I will be calling them today to get that on my lawn I was outdoors last night and I got ate up. I sprayed all kind of sprays. It did not help at all, but I know what line Pride can do. I won t even have to worry about it. Pride is the best I had neighbors at my other residence who had lime pride I had another company I asked them. What are you putting on your lawn They said I use. I sure got lawn pride you can t go wrong that s who I would stick with.

This is the second year with LP & my yards are continuing to improve. Happy, so far, with the frequency and timely application.

This is my second year using Lawn Pride for my lawn. I am by no means a lawn snob, but just mowing and basic edge trimming gives me the best looking lawn in my neighborhood. Bonus karma points for them being a locally owned franchise and not spamming my e-mail and phone while I was getting quotes last year.

Since coming out to Indiana 2 years ago Lawn Pride has taken exceptional care of our lawn. The technicians are knowledgeable. They provide information of what services were performed, when the next treatment will be, and helpful tips I can use to help keep our lawn healthy in between visits. My mother in law uses Lawn Pride and her yard looks great. We are a newly established lawn and decided to give them a try. They have lots of additional services. We had them aerate and overseed our lawn last year. We are very happy with our services and would recommend them for others.

Lawn Pride took really great care of our new sod. Our yard looks very healthy with no signs of grubs or weeds. The perimeter pest control is worth it. We mainly use it for spider control. Have not seen one on the perimeter pest control program. Highly recommend!

Lawn Pride does an excellent job at an affordable price. Years ago they helped us go from new build weeds, to a grassy yard. We pay for the grub protection and when grubs ruined part of our lawn, they aerated and reseeded for free. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I hired Lawm Pride to help our new sod. I feel like the builder used an inferior product for the new lawns in our subdivision. We have only had two applications so far, but our lawn is definitely looking better. I am excited to see how the subsequent applications help to improve our lawn.

Definitely recommend service from Lawn Pride. My lawn looks good and the weeds die off within a few days of of being treated. I DO miss the tech that used to get all of the weeds up in my flower beds and against my house though. They used to use a wand sprayer to get the hard to reach places. Still though, my yard looks great!

Great service. Complimentary follow ups when there have been stubborn lawn issues. Lawn Pride always notifies us before they come, so we have time to pickup the lawn before treatments. Technicians are thorough and have removed toys both kid and dog from the lawn before treating yard. Best price I could find for the size of my yard. They offer many discounts, including 7%(tax) off when paying in full early in the season. I ve been a loyal customer for years.

We tried a few lawn services and had a ton of trouble with communication and getting them to come out. Lawn Pride has always consistently shown up and they are super easy to get ahold of. We have used them for years now and have recommended them to lots of friends. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been using Lawn Pride since 2016. They helped us grow grass at a new build home. They are also willing to come back out to retreat whenever we ask. Minor damage occurred to our fence and within days they had the fence company out repairing it. We appreciated their sense of urgency and willingness to fix the damage. Consistent and reliable.

I started using Lawn Pride last year. New house and I noticed I had weeds, but my neighbor didn t. Lawn care kept my weeds at bay even though I didn t get started in the spring. My yard has neighbors on 2 sides with weeds and you can definitely tell where my property line is because it is mostly weed free!

They do a great job of taking care of the weeds and making the grass look green with their fertilization efforts.

When rich people walk into a room, you don t have to ask their net worth. U just know they ve got money. With my yard, there s no question who s the best at this LAWN thing. LAWN PRIDE or nothing.

We have been using them for a few years now. Great service, great prices. We also had a mole issues last fall, and they had a treatment for that! Hopefully, the moles dont come back this year! My only recommendation is that I would like to see them send out an email a couple of days before service. I usually only know they are coming out for service by the card in the yard after they leave.

Lawn Pride returned my full confidence in service promised service kept. I spent years with a national brand lawn service and haphazard service and incomplete service left me frustrated. I found Lawn Pride and to date they have delivered fully on service and addressed any issue that I might have. I give them five stars without hesitation and recommend them to anyone requiring lawn care management.

After several years of taking care of our lawn,, we decided to give Lawn Pride a try. They have done a fabulous job! Our grass is thick and green. The treatments keep the weeds and crabgrass away. The people who take care of our lawn are polite and respect our property. They are aware we have dogs and they make sure gates are securely closed before they leave, that is a big plus for pet owners.

Did not perform the aeration and overseed yet tried to bill me for it. Not the right way to do business . Stay away. Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

I have used Lawn Pride for the last 3 years after noticing that I had spotted spurge smothering large areas of my lawn. At first, I was very pleased with how well my yard was looking and the spurge was finally gone. However, this year, I have noticed that spurge has still been growing in my lawn. Mostly areas that I feel must be getting overlooked ; i.e. around my mailbox, in the grass at the edge of my pavers that line my driveway, in the grass around my gate in the side yard, and in my back yard along the fence. In July, I noticed after a week and a half after treatment that I still had spurge in my front yard along my driveway. When I called, I was told they wouldn t treat my pavers. I tried explaining that it wasn t IN my pavers but rather in the grass that grows next to the pavers (my front yard). She said they would have someone could out (and they did that time). For my August application on 8/9, I noticed there was even more spurge growing in my yard in all the areas mentioned above. I called on 8/16 and reported this. I was told she would put in a service ticket and they would be out. But that typically I should wait 8 days after treatment before calling. This was 7 days and the spurge was still very green. Spurge is a very fast vine like weed that grows out and smothers grass. I live in an HOA that will fine me. It is now 8/24 and Lawn Pride has still not been out to reapply weed killer so I called again and was told it wasn t even on their schedule yet and to just wait. I m done waiting. I m paying $53 every month for what? I told her since it wasn t even on the schedule to go ahead and cancel my service. I will find another local business that cares about their customers and will get out and inspect areas that need treated instead of speeding along on their motorized scooter things that must not distribute the chemicals evenly or close to fences or mailboxes.

So far they are ok. Just the beginning. I will update this review as we go.

I have used Lawn Pride for the past few years. This year; however, they have been a complete no show and non-communicative. I emailed 2 weeks ago asking for an update on when our lawn would be serviced. I was told they were behind schedule. Today, I called and was told the same thing and that she just didnt know when we would get our lawn serviced. But since I called she could put in a request that might move me up the schedule a little We have a pet that is allergic to something in our grass but if we have the lawn treated each year she has no issues. Poor thing is having issues once again this year since there has not been any treatment to our lawn. I assume they must have plenty of clients this year because they didnt seem to care that I suggested it was time to look for a new provider.

I have used Lawn Pride for many years. I would say the did an acceptable job until last year. They allowed some type of grass to take hold in a section of my yard that dies off COMPLETELY in the fall and doesnt green up again until late spring to early summer. One if the managers came to look at it early spring and told me I would have to dig up and completely replace that large section. I explained that his company was the one that allowed this undesirable grass to take hold and they should repair the yard. No luck. It was MY problem. It greened up and I decided to wait till fall to begin doing the job myself. Im a 63 yo single woman and I was dreading the thought. But what choice did I have? NOW, another large section has been taken over by thick weeds and crabgrass. Funny thing is my neighbor uses the same company and technician. but she has no problems at all. There is a definitive line between my weedy yard and hers. Looks like 2 different companies treat our yards! The difference? She has been home to WATCH them treat her yard ! She said she makes them use a walk behind spreader as the technician drives far too fast on the riding spreader and barely covers my yard with the product! I called to explain that now my yard was looking worse than in the spring and the office girl told me that I wasnt watering enough! I explained that I have an irrigation system and I have watered my lawn sans her instruction for 30 years. She then said that I hadnt aerated for 3 years. I explained that she had no idea how often I aerate! Just because I dont let them do it doesnt mean it isnt done! Again, I was told that I would have dig up that section of my yard as well and replace because I must have done something wrong!!! Needless to say, I FIRED THEM! If anyone knows of a lawn care company that doesnt mind actually earning their pay, please add to your review.

I am very disappointed with Lawn Pride I was with him 1 year or more. And now want to go back to them they say something else do something else all they want is money and dont want customers back they just want money. I called today got a price quoted then they called me back change the price on meAnd if you dont agree with their price they will tell you go somewhere else very rude instead of working with you and go try to talk to you into stuff you dont want to get into if you want five application didnt try to give you 7 and then theyll say will give you one free into the call you back if they know we can give you that I had one incident in the past too they charged me extra good thing I looked and I called them back but they give me my money back so if you guys choose in them please look at your bills very unhappy please have some respect for all human beings Let me tell you something if you just want customers to be happy and be with you guys its not always about the money you got to work with them to satisfy both. I am not hating online price but I want what I pay for it thats why I went with you guys for a year I want your business thats why Im paying for a year not 1 or few months will you still didnt satisfy me and Im paying for a whole year wow!!!!And have your workers dont say anything negative about other companies out there TruGreen , green grass when you called in they dont say anything negative about you guys. You dont talk to your customers tell them that your things bother companies to make yourself look good thats not how it works do the job right satisfied then youll get your name in public that youre really good say negative things about other companies what they do or what you got better it doesnt make you better like that please retrain your employees I called green grass and TruGreen to to get the quote they nicely explained what kind of product they have how does it work and their price their price was little more than you guys I did not say anything negative about you guys. This it dont do their best to make me happy to get the full results. How would you feel if they say negative thing about ur company. This is 2018 in this is how you guy going to run business. Be faithful and honest I promise you if youre faithful and honest with your company you will never fail youll be the (1). Yall hurt my feelings with negativity. Please please please read all the other peoples comments and concerns too have pride in urself and the company and be the (real lawn pride) thank you for wasting my time and please dont mind what I said it will make ur company better, take notes make ur company better. WORST LAWNCARE COMPANY EVER.

I was given a flyer that said $50 off my contract also said $50 off total came to $265 Jeff called to get money and said no its up to $50 so I looked at the flyer again and it doesnt state that at all (up to) Jeff would not reason with me. Its funny cause the flyer says they dont do sales gimmicks. Ill never use this company again
