Lawn Medic just fertilized my leaves. I don t know why we put fertilizer down when the yard is covered in leaves. Maybe your treatment is too late in the year? Friday my lawn guy will cut and blow whatever you put down today everywhere except on my lawn.

Im suppose to get a heads up call/text when coming so I can close the dog door. Thankfully the dog didnt go out today when the gate would have been open. Ive called numerous times to get this to happen. Otherwise, I like how the lawn looks.

This service either has a problem with following a simple request or they are completely prone to doing just what they want to DO! I asked them to do separate billing for the service they provided today for me and they told me that they would! However, when I looked at the invoice, they did exactly what they said they wouldnt do! This is why I am CANCELING my service with them! They cant follow instructions!

We are so happy we hired Lawn Medic to take care of feeding our lawn what it needs. Our lawn looks so much better than last year when we used a different company. We also hired Lawn Medic for mosquito control since we live up against natural wetland. We have had no issues with mosquitos since they started treating our property. We highly recommend Lawn Medic to those looking for an upgrade in their lawn care.

Always friendly takes the extra time and effort to make sure all grounds are properly covered.

It appears out was a good job. We cant tell for a few weeks due to the over seeding and treatment. He spent more time on lawn today than the company in general has spent in 10 plus years.

One thing you don t have to with Lawn Medic, is check their work. They get done the first time. We always have problems with ants in the the spring, had a lot of rain. Called Lawn Medic about my concern, no questions they came out and reapplied the ant application again. I didn t expect that!

This rating does not reflect on Nicks service, as he has always given quality and considerate service. I am disappointed in the quality of the products used by Lawn Medic/TrueGreen as I have had to spot spray for weed control of crab grass, dandelions, violets, nutsedge, and spurge. For what I pay in lawn care weed control, I shouldnt have to spend more money to do their job. I think it is time for a change since TrueGreen bought out LawnMedic.

My lawn and my parents lawn have been absolutely atrocious this year. Lawn Medic serviced our yards in late spring / early summer. My parents literally had swaths of their yard where dandelions were popping up. Obviously, those pieces of their yard were not treated. Lawn Medic had to go back out to their house to treat those areas. Even though my yard was charged for crabgrass preventative, literally half of my grass is crabgrass. Crabgrass preventative was obviously not applied as was charged and paid for. The past two years, we have not been happy with Lawn Medic. Either Lawn Medic is cutting corners, or the people doing the work are incompetent. Either way, we are canceling our subscription to future treatments and will hever use Lawn Medic again! Keep your yard away from them!

Truck number 01 was driving so erratically that at one point they were on the wrong side of the road driving down corporation. They also remained in the middle of the intersection for the duration of a red light, once the light was green they failed to continue with the flow of traffic. Not sure if he was texting or tired or worse, but maybe this technician should drink a little coffee before his drive to work.

Scott A. is always so good about taking the time to answer my questions. He has so much knowledge about lawns. I trust what he says. We have used Lawn Medic for the past 5 years. We have liked their prices.

Scott came out, treated my lawn. He went over and above to make sure my entire lawn was covered, unlike previous lawn care companies. The office staff ladies are extremely courteous and very knowledgeable also. I highly recommend this company.

We decided to use a lawn service this year for weed control. I researched and found Lawn Medic has done beautiful work in our neighborhood. I communicated with Val 2x and she was so polite, professional and responsive. I really like working with them so far.

Lawn Medic took over my lawn care a year ago when I signed up with them to get rid of 2 types of annoying weeds I had taking over my yard. Val (in the office) and Nick (technician) have been very helpful in getting my yard under control!

We have been customers for 15 years. Last year the quality of the service and the beauty of our lawn was the worst we ever had. We spoke with mgmt and was told that we wd have a different technician this year. This Spting we waited for service to begin but no service. We contacted Lawn Medic and they contacted the same technician who explained that our service had been cancelled. We asked for a call from mngmt, but none came. We called Lawn Medic and fired them consequently.

We did not have a good experience with Lawn Medic. We received a mailer that outlined a lawn treatment plan of 6 applications. We have only just learned (after prepaying) that the applications only include one application of fertilizer (along with weed and insect control ongoing to get to the total of 6 applications). I found them to be highly deceptive in their promotional materials and are quite disappointed in both how our lawn looks and the owners response to our query and request for refund.
