This company is a bad choice to go with overall. They lack communication and make promises they don't deliver on. They even managed to damage my fence by ramming a mower that wouldn't fit into a post hard enough to crack it and didn't seem to have any intention of telling me about it. Once I brought it up to them, they admitted it after days of reaching out about it. It took them almost 4 weeks to replace one fence board and then reinstall the original latch, which they switched to a much worse one without consulting me. I was willing to let bygones be bygones at that point and have them at least finish the season, but since they damaged my property, they have not returned, and now are ignoring any communication from me. Save yourself a lot of headaches, and choose a better company.
They have really good customer service, they really helped get my yard looking very beautifully, I did not want to do it myself .

After filling out the multi-page questionnaire on this business website, iI was emailed by the owner asking all of the same questions again. He did neglect to ask how often I was requesting service. He did confirm a day of service but did not provide any information a person might want to know, such as expected time of arrival, how payment is expected, how to communicate special requests, how to continue service, or add additional services. Upon reporting that my mulched and separated flower beds had been mown, the owner opted out of the conversation. The price I was quoted did not match my request. While the work was technically satisfactory, I am not satisfied. A simple apology would have kept my business but instead, a poorly trained customer service rep tried to place the blame on me.
I have the crew mow my rental properties grass weekly. Always willing to listen and help out. I recently had them redo my beds all around the house. The beds were WILD, but the team has the place looking so good!

I reached out to Patrick over a weekend requesting a quote. He was incredibly professional and personable when communicating. He was able to come out within a few days to look at our yard to quote bi-weekly mowing, edging, and trimming. He was then able to come out the next day to mow. Not only is he very east to communicate with, but his quoting and billing platform is pretty slick and easy to use.
They were professional, gave a fair price and did excellent work! Patrick even was able to meet our timeline to get the work done before my son s Birthday party. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again!
