I see no difference in my yard despite your treatment for over a year. There are still weed in my yard. They come in and so quick to leave, my neighbor has even complained to see no difference in yard for over a year of their service, I feel they are just charging me for doing nothing. I wont be using them them next summer.

I signed up for several treatments at $50 per month or every other month. I got a bill today for liquid aeration and seating for $180 which is not what I signed up for at all. You can t just do something to somebody s property, charge them for it when they did not approve it, I m not happy and will call to fight this

My bill was out of my range and I had decided I needed to cancel it and consider a new company. I was called by Brent and he worked hard and diligently to see if we could consider looking at the charges again. By the time he finished I was proud to say I am still a customer and look forward to a long relationship with the company.

Bennett treated my lawn this morning. He was polite and did his job. Every Experigreen employee has been hard working and answered all of my questions.

I didnt see what he did because I was asleep, I did hear a loud noise.

Who shows up at 7:20 AM to spray chemicals on a lawn that you KNOW has dogs..... an IDIOT! NOW Im supposed to wait 2 hours before letting my dogs out to potty. ExperiGreen has rapidly declined this year which i didnt think was possible from last years performance. Ive had weeds all year in my lawn and calling to get them back out is a JOKE!! I DONT recommend this company.

When signing up I was told that you will take care of my lawn just like a local guys. My yard has burned and weeds at the same time. When I talked to your rep who come up for regular treatment, his standard answer , call your office. Disappointed customer. Edit: Experigreen reached out to me (in person), reassessed my yards situation, and recommended the remedy. It felt good to have someone to talk to, who knew whats happening and have solutions suggested which are customized for my conditions and not just the blanket fix.Thank you Kyle for taking time out and helping me. I switched to Experigreen a few years ago and have been happy with the service. Our tech, Bennet is always very nice and does a good job plus he makes sure our gates are closed tight so our dogs don t get out when they go outside later.

Well, I was home. I did hear motor noise for a few minutes. Looked out yhe window but no one was there. When I left for work this morning, yhe experigreen sign was in the yard by the mailbox. Last visit I was charged for service including chemicals on the yard. Pretty sure that happened because I could smell those. Also charged for aeration, not sure if that happened because in the past there were lots of small tufts of dirt on the driveway and the dogs barked relentlessly. This time the dogs never barked and no tufts of dirt. So I dont know???

After calling around and either getting ridiculous quotes or no call backs. Eric was very helpful and was able to provide a service package that we have been looking for. No pushy salesman tactics just good service.

The lady that answered me today was professional but they have deducted money from my account on July 1st and August 7th with no treatment done on my lawn. This is so unacceptable

I spoke with Shelly at ExperiGreen and they were super friendly and she understood that I really needed communication on when service would happen. They promised to do this and the first application was on time, but I did not get any notice. Unfortunately the weather didnt cooperate for the 2nd and we agreed to postpone it until dry. Now its been 3 weeks later and they have yet to come out to service my lawn, so I have to find another company. Only when I told them that I had another provider who could come out did they offer to send someone out the next week. I understand that its difficult to manage a customer base sometimes, but the lack of communication for 3 weeks was my deal breaker.

Service someones yard from my prepaid service. When I signed up with them, sales person said that we will do treatment in couple of weeks, I waited 4 weeks that why no treatment has been done yet. I called today and discovered that per their record they did treatment on 11th of March, I said I do not see any flag in lawn or paperwork, she said i apologize. But we did treatment on 11th of March. I checked my Ring camera and ADT camera, no one ever came on 11th March since I get all the notifications. Then I called back spoke to Heather and I explained and she said must be they did someone else s yard. If I did not go through my check list , they would have done this every time with the money I have prepaid.. I am first time customer and this was my first treatment experience. I lost lot of faith in this company. How can they give treatment on other people yard from the money I have prepaid.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Had them for 3 year with full of broken promises. You think you get a good deal but they just raise their prices every year on you. I was automatically billed for 2023 so I had prepaid for the full year. I made the change on the website to cancel the auto subscription for 2024. By cancelling my 2024 auto subscription they then proceeded to close my account out right away and literally tried to keep my money without any notification or any attempt of crediting me back for the 6 remaining applications that I had already paid for. Luckily I called and they reactivated my account but wow very unprofessional and very poor customer service. Go with a company that truly cares about providing you a service that you pay for, they just want your money and run!!

I had a really bad experience with this company.. They come out to my property and lie that I have people working in my yard or toys laying all over the property even when I saw them drive pass without stopping. They said you have things in your lawn and no acesss, how do you know all that without stopping at the right property. It was a horrible experience .

Talking with Symphony was a pleasant and easy experience.

My grass is very green and free from weeds. During dandelion season, I have a minimum amount of dandelions and they are eradicated quickly. My grass feels soft to step on too. It feels like the carpet it looks like.

Heather in Customer Services addressed my billing problem and took care of the follow-up. She did an excellent job.

They were supposed to notify me before they came, but didnt. They showed up at 7:55 am and I had to get out of bed to answer the door. I was NOT happy! I wanted them to do a weed-and-feed application because I have a lot of weeds in my small lawn. The guy went very quickly over my lawn (which by the way had heavy dew on it and upon research it says that liquid fertilizer is best NOT to be applied to a damp or wet lawn), and after 2 weeks it barely has touched any of the weeds! I sent an email complaining about it, and someone called me. He NEVER DID offer me any kind of offer to resolve my being unhappy with the service, but instead only gave me excuses. I told him I would never use or recommend them ever again! I have since hired TruGreen to come do my lawn (I suggest you do the same). Certainly not this lousy ExperiGreen people.

Not personable. Very hard to plan around payments and schedule without a calendar of dates when the treatments will be done. They refuse to give you one. Just email the day before, never meet the tech, and charge you on their way out. Most communication between the customer and this business are constant emails trying to sell you more things. The treatment does seem to be working, but I will definitely be going with a more personable company next year.

All people answering the phone over my years of having them service our lawn are wonderful. They know their job, and if they dont know the answer they find out and get right back to you. I have had several services over the 20+ years I have lived here. They are the only ones that have made a difference. Our lawn is beautiful.

This is my 3rd edit. After several years with EG I have to say that they have consistently done a great job. Everyone that has worked on my lawn has been kind & professional. Lacey & the other young man did a great job with my yard this year. Would definitely recommend them! Raising them back to 5 stars! I had to edit my review. I gave it 5 stars before. Please read excerpts from my original review below, because I want you to realize this is a company I did and still will highly recommend. I hesitate to dock this company a star because they are an excellent company and in no way do I want to deter business from them. But though they have been great to work with and have done a great job on my yard overall, the initial reason I went with them was to get rid of an invasive weed. I told the man that I did not want to spend money simply to kill it off at the top of the ground, and that I could do that on my own, but rather I wanted to go after getting to the root. He said he had a product that would do that, but that it might take more than one shot. That sounded great to me. I was willing to spend the extra money to get this thing gone. Well, this spring it came back with a vengeance. When I called and spoke with him. He told me there was no real way to get it at the root and that the best we could do was kill it at the top of the ground every year. I was very clear that that was not my goal. So I basically spent a crud ton of extra money to do what I said I didnt want to spend money to do. So, Im a bit frustrated with this. I think he just realized after looking into it, that getting rid of this would not be as easy as he thought. I asked him to please research if there is a product that can get to the root balls, and he assured me he would. I hope he does. I did decide to stay with the company for my overall lawn care, but cancelled the service to treat the star of bethlehem weed. So, I still recommend this company, but I am frustrated that Im out over a thousand dollars in trusting that they could get rid of this weed. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW (SOME DELETED) (had to delete some of original review to add my edit, bc I exceeded allowable limit) I have to say they have MORE THAN DELIVERED on their promise! They have had EXCELLENT customer service and have been professional and accommodating to all of my requests. I was a bit concerned it was going to be one more company that simply ran me through their assembly line of people with workers who know very little and simply show up and do the minimum, but that wasnt the case. Even though the initial guy I spoke with was in another city (in my state), he gave me his direct line if I were to ever have a problem. I really appreciated this, because often people on the sales side of things make you think the company is excellent, when in actuality their work is far from good. This man stuck to his word that the Indy office would take care of my every need. And that they have done! I have been struggling for the last few years with an invasive weed that has all but taken over my lawn, killing all grass and weeds and leaving nothing but mud in the winter months. The weed is called the star of bethlehem (dont let the pretty name fool you), and multiplies underground (like an onion). I couldnt stop this thing for the life of me. I called Experigreen and they assured me they could take care of it. They have come regularly this summer to not only get rid of this weed, but also to fertilize, aerate, seed, and add lime to my soil. I live on a property that has a lot of mature trees and is heavily shaded with a soil containing a lot of clay. For the first time in several years, my lawn is slowly starting to look better. The invasive weed appears to be gone, but will have to wait until Spring to see if it comes up again. If it is does, I will have them go at it again. I am pretty confident this company will get rid of this thing once and for all, and hopefully restore my yard to grass once again. Cant wait to see my yard in the Spring!

Weve been using ExperiGreen for a few years now and our lawn has never looked better. They are always professional when we interact with them via phone or during an application. Jeff Hanna has been our technician this summer and has done a great job! Hes personable and professional and always willing to answer any questions we have.

I can promise you my lawn looks worse after 2 full years of service. I could do a better job and save a lot of money. I have more crab grass/broadleaf weeks and overall weeds than I have every had. My suggestion do it yourself and you will save money and do a better job. Awful !!!

I am foolish..fired them 3 times and allowed management to give them another chance. Lawn looks the same as it did 2 years ago. They text you and say will be there the next day and do not show up. (Thursday texted said they would be here Friday, this is Tuesday no one has performed service) . Lawn full of weeds and thisle. Charge is smaller then alot of companies but you get what you pay for.

My first season with ExperiGreen just concluded. I am quite satisfied for the most part. The only downside would be that on a couple of occasions the technician showed up with no advance notice. I need to know ahead of time, so that I can prepare the yard (mow, rake, etc.). The most important characteristic of note though is the result. My yard was in bad shape after several years of inferior service from TruGreen. One season with ExperiGreen brought my yard back to good health quickly. The ExperiGreen technicians are thorough. With TruGreen, it was common to see a technician treat about a third of the yard and leave. After that experience, I watched the ExperiGreen techs at work. They treat every square foot of the yard, leaving no part untouched. I will very likely renew with this company for another season.

Kenna is just the latest person I ve interacted with at ExperiGreen but all have been helpful & professional. Well priced lawn service keeps my yard looking good! LOVE that they notify me day before they arrive.

Dealt with Matt about lawn care for next year. He answered all my questions and quoted a great price.

Called today and set up a treatment plan for the next season. Matt answered and couldnt have been any nicer. He was right on top of it and was answering my questions before I was asking them. Very complete and fast new service setup! Thanks Matt and the whole ExperiGreen Lawn Care crew!

Experigreen provides very personalized service. Gus came to do my aeration and overseed. He taught me about the soil and areas of my yard that I was concerned about and paid extra attention to my yard versus just coming to do the task. That was followed up by a call from Matt who also gave me additional recommendations for my yard which we are moving forward with. I value professionalism, individualized approach to the work, and learning new things. Matt and Gus provided all three!

Kenna texted me to inform me tomorrow my yard would be serviced. I asked if that would be the last time for the season and she confirmed. She told me what would be done and fully answered my question.
