Cory, Justin, and Justin's entire team were amazing!! They were professional in their work, always asked for the customer's opinion on placements of objects, always cleaned up after themselves, and after their work was done, they even spread grass seed / laid down hay to grow grass back where they were working. I am glad I chose to work with them because it really seemed like everyone truly cared about their work and how it made the company look in the public's eye. I 100% would recommend them to anyone.
I work for a local funeral home here in Indy. I contacted them several years ago about a quote. We liked the price and have been with them since. Best decision we have made to switch to them for all our mowing, and landscaping needs. They are doing a great job already for the new season of 2020. Thank you for the GREAT service you have provided to us.
I couldn't be happier with my new patio/water feature designed and implemented by True North. It is a rare thing to have a contractor exceed expectations but that is my experience! Everyone was great to work with! Highly, highly recommend! Great job guys!
These guys are awesome!. Over the years they have done several jobs for me. They just recently finished a new water feature and fire pit combination. It is amazing! Professional, courteous, and trustworthy group. I highly recommend them for any landscaping needs.
5 stars! Justin and his entire team were not only some of the most delightful people to talk to, they were respectful, prompt, courteous, and TALENTED! My yard was NOTHING but a stinking mud pit and they turned it into this amazing piece of art. I 100% would recomend them to ANYONE. It turned out better than I could have dreamed and we are in LOVE! Can’t say enough about this amazing crew. We moved into our new house last December. We saw a lot of potential and had many repairs and improvements to make. When it came time to redo our backyard, we were excited but hesitant to work with yet another crew. Lucky for us, our extensive project with True North was the simplest and most satisfying of all. They were communicative, friendly, and seemed to really enjoy the job. Cory came by and had a design plan to us within a day, taking into account that my wife and I have two dogs and black thumbs. The design document was clear and to the point. We were able to act on it immediately and set things up. The rest of the crew, led by Justin, always kept us up to date on what was being done when and even came by to answer some questions about care and upkeep. We finally feel like our home is what we thought it could be and can’t wait to start entertaining in and enjoying our new space. Thanks for all your help!
Cory, Justin, and their team completed a large patio and landscaping project in the back yard of a lake cottage we have, and they did an excellent job. To begin the project, we talked about general ideas with them as we walked around the lot, and we liked their additional concepts a lot. We agreed that we would give them the flexibility to create and make adjustments as the team worked and the project evolved. We couldn't be happier with the results. They created a landscape design that works beautifully with the incline and shape of the lot, the back of the house, and the shoreline. Cory, Justin, and their crew are great to work with -- they are reliable, hard-working, and friendly. We recommend them highly.
If you are looking for a great landscaping company, True North is hands down the best place around and I cannot say enough positive things about them. We contacted Cory, the owner of True North, to discuss installation of a new patio in our back yard. He came up with a very nice design for the patio that even included a built in fire pit. Their work was simply FANTASTIC!!! Cory and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional and definitely know what they are doing. We were so impressed with them and our new patio that we have asked them to come back and do some landscaping in our back yard. Great company, incredibly friendly people, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!!!
True North has merged with Heath Outdoor and the expansion is a win for Indianapolis! Hands down, some of the most eye catching designs I see downtown. If you need to amp up your curb appeal or you ve decided to invest in enjoying your outdoor space more, call these guys!
They came out to do estimate for my yard. The guy just left, didn t say he was leaving, didn t leave my estimate or anything. I then called the next business day and the phones were off the hook. I called them two days later and the same thing. When their line did ring no one answered ; I left a voicemail and have yet to hear from anyone.

Cory didnt disappoint with his team...Justin was always anxious to please...and; Porf (his nickname); I just may adopt. He was on the job site every day and ALWAYS wanting to please. I promise if you give this crew your business they will go 120% for you...dont waste your time with other quotes!! They are fair, they are reliable, they are awesome!!
I am very happy with my True North Landscaping. They created a raised flower bed in the front of my house, mulched the entire side of my house, and planted 5 arborvitae trees in the back. They were very professional and flexible with our schedule. They even came back and did a touch up of the mulch after we had a fence installed in the back. Would highly recommend them!
Just had one of your drivers dump his trash out of a moving vehicle and onto our windshield on 16th street. The guy laughed as we reacted and nearly went into oncoming traffic. We WILL be sharing our dashcam footage with the police for this irresponsible and criminal behavior.

Cory and his team of landscaping warriors were amazing! They transformed our very sad yard into an area where our little one can enjoy playing outside and where we can also spend lots of outdoor time with our friends. Highly recommend True North!
Our brick paving collapsed after years of taking water from the roof. Cory and his team devised a solution, replacing the foundation of the brick and creating a drainage garden to receive excess water going forward. The work was done in two days as promised. The team was great to have around. The job was done beautifully; the new garden looks good and we cant even find the seam between old and new paving. Highly recommend True North.
We first hired Cory and his crew to come out nine years ago to design and install landscaping at our new house, and they knocked it out of the park! Hardscaping, landscaping, and water feature--they did it all! The design was fantastic, the customer care was over the top, and the results were tremendous. We ask them to come out every year to refresh the mulch, edge our beds, and trim back the trees, and every year the yard looks brand new. Corys also been great at stopping by and just checking on things, responding to questions about how to maintain plants and trees, and suggesting small tweaks and upgrades as the yard and house have aged. And several years ago, after having hired one of the big national companies to treat our lawn--and having them ignore parts of the lot entirely and then treat our neighbors lawn instead of ours--we dumped the big company and went straight to Cory. His team knows our yard, we trust them, and if somethings ever not right they come out and address it. Bottom line: if you want a great company that works hard for your business, that has strong ties to the community, and that does an amazing job, hire Cory and True North. Our house wouldnt be our home without all the help and service hes given us.
Cory and Justin were professional, polite and produced quality work. They were very open to discussing adjustments and making suggestions to improve the outcome of the project. I love the materials they suggested using, which really enhance both the curb appeal and enjoyment of my house.

True North Landscaping has provided a lot of services for us over the years including landscape design with hardscape included, tree planting, mulching, aeration, grading, seeding, installing a paver walkway, etc. When planning the landscaping, Cory took into account the design of our home and the amount of time we had to devote to maintenance and came up with a design and types of plants that worked with all of our needs. The entire staff is pleasant to work with, great with scheduling in a timely manner and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services.
My husband and I started our koi fish pond over a year ago. We picked the location & dug the hole in our backyard. After picking up pond supplies from Menards and trying to figure out the best set up we quickly realized this project was WAY over our heads. We needed help. Thankfully we found True North Landscaping! Cory was great at communicating and evaluating the area to make our dream koi fish pond come to life. Justin and his team did a wonderful job at designing & transforming our space into a beautiful water feature. Our fish pond turned out much better than we could have ever imagined. It s our peaceful little zen spot where we go to unwind and relax. Cory and Justin have been extremely helpful even after the pond was installed, guiding and giving us tips on proper maintenance. They have been great at answering all of questions as we learn the process of having a healthy water feature. We couldn t be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend True North Landscaping!

The garden center has a great variety of high quality plants and trees, including several unique trees that Ive not seen sold at any other garden center in town.
