Im sure theyre hard workers, but theyd have to actually show up for me to know. Contacted them about a drainage and slope issue. They scheduled an appointment with me, but had to cancel last minute. I never heard back from them about rescheduling, which I did reach back out to them about doing. Its unfortunate that theyre one of many landscaping companies that have been flaky or shady that Ive contacted. Indianapolis, please do better.

I had my garden beds de-weeded and mulched. They did a wonderful job!

We hired Caballeros Landscaping to grade our yard and install sod at our new home. They had it done in two days and did an amazing job! The service was very friendly and if we encountered any issues, they were quick to fix them. Very reasonably priced as well, especially in comparison to other local landscaping companies. They quoted me a price of 154.50 to blow my front yard leaves into the woods next to my home. When I received the bill, it was for $679.00.

Whenever I need yard work done, I call Caballeros. They are timely and professional. The work they do is better than expected.

They were ok. They just left when they were done without notifying me or doing a walk thru to see if I was satisfied. They had no problem cashing the check as quick as the could though.

The Foreman, Dariun, was very clear in providing itemized charges for the work. When the work occurred the crew was very polite and professional. The only concern was a language barrier but Dariun was available for translation as needed. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when the project was completed. I highly recommend Caballeros for your landscaping needs.

Our back yard was in a terrible state. Grass had died and was being taken over by weeds. They sprayed the areas to kill weeds and came 1 1/2 weeks later to cultivate and lay sod. Yard looks great so far!

Called for an estimate. They came out the same day and had the work performed a few days later. The crew was fantastic!! Will definitely use them again in the future!! I highly recommend them!!

I hired Caballeros to grade and install drainage in my lawn and also level out an area that had piles of fill dirt on it. They were the most competitive out of multiple bids. They were able to start within a couple of days. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Savier was on site making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Called Caballeros Landscaping and reached Savier, who stopped by my home within 3 hours to provide an estimate. Using a phone app, he put together a fair quote on the spot, and we inked a deal. The work, which started 3 days later, included: - Spring clean up - hedge trimming - mulch bed cutting and mulch topping - lawn topsoil and seeding in large sections of lawn - clean up and gravel application under a porch - flower planting - junk removal - small tree and brush removal. The job took about 8 hours and involved 3 separate truckloads of mulch, topsoil and gravel. The 6 man crew was friendly and did a superb job of clean up. Loved the one-stop shopping. Signed up for ongoing lawn care services. I know I m in good hands with the Caballeros team!

Loved that they were the only company to call back and set up and appointment to give us a quote and discuss what work was needed. We agreed at 10:30 am on a friday. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. We called after an hour of waiting at the property as a reminder. We were told that our concern would be forwarded to a supervisor and we never heard from anyone.

I arranged to meet for a landscaping consultation at noon. After twenty minutes of no call, no show, I called the office and explained that I couldnt wait any longer, since I had arranged to be out of the office specifically for the consult and had limited time. The office person put me on hold while she tried to contact the person who was supposed to come, to see what had happened. The person she tried to contact was unavailable and probably in the field because it went to voicemail. She said that theyd likely call me soon, and if not, shed contact me once hearing back from them. I never heard back. A huge waste of my time.

I signed a contract for weekly service from 01 July 2021 - 31 October 2021 for my home. They came three times and never came back. I ve called and called. In fact, I ve called six times in the past two weeks alone. Each time, I get the receptionists (who are very nice). They take down my information for the supervisor, who never calls back. I paid $1616.00 for the services and have received neither what I paid for nor any type of refund. This is definitely not an operating model that I can get behind.

I am so happy with the work that was done by Caballeros Landscaping. When I reached out to HomeAdvisor to locate a company for quotes, Darwin from Caballeros was quick to respond, came that afternoon to quote the job and 4 days later the job was totally done. There was a miscommunication on a small point of the installation and I was not home while the work was done to oversee it. I called as soon as I got home, talked with Darwin and they were out first thing the next day to fix the issue and make sure I was totally pleased. I would highly recommend this company!

We recently hired Caballeros Landscaping to complete an immense task. For background, my husband and I have lived in our home for almost 4 years, and our yard was VERY neglected due to our work schedules - extremely overgrown and unclean, we were just too busy and too tired. We had friends who mentioned it looked like no one lived there when they came to visit. Given our work schedules are much more accomodating now, we were able to hire someone to landscape our yard. The day I called for an estimate, Darwin was at my house for a quick bid, and was able to complete the front yard in one day. It was amazing the transformation! Based on their excellent customer service we hired them to complete our backyard as well. They offered competitive prices compared to the competition, were respectful, and were very kind. There were times I expected them to come and they did not, however I always received a text or call saying they couldnt come out to the house that day with a legitimate reason why - completely understandable when explained, and they always kept me in the loop. I did not have a time-sensitive project. The backyard turned out just as amazing as the front, and we are very happy with the results! Based on their work, we have hired them permanently year-round for our yard care needs. Im sure we will not be disappointed!

I worked with Caballeros for about 4 months from San Diego. I had a home to sell In Indianapolis and needed a company to 1) clean it up after my renter did NOT for a year and 2) keep it looking good while it was for sale. I got a few estimates and Cabelleros was the cheapest, and they got over to get the work done immediately. I texted with Darwin over the months and almost every time, as soon as I let him know I needed the yard mowed They were on it. I had an issue with a neighbor that Darwin helped with, they were under no obligations to humor said (ridiculous) neighbor but they did graciously and immediately, I was very impressed with how eagerly they wanted this guy to be happy, even though he was just making himself a nuisance. I also had one instance of expecting them to mow and they did not due to being too busy. A person living closer would ve noticed sooner but as soon as I texted Darwin about it, he got it taken care of. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I have hired Francisco Caballero for many projects over the last year. He regularly does my lawn maintenance and snow removal on our triple lot. He has also planted new flower beds, planted 15 roses, planted 20 flowering bushes for my hedge, mulched my flower beds, and even dug out my foundation to seal the foundation and install a multi layer french drain system. All the jobs are done to perfection and he makes sure his customers are satisfied, he stays on the job until it gets done. His price is competitive compared to the competition.

I had a great experience with this company. I called them at 8:30 am. They were there in an hour. They were very professional and their prices were competitive given the high quality job. They had 2 industrial sized mowers and 3 or 4 trimmers. We have a half acre but they are equipped for larger jobs. I would definitely recommend them!
