Was easy to work with. What impressed me the most, the gentleman that did the job (Areation) cleaned up the plugs from the driveway and sidewalk. He had limited English knowledge but we understood and he had a friendly demeanor.

I tried them this past week, they fid a mediocre job at best . Lots of missed areas , didn't trim around my storage shed or blow off the patio and more . Not satisfied at all !

Here we go again. I spoke to Nick Thursday and he assured me that he could come out today Saturday at 10am. No call no show. We are done with him. If your smart, you will stear clear of this company. He will probably respond some stupid comment back but I will ignore
I have sent multiple text messages and made numerous phone calls in an attempt to get your business to stop any further attempts to charge my wife and I for services that were never rendered. On one occasion, you sent a crew with a machine that damaged our backyard lawn by leaving track marks along the grass. I immediately told them to stop before any further damage was done to our property. A second time, you sent another crew after we spoke by text and you acknowledged the fact that we were not interested in your services. I did not allow them onto our property and immediately sent them away. I am hereby requesting that you cease and desist any further attempts to collect on this unlawful debt, because my next course of action is to file a formal harassment complaint for your business with CMPD.
It takes a LOT for me to leave a bad review for a small company, but I have run out of patience. He did one mowing, invoiced me, and I paid the SAME day! Then he doesn’t show up the next week so I text him. He said “I have you every other week” meanwhile I have a text that when I first set him up I wanted weekly mowing and he quoted me for weekly. I let it go with a “oh, I thought it was weekly, that is fine”. Just to make it easier for him. He comes that next week and then I get no invoice. Then 2 more weeks go by and nothing he never shows up to service and I had to Tex him to ask for an invoice to pay. He literally ghosted me!! After I’m asking to pay him! I reach out again and just ask for him to be upfront and tell me if he isn’t doing my lawn anymore. Still nothing! The most unorofessinal company I have every dealt with. Found someone else and just wanted to share.
Nick was a true professional. He showed up on time and had all the necessary tools to complete the job I requested efficiently. He was polite and his prices are very reasonable. He cleaned up after he completed the job and I will be hiring him again.

I had them core my yard and reseed. Price was fair and work was great.
Did lawn mowing and broke my front yard sewage pipe cover and left a whole in the front yard without informing about it and I noticed that after a week and reviewed video of it running over with mower. It takes couple couple bucks to replace but he didn t even had a professional courtesy to inform me.

Very unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment days in advance to have my lawn aerated for overseeding. Waited all day for Nick to show but there was no text , email , or phone call. A whole day wasted. I will be hiring someone else.

This is a reliable company and the service is unmatched. I had almost given up on core aeration of my lawn this year due to getting the run around, being quoted $90+ for aeration and being forced into paying for services I didnt require from other various local companies. Its nice to know that there is at least one company out there that keeps their word. The work was done in less than 15 minutes. I will continue to do business with this company. No more Craigslist ads for me. Thanks fellas.
Nick was my yard man for 3 years. His service was pretty good, a few hiccups over the years like not cutting the weeds close to the house, uneven grass after cut, and cutting trash in the yard instead of picking it up before cutting. Any problems I had I would tell him and he would rectify. However, as the company grew the service quality became less and the standards low. I no longer use his service as the last straw was his workers showed up a number of times in the summer when the grass was dead and not growing due to the excessive heat. Instead of using common sense or being considerate they would show up and charge me for a service that wasn t warranted. However, I wish Nick and company much success.
