Never can get them to call me back after they supposedly came out to fix my sprinklers. Drew came and never spoke with me, but charged the fee. Ive been calling back now for 2 weeks and leave messages trying to speak with Drew, but nothing. Sprinkler system is still not fixed either

We asked for a sprinkler service. They came for just ten minutes and told us they just repaired partially. The next day we received a 180$ bill. It is really hard to negotiate with them.

3rd year using their services for Sprinkler Winterization! They are awesome! They always get me on the schedule and answer my questions! They are efficient and know what they are doing! Will continue to use this company for my sprinkler needs! They are great! Friendly and excellent service.

Scheduled an appointment almost a month ago to de-winterize our irrigation pump. These guys winterized it last Fall and seemed great then. Got stood up by them Friday. Wasnt notified they wouldnt be showing up until 5:30, after waiting around all day. Then, they said theyd come Monday instead. Waited all day on Monday. Couldnt get ahold of anybody, and nobody called. Left them a message and they got back Tuesday morning and said they had us on the schedule for Tuesday (not what I was told and not acceptable after they stood me up). Guy finally shows up at almost 3 and wanted to put in a whole new pump for a crack that didnt effect functionality last year. Wouldnt put it together to see if it still works. Told them I wasnt giving them my money for a large job with that when they were already so unreliable. Didnt even get to find out if my pump is still functional because he wanted to sell me a new one, instead. Definitely looking elsewhere for sprinkler system assistance now that my yard is brown and dying off after waiting around for these guys for weeks.

We needed a lot of work done on an old, outdated sprinkler system and repairs after concrete workers. YardTech did a wonderful job. They were responsive and prompt and truly saved our lawn from burning up this year. We are very grateful and recommend this business.

These guys installed my sprinklers 3 years ago. Had to have some moved recently and they were very understanding and willing to work with me. Have done me right when Ive had issues as well.

First off, I have to comment on Kendalls patience. When he first came out to do an estimate for sprinkler repair, I knew what the symptoms were (low head pressure, dead spots, well pump cycling on and off) but wasnt set on a solution. Kendall took the time to listen to me orate about all the previous sprinkler guys who had came, and failed, before him. We agreed that he would install a new main line (300 worth), install new valves on all 12 zones, and then reconnect the zones and fix any pipes broken in the process. I can only imagine if either of us knew what he was in store for, he might have quoted our price differently, but he stood behind the estimate. Our original system was put in about 8 years ago by someone who did it part time, on the side, and.... not very well. Over time it was modified to try to fix some of the issues and eventually there were parts of it literally running on wire from Christmas lights. To be fair, some of this was my fault but a lot of it were stop-gap measures put in place by other sprinkler guys. Also, our yard is basically built on solid rock, with a little dirt thrown on top, so digging in it is brutal. On day 1, a full crew of 5-6 showed up but they were semi-thwarted by not only the rock but the mass confusion of sprinkler pipes running under the surface and seemingly illogical pattern the heads were assigned to zones in. One zone in particular had its supply line cut during the main line installation, but at what point remained a mystery. They actually ended up running a brand new supply line from the valve to the zone. All in all, the job that should have taken them 1-2 days took about 4 total, spread out over 2 weeks. Im not complaining about the timeframe at all. Indeed, me and my wife felt really bad for the crew as this job was definitely under bid. With one minor communications hiccup, Kendall was great about letting us know when they were going to be here and when things didnt go as planned, when they were planning on returning. They went out of their way to return the yard to its pre-work state and remained professional throughout the entire ordeal, even when our son accidentally let our not-people-friendly dog out into the yard, chasing them off (PS Im SO sorry about that). I didnt know until I was reading these other reviews that YardTech does pest control and fertilizer but (if they are willing to come back) Im interested in hiring them for that too. Best money Ive spent on my yard.

We recently moved to Rexburg. I called to have someone come out and take a look at our current system and make recommendations for upgrading. They asked for a lot of personal information including a credit card number. They stated hey it won t be charged but we have to have one on file before we can even come out . What do you need a credit card number for if you haven t performed any work?! I might as well just start handing it out randomly just in case someone I come into contact with might someday perform some service for me. Just in case right. Sounds like a SCAM to me! No thank you. I will deal with a REPUTABLE COMPANY that asks for a credit card when they perform the work.

Kendal and his Yardtech team put in a lawn sprinkler system with almost 100 heads and a lift/pressure pump that was remote to the sprinkler system. My yard waters wonderfully now. Looks the best it has ever looked. Kendal has been wonderful to work with. Thanks for the great job! I recommend yardtech to anyone in the area.

Great company and will use again. Did pest control at our home, and used a different pet-safe one inside. Good results. Prompt, knowledgeable and friendly, they took the time to answer my many questions and are very courteous.

I use these guys every year. They have been good to work with so far. Competitive prices. Sometimes they get a little busy but that happens to good companies.

I was very pleased with them earlier this year. Then they didnt show up one time as scheduled and didnt bother to call about it. I had to call and get a new date scheduled. My appointment wasnt scheduled for the next day after I had been stood up for my original appointment that was missed by them. The next time they were supposed to call me back about putting in pavers. After asking twice about the pavers, I was told they could do them, but I should call back the next day if I hadnt heard from them. I am not going to beg someone to spend my money with them. Highly suggest you fix the issues with the person answering the phone.

I had YardTech come spray my yard for grubs and bugs and landscape a flower bed this summer, it looks fantastic! Very pleased with the work they ve done.

These guys are awesome. I ve worked with them for a couple years now. Sprinkler, sod, landscape, bug spray, etc. They are top notch.

We bought a new house and couldn t figure out the sprinkler system, so we had Yardtech show us how to program the older system. They installed 3 new sprinkler heads. They dug up the underground box (a messy muddy job, as it was flooded) and repaired 3 leaks. They were helpful and courteous and charged me the ridiculously low price of $69, which didn t seem nearly enough for the work and the parts. Added a big tip because he definitely earned it. I ll use their services again.

They winterized our sprinkler system. They were great!

We have used Yardtech for a few years and they are awesome! They do a great job winterizing and maintaining the sprinklers and also handle our fertilizing, weed spray etc. Their prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have used used them for Pest Control and Sprinkler Winterization for the last year and have been very happy. Took the time to educate me on mouse issues and sprays used to keep mice away and spiders under control. Highly recommended.

Yardtech did an amazing service at my home ridding me of a Box Elder infestation of bugs that were coming into my home. They also got rid of spiders and mice. I dragged hoses for 30 years to water my lawn but Yardtech installed a sprinkler system for me. Now I can take trips without worrying about my lawn burning up. The weed and feed applied to my lawn makes my yard so green and lush that I now have the best looking yard in the neighborhood. I highly recommend Yardtech for their fair and honest service. Yard tech has been awsome to work with and they do a great job. Their ground clear is better than any other product we have tried. They are awesome with sprinklers and I would definitely recommend them.

He treated my dandelion lawn last year and really helped bring things under control. This year I will be having him treat the fruit trees because the service has been so good. We had great service on a sprinkler system that was blocked by a tree. The initial look was fast and helpful. They recommended a better way to solve our problem, rerun a pipe, which worked well. Nice folks who visited the house. Everything went great.

I had an old sprinkler system that was just falling apart. I had YardTech come and take a look at it and give me a price on modernization. I got a detailed quote within 24 hours and scheduled the work. They came and put in a whole new system for me, modernized and efficient. Took the time to walk me through it and make sure that I understood how it worked, and that it completely covered my yard in the way that I expected. Great service at a good price. You cant ask for much more than that.

We had Drew from Yardtech do some updating of our sprinkler system. He worked continuously for four hours on a very hot day and did a great job, all the while being patient and respectful with my many questions. I highly recommend this company.
