The salesman promised I would receive a call within a week to schedule the systemic injections for year long insect control but no one called. I paid over $500. My credit card was charged, but no communication. Finally after 4 weeks and first snow, I disputed the credit card charges.

I have been with Senske for years, but I will discontinue it as of now. They are the most incompetent company that hires untrained techs. My attorney is going to get involved now and I will report them to the better business bureau. Totally unacceptable and they should be ashamed to be in business.

We had a big bald faced hornet nest in a tree and Jonathan safely and efficiently got rid of it.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I agreed to their service which was 120 per month and I could cancel anytime. After 3 months and still have weeds in the yard I canceled the service. When I did they said I owed an additional 173.00 due to an installment plan. No installment plan was ever discussed not agreed to. I eventually paid due to the constant harassment nor did I want to deal with some collection agency.

I use Senske for many different services. They always notify me of a scheduled visit, call before they come and, weather permitting, visit my property as promised.

2023, I scheduled a sprinkler blowout. They kept rescheduling until after freeze out. 2024 I discovered a blowout caused by a burst pipe. 2024, asked for l a tree work estimate. They provided one that I could not afford. I asked for an estimate for reduced work. I got ghosted for that. Then i found a business that did twice the work for half the price. I scheduled a sprinkler blow out for 2024, Senske wanted to blow out a WEEK BEFORE the canal shut down! When the technician showed up, because he didnt know the capabilities of his service truck, we nearly didnt get the job done, and then I had to train him how to blow out my system. Three strikes? No four strikes!

She made sure to walk my yard at a good pace and got every nook and cranny

After years of trying to take care of myself, finally let the pros come out. My lawn and trees have never looked better. Grass has been a deep green even during the hot part of the summer. No annoying bugs to battle on the tree leaves either.

My lawn looks great and the technicians are friendly and professional. We rarely see weeds anymore and when we do they take extra care on them. Our grass is lush and green.

Ive been pleasantly surprised with the level of communication and service from this company. Ive worked to the few other lawn care providers and they all had issues or problems that I have not ran into with senskr services. Definitely would recommend, especially for larger properties

Cameron was here this morning to do summer fertilization. The lawn mowers were coming today also. We decided next week would be better. Then he called back to see if the lawn had been mowed and said he had time to come back to get the treatment done. Thank You Cameron.

As far as lawn care I have no complaints. As far as billing this is the 2nd time in two years that are bill has doubled without any sort of notification. When we called to rectify it no one will call us back. We are on auto bill and have the money set aside but was taken by surprise when almost $200 was taken out of our account.

Our tech Cameron was great! My husband and I were outside working on the trailer, and he worked quickly and efficiently around us. He and the office staff I ve always spoken with have been very friendly.

I was not going to write a review because I hesitate giving negative reviews. I tend to be very picky but after the third request to post a review and after looking things over again I am going to comment. I recently prepared a area for new sod. When the tech came, rather than walking around the area, he walked through it. The area was wet from watering so he sunk into the new soil and then tracked mud across a new concrete pad. In the same area fertilizer granules were left on the new concrete so now I have iron stains on the brand new concrete. There did not appear to be an attempt to clean up the area. There were other areas I power washed as well to remove stains. I know accidents happen which is why I did not initially leave a review but at their insistence I now have. Please train your techs better.

Tree service was performed and the tech said he was new and didn t think he could tree 1/2 the trees on my property. Had to call in and check to see if it was ok when I was upset and mentioned I m not paying full price for 1/2 the service, Multiple bad experiences with communication on the phone. I was told excuses of why different things happened. Days went by in between calls for scheduling who had to be sent to another department. You are speaking to someone in another state. Billing was messed up and needed to be fixed. Notifications for time that the tech will be present are incorrect and when I called corporate twice after the tech was late, they left a message two times in two hours and I still have not received a call. Will be going with a local company. Very poor customer service.

These guys ruined our flower bed. They were supposed to even out our lawn and put a bunch of grass seed in our flower bed and its been hell ever since. Grass grows through everything, all the ground cover and in the bushes. Cant get rid of it. I have not gotten over it

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I saw they had a lot of five star reviews so I called them. They don t have any local office you can call. You get routed to some call center. They take your information and then you wait for them to call and schedule an appointment. After waiting a week to get my appointment called to schedule, I called back again and I got put back on the same call to schedule and they never called again so I called somebody else to come do the work and they came that day. About two weeks later I finally get a call to get scheduled. I told them that the work had already been done and that a different company fixed it. Well, about three weeks after that call, somebody from senske comes and shows up to do the work without scheduling an appointment. My wife told him that it had been fixed already so he went and looked at the valve box and left me a bill for $165. This place is not very easy to work with. I called them to tell them what had happened and whoever answered the phone said that they will talk to their supervisor. Hoping it gets resolved, but it has not been a pleasant experience.
