I was pleased with the prompt response from outback when I had an issue with outdoor lighting.

Mostly good. I could tell a difference when liquid was used vs. pellet spreading. I have suggested your company yo others.

We are 2.5 hours from their business but we received immediate attention and Kirk was at our property within a couple of days. I explained what we needed done and he quickly got me a very reasonable bid. They fit us into their very busy schedule and showed up exactly when they said they would. I can t not say enough great things about the work they did. It turned out beautiful and they offered suggestions that totally enhanced and improved our yard. My experience with Outback has been positive in each interaction. Their office staff has been responsive and helpful. Their onsite team members have been knowledgeable, done great work, and are willing to discuss options and explain and answer questions. Most recently, Brayden V. helped troubleshoot a problem, answered questions multiple times, fixed the problem more quickly than expected, and cleaned up thoroughly. I ve been working with Outback for a few years now, landscaping during the summer and snow removal during the winter and I don t have a single bad thing to say about them. They are always on top of everything they do and I have always been extremely impressed! Shoutout to Brandon who is always responsive and ready to go!

Displayed a blatant disregard for safety. The road, already congested due to a slow-moving snowplow, a truck plastered with your business name aggressively weaved between lanes, seemingly on a mission to bypass the traffic. The reckless maneuvers of the truck not only jeopardized its own safety but also added chaos to an already challenging driving situation for others on the road.

We love working with Outback. They did a beautiful yard design for us, and when it came to installation they did excellent. We ve always appreciated the communication we ve had with them. They are kind men and efficient at what they do. Can t say enough good things about them.

We were unloading our trailer at the landfill and were unprepared. Some employees of Outback were unloading next to us and lent us some shovels so we could finish our job. We really appreciated their kindness and hope to use them professionally in the future.

Outback was very efficient and particular in how their landscaping job for us looked. On time, courteous, no pressure, cleaned up after themselves, and Kirk was so fun, easy and professional to work with.

The rep came out and took photos of my back yard which is in desperate need of a plan and a fix. This was a month ago and I never heard from outback again. Totally ghosted. Very unprofessional. I am disappointed as the reviews were good. Maybe my yard was too much for them.

Outback did my sprinklers, sod and flower beds when I built my house. They were timely, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Kris oversaw the project and made sure things were done correctly and the way I wanted them done. And all along, if Ive had concerns, Kris has been quick to respond and makes sure any problems are taken care of. Outback also installs and removes my Christmas lights, which I love! As with my yard, if somethings not right or a light burns out, theyre quick to respond and makes things right.

Kirk was very helpful when it came to figuring out what plants would look best with our yard. He knows his stuff and was really good about answering all of my questions! Thanks again!

The team of Chris, Tyler, Kevin, and Gary just finished a project for us and our neighbor. This was fixing a drainage issue and doing new landscaping between our two homes. These guys couldnt have been more professional and courteous. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way and asked for input as well. I Am very pleased to give Outback a 5 star rating. I needed to completely redesign my front yard due to some water Problems. I worked with Nathan on the design and bid. He sent out the most amazing crew. Kevin, Tyler, Chris and Gary were wonderful to work with. The were on time, professional, they gave me options regarding materials and plants. They looked for what my preferences were and found them. They did a beautiful job on my patio and the bedding flower areas. They took care of the sprinkler system changes and set the timers for what the new sod and flowers needed. Absolutely everything was addressed and taken care of. They also did a great job of cleaning up my lawn and the street in front of my home. They guys were so easy and fun to work with. Everything was done perfectly. Thank you guys so much!!

They came and sprayed my house for pest and fertilizer very professional about it.

Omar and Francisco did a great job of reshaping our lawn to drain away from the house. Omar as a good eye for design. We had too many cooks, but Kris Bagley stepped in and the work was quickly completed.

Make sure to get other bids first. Paid a lot more for a lot less.

They place the sprinkler line outside my property line. Also your problems with one of the stations in the sprinkling system they put in had low pressure I asked him to come in and fix it. They did not fix it and it still has low pressure.

Why do business with someone who is rude. Completely unprofessional.

the lawn of our new home has been getting more and more brown. we hired Outback to look at our sprinkler system and make any changes needed to get our lawn the coverage it needed. its only been a couple of weeks since they came and our lawn is SO GREEN!! We had flood issues in our backyard and no matter what we did we could not control it. We would have to pump our water out after every rain storm and spring was nightmare. My bushes and trees were dying, and my lawn looked terrible. Outback came in and put in some french drains for us and what a world of difference. They work so good, our neighbor used them too to put one in. I would highly recommend Outback for anything.

Called Outback....they sent Chris to look at the work to be done, he said hed get back with an estimate and meet a design person to fine tune the work....no response from Outback...numerous phone calls....no response...messages left....no response Would have at least expected a more professional experience.

Edit: The main thing they had to come back and did was pipe not being being low enough. There were some pipe above ground or less than an inch below ground. They came back and supposedly buried the pipe deeper than 4 inches but preferably 6 inches, according to them. Well today I found pipe where they fixed and it was only about an 1-1/2 inch below ground. I will be fixing it my self because we want to plant grass tomorrow and don t have time for them to come fix it. I don t even want to check the other areas they were supposed to fix . It s just frustrating. We had them do our sprinkler system around our new construction home. We did have some complaints about the quality of work but they have come back a couple times to make things right. We have had to spend a bit of time fixing the grade but I am also very picky. We are going to be seeding grass soon ourselves and they have been quick to offer advice and tips on what to do. So although we had complaints, they were quick to try to make up for it.

We inherited this company when they purchased Lawn Buddies. The billing has been terrible with overbilling so we fired them last year after being billed for services that we didnt ask for. All bills were paid and we parted ways. This spring they showed up and did a fertilizatiion service on my lawn without authorization. II called again and told them we didnt want their services and they apologized and didnt charge me. Last month they just took money from my account without authorization. I called again and they refunded it. This morning my husband received a voice-mail from them asking for a payment. I dont know how to get rid of this company.

Called for a landscape design. Individual was 30 minutes late. We discussed wanting a general plan & associated cost. The only thing we received as a estimated cost $9500 after we discussed $5000 or so. No details to understand what we would receive for the cost. We discussed a small 110v line turned out they dont do that kind of work. Waste of time.

Called multiple landscaping companies. They would come out measure, talk about what I wanted, waste time and then I would never get a bid even after reaching out multiple times. Chase from outback was awesome to work with. Quick to come out and get me a bid. My project wasn t large on any scale but he never made me feel like my time or requests weren t valuable. His employees who completed the project were very professional. If I had any questions or wanted to make any changes, it was never a problem. Chase was great to respond before the end of the day. The landscaping turned out perfect. I will use them for all landscaping projects I have in the future and I will recommend only them to people who need any work completed.

I first starting using Outback Landscape in 2006 and have used them off and on throughout the years. They have been great to work with and are very trustworthy. If there are any issues they resolve them quickly. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They have done everything from large landscaping to taking care of the hot tub while I am on vacation and they have always been reliable.

Outback did a great job with my landscaping. The best was they were able to fit me in and get it completed before the winter weather. I also hired them in August to do my mowing and fertilizing. Since Ive had them doing my yard it has looked great. Everyone Ive met and spoke with on the phone has been great to work with. I look forward to next year and not having to worry about yard work!
