I made 2 appointments for a landscaping consultation with Sharee. One last Fall (2022) and one for early May 2023. Both times- Teagon was a no-show. No texts, phone calls or messages to let us know they could not make the appointment. I had to call Sharee for an explanation after the first missed appointment- she apologized and told me they would schedule me for Spring 2023. I called her in late April 2023 to schedule, and she set a date (May 2, 2023), and nobody showed up. I have lost 7 months waiting for a bid. Very disappointed. The adage- “Fool me once shame on you, Fool me twice shame on me”’ comes to mind. I’d give them a zero because they never showed but the lowest possible was a 1.
First off I want to say that I would give these guys five stars for the work they do. They do quality work for a fair price but I did given them four stars because communication and on time work was a bit of an issue.
Very impressed with the work.The job site was left clean. Would hire them again.
