They did a great job doing my landscape! I am pretty happy with what they did, and they finished before the schedule. Also, they are super nice explaining to you how all the intelligent system works

I called them in April to schedule turning on my sprinkler system for the season and was told that they would call me when it was scheduled. I followed up with them today, 13 May, and was told that they were 6 to 8 weeks out but I could be put on a waiting list. When I told them that I had called a month ago, I was told that the maintenance manager would be back with me shortly. If he called, no message was left. I scheduled with another company for the next day.

I highly recommend everyone here at B&K! They always do such a great job and really do take care of their customers!

Edit: Ill keep what I said about the owner. But this is seriously the most frustrating company when it comes to scheduling and communication... The best product we have ever had on our yard though. So I really have no idea what to actually rate you on any review. The only reason we signed back up this year is because our yard looks great already from last years services. We were really on the fence because of how frustrating scheduling and communication was with you last year, and I have been quickly reminded this spring how terrible it is. ********************* After a rough start the owner contacted me and explained the situation and was very apologetic. Even offered to come after hours and provide the service himself. I greatly appreciate this kind of customer service. I know the issues we had prior is not the way Brent likes to conduct business and he definitely made it right with us. I really appreciate the effort you made. Thank you!

We have worked with B&K Landscape for almost a year. They have always been professional and timely with their service. Whenever we have had any questions they have promptly addressed them. Their quality is outstanding with not only their lawn service but also their landscape service. We highly recommend B&K to anyone considering any lawn needs.

I honestly dont know where to put this review. So I will probably post in 2 locations. Last year we had B&K do the install of our new lawn and garden beds around the house. It wasnt a small job and it certainly wasnt cheep. Which Im fine with paying for quality. Which I thought I was getting. The project was finished by fall. During the install of the rock I happened to working from home and noticed it was full of dirt. I expressed my concern to B&K and they ignored my concerns. Then just washed it down once spread out. The issue I have here is that I spent money for them to carefully lay weed blocker under that rock and with all that dirt that weed blocker is worthless. Now I have rock beds full of weeds on a brand new home and its driving me nutz. The rock as I understand it came from Wolverine. In addition I asked B&K, after the lawn was laid long enough that it was rooted and we could reduce watering and walk on it, if it would be good to fertilize the lawn like I normally would in the fall before the long winter. They said NO as it should have come pre-fertilzed from the farmer. The way my yard looks now there is no way it was fertilized prior to being laid. So those were 2 huge strikes for me. Its still to early to tell how many of my plants didnt survive the first winter but I dont really put that on B&K.

I would recommend B&K lawn and landscape. They do good work and take care of their customers. I had a minor break in my sprinkler line that they were more than happy to fix.

Great company and quality work! Joel is an amazing crew boss! I had a gravel rv pad and they did a great job.

I contacted Morgan about a few dead bushes. He had a crew over a few days later and they did an outstanding job. I will use these guys for future projects!

The guys who came out to fix my sprinklers and backflow were awesome! Friendly, fast, and efficient. Scheduling could use some work. Everytime Ive called they have to pass it on to scheduling and someone has to call me back. One time they didnt call me back and I had to call again. At least they got the job done. Called 3 other sprinkler companies who never called me back; hopefully it doesnt become the norm.

These guys knocked it out of the park! My yard went from being so outdated and trashed because of the horrible storm last May to amazing. Joel, Manuel, and Richie did an awesome job and actually cared about what it looked like. I would highly recommend this vendor!!

I really like these guys and I do recommend them, however, they did completely ignore all my requests this summer to come fix one of my sprinkler system zones that wasnt working and to get my system to respond to my control panel. This is the 1st summer out of 6 that I didnt get the help I needed though. In past years Ive had no problems with getting a technician out to my house and the techs that have been out for starting and stopping my sprinklers for the season or doing past repairs were all really polite and professional. Before this summer, I would have definitely given them 5 stars!

B&K has been taking amazing care of my lawn all summer. They cut the grass regularly and spray fertilizer and weed control. My yard always looks beautiful! I have been very happy with their work and great customer service!

We have had B&K mowing & treating our yard since beginning on summer 2022. They do a great job & have honored our specific requests & preferences. Our yard looks great!! One of my favorite things is that they also haul away the grass clippings so our trash isn t overtaken by them.

They are willing to work with you. When we had a problem or something wasn t done to our satisfaction they sent someone out to correct it.

Exceptional! Best in Idaho Falls from what I ve seen (personal experience) and what I ve heard over the years. I m from here, my family s from here, have family that still farms the lands around here, so when I say these guys are legit, it holds weight! You get what you pay for. B&k is professional, responsive, organized, safe, punctual, crews are clean, friendly, and do the job the right way/the way you want. I have not used this company nor will I ever after dealing with them landscaping our neighbors house. They constantly block our driveway with multiple trucks, trailers, and equipment. Also had large rolls of sod delivered and again lined up blocking our driveway. I called and asked the guys 4 times to move so we can get in and out of our driveway but all the did was give a thumbs up and ignore you. I also witnessed they picking up large chunks of concrete that was when the fence was installed and they would just throw them into my property. (Not my fence). Very unprofessional and no respect for people or property!

Thank you B&K for professional hands on, on time & spot on service. Derik walked down each circuit of my sprinkler system and assured proper and full function. He showed me details about the controller and provided requested advice on a garden drip system I ll start on soon. Thanks Derik and thanks all you B&K professionals.

B&K Professional Services is amazing. I bought some rather large trees (400 lbs) that my husband and I planned to plant ourselves that were to be delivered to my house. I found out that morning when they were to be delivered that the company delivering expected me to have equipment to unload them but never informed me of that fact. I called B&K when I found out and they sent out a guy (Tyson) with a skid steer who unloaded the trees and placed them where I needed them so I could plant them. I cant express how grateful I am.

B&K came out and fertilized our yard and sprayed for weeds. We have a very green and weed free lawn! Thank you!

Poor communication but generally good work, I wanted to rate higher than okay because the end result is beautiful, but how can I say I liked it if I was frustrated and in the dark most of the summer? For the premium price I expect premium customer service to go with the product. So close to a 4 or 5 star, but a do what you say and say what you are doing improvement would bring it up.

We sought bids from three different companies to complete the landscaping on our new home. We were impressed with Joel from the beginning. He was quick to respond to calls and texts and always professional. They had a competitive bid, not being the cheapest or most expensive but providing what we felt was the best value. Joel offered his opinion on things to plant but also listened to our ideas. Once the crew arrived they worked hard and fast and got the job done in a timely manner. Everyone was professional and courteous and very conscientious about the work they were doing. They worked hard to make sure we like the way they placed the boulders and did not take offense when we asked to move things around. We are very pleased with our yard and the work they did and would use them again in a heartbeat! Well done B&K!

I used to think this was a great place, but due to some recent events I have to say that I am not impressed. They have changed alot. They used to be about service and quality but now its about quantity and convenience. They are rude if you call them and make you feel like your less than them. They rush threw there job and its obvious. I hate to he a hater but I have never been treated to horrible by people I thought and treated so highly

They will not do snow removal for the elderly unless you agree to have lawn service done as well. I was inquiring about snow removal for my parents.I was told they were too busy and then asked if I was looking for lawn service as well. When I said just snow removal I was told they were too busy. Not impressed
